Happy New Year to everyone. My first ramen of 2023 will be at "Ramen Kore Kore" in Esaka. Arrival time: 11:35 AM. Crowdedness: almost full. It's quite popular early on New Year's Day! Even passersby are peeking inside the clean and easy-to-enter shop. I decided to order the Kore Kore (soy sauce) Special. Serving time: a little over 5 minutes. I was torn between Kore Kore (soy sauce) and Dore Dore (miso), but since I had rich miso yesterday, I went with Kore Kore (soy sauce) this time. It looks delicious and luxurious as always. The unique blend of soy sauce with a fragrant aroma. The rich umami of seafood as the base, not just simple back fat but more like diced fat for a punchy flavor! The thick and chewy medium-thick noodles. The toppings are generous with a large piece of pork loin, thick slices of rare chashu, minced meat, a whole boiled egg, garlic chives, bean sprouts, and let's add diced fat as an extra topping (laughs). It's meaty, powerful, and delicious! The temptation of the vending machine outside, I won't give in today (tears) (laughs). The cheerful and refreshing customer service of the staff, unchanged since the opening. A calm atmosphere with a clean interior. And a delicious bowl of ramen. I thoroughly enjoyed my first meal of the new year at Kore Kore. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I decided to have ramen for lunch while on my commute on the train. I visited a shop called "Ramen Korekore" near Esaka Station. I ordered the Korekore (black soy sauce) with an extra serving of noodles. The shop was crowded, but I only had to wait for about 7-8 minutes before being seated. The black soy sauce soup looked rich, but it was surprisingly gentle and slightly sweet with a hint of seafood umami. The noodles were flat and medium-thin, with a satisfying chewy texture. The topping of simmered pork was delicious, and I also enjoyed the extra serving of noodles. Overall, it was a tasty meal. Thank you for the food.

Ramen Core Core offers a special ramen for ¥1,300 and black fried rice for ¥440. I struggled to choose between the three flavors - soy sauce, salt, and miso, but ended up selecting miso, which I don't usually eat. Intrigued by the night limited option, I ordered the "back" miso ramen, which contains Sichuan pepper for a numbingly spicy flavor. The miso soup was rich and flavorful with a hint of sweetness, enhanced by the Sichuan pepper. The straight noodles had a chewy texture that paired well with the soup. The three types of pork - pork belly, rare chashu, and pork spare ribs - added a luxurious touch to the dish. The black fried rice was perfectly seasoned and had a nice texture, without any carrots, which I personally appreciated. The restaurant has a clean and spacious counter seating area, making it suitable for dates or gatherings with friends. I also saw my companion enjoying the salt ramen, which looked delicious. I would love to try the soy sauce and salt ramen next time. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I visited around 3:00 PM on Friday. I was worried that it might be closed because it was close to the break time, but I was relieved to find it open. There were only two customers in the shop, so I decided to try the "Kore Kore" ramen, which is also the name of the shop. The ramen had two types of char siu, and the braised pork was especially delicious. The ramen itself was also tasty, and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this place if you are nearby.

I visited this place for the first time because it had a high rating on Tabelog. They have a frozen vending machine for takeout, and the interior of the restaurant is clean and tidy. I saw a solo female customer enjoying her ramen. I ordered the "Special Black Soy Sauce" with lots of toppings. The noodles were flat and thin, and the soy sauce soup had a strong seafood flavor. The minced meat, marinated Okinawa-style pork, pork belly chashu, and ham-like rare chashu were all delicious. I want to try the miso ramen in the winter.

I ordered the special ramen here. I took a sip of the soup and couldn't stop myself from drinking almost half of it because it was so delicious. The soy sauce-based soup had a strong flavor of dried fish, with a rich sweetness and a punch of back fat added. The toppings included rare chashu, melt-in-your-mouth pork belly, regular chashu, plenty of ground meat, a boiled egg, and it was all very luxurious. The straight noodles were easy to slurp up, making it a truly amazing bowl of ramen.

After finishing a night shift and still not fully recovered from a cold, feeling tired... I came to the subway station at Esaka to get some nutrition... The restaurant I visited was in the top 5000, and around 11:30, it was about 60% full... I ordered the recommended black soy sauce ramen, paid 880 yen in cash, and received my order in about 6 minutes... The soup had a rich soy sauce flavor, which was delicious... The noodles were thin and straight, easy to eat... The chashu was okay, but the meat with a lot of fat underneath, was it called sooki? It was tender and tasty, but opinions may vary on this ingredient... The other vegetables were average... It was a hearty ramen, a good timing as there are already around 10 people waiting in line... I will make space for them and head west to the main event, SWEETS WEST Top 100 Stores 2023.

I arrived at This This Ramen near Esaka Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line around 7 pm, but there were about 6 people waiting outside, showing how popular it is. The shop operates by purchasing meal tickets in advance and handing them over, so the turnover is quick. I had the "This This Special" and "Black Fried Rice". The color was dark but not too soy sauce spicy, with a rich flavor and umami. The staff, wearing masks, looked a lot like the owner, so I initially mistook them. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.

A popular restaurant known for its rich miso ramen with a unique blend of 17 spices. The Doredore Special for ¥1,300 was delicious, with creamy pork, rare char siu, minced meat, seasoned egg, and pork belly char siu. The main miso is made from rice koji miso from Oita Prefecture, blended with miso and spices. It's addictively rich and can be customized with spicy miso. The ramen names are unique: Black Soy Sauce, Doredore Miso, White Soy Sauce. The entrance has a stylish cafe-like atmosphere, making it suitable for dates or just for girls. Definitely worth a visit! ✨✨

The black soy sauce ramen and black fried rice here were both delicious. The ramen was unexpectedly rich and flavorful, with a hint of greasiness that added to its appeal. The black fried rice had a slightly burnt pepper taste and was a bit salty, but still enjoyable. Overall, the food was tasty and I even finished all the soup. It's a good restaurant. I went for lunch on a weekday at 12pm and only had to wait about 20 minutes to get in, which was nice.

Each bowl costs 880 yen, with an additional 150 yen for extra noodles. The initial noodles could have been a bit firmer, but the extra noodles were just right. The chicken chashu had a nice touch of yuzu. I arrived around 11:30 AM and there were already about 6 people waiting.

I had some business in Esaka, so I went to Korekore. I had the cold ramen. As someone with a sensitive tongue, the cold dish was refreshing, especially on a hot day. It had just the right amount of saltiness and went down smoothly. I don't often have business in Esaka, but if I do, I would like to go back.

I still wanted to eat miso ramen even though it's still summer. I waited a bit outside, then handed over my pre-purchased tickets for the rich miso ramen for 980 yen and an extra bowl of rice for 100 yen. I sat at the counter and was served a beautifully presented bowl of miso ramen. The soup was rich and had a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, very delicious. The medium-thin straight noodles had a firm texture, and both types of char siu were tasty. The crunchy vegetables added a nice touch. I poured the leftover soup over the rice and felt quite satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

I have visited this place twice before and tried the "Kore Kore" with the restaurant's name on it, as well as the rich miso ramen called "Dore Dore". This time, I couldn't decide between beer or fried rice, so I ordered the "Sore Sore" (white soy sauce ramen) for 880 yen and the "Kuro Chahan" (black fried rice) for 440 yen, totaling 1320 yen. I was seated at the counter on high stools, which might be a bit challenging for shorter women or children. The dishes were served in white bowls, making them look very appealing. The "Sore Sore" ramen uses white soy sauce instead of salt, which adds a unique touch to the dish. The clear soup with rare pink chashu and green onions on top of the ramen looked beautiful. The ramen features chicken chashu instead of pork, and it is garnished with roasted onions and yuzu, adding a fragrant and flavorful accent. The noodles were thin and had a good texture, similar to the other dishes. The two types of chashu were well-prepared and flavorful, with the rare chashu having a rich taste and the chicken chashu being tender and infused with herbs. The black fried rice had a great flavor, possibly from using the black soy sauce from "Kore Kore" or a special marinade for the chashu. Despite the high price, the black fried rice is quite rich, making it a good choice for when you want a hearty meal. The restaurant may be busy, but I wish they offered a mini version of the fried rice. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Note: After posting a review last night, it seems it didn't get published on the timeline, which is frustrating, so here's another post.

I arrived at 11:15 on a weekday and had the Niboshi Dore Dore rich miso ramen for 980 yen. The rich soup and tender chashu were a perfect match and delicious. The spicy miso for flavor variation might be better left untouched until later. The customer service is always pleasant and wonderful.

CORECOREさん, it's been a while. I took the opportunity to enter right after the night session opened, as it's not often that I can do so. I didn't hesitate at the ticket machine, and after about 10 minutes, my order was served: I got "ura dore," my wife got "sore sore," and my son got "ura sore." No matter how I try to describe it, it's so delicious that I give up on expressing it. Delicious. For those who can come for the night session, I highly recommend the hidden menu. Thank you for the meal!

Ramen - this, this, this, this for 880 yen. It's been a while since I had this. The rich flavor of black soy sauce and seafood comes out and it's delicious. The chashu is also tender and tasty. Personally, I still prefer this one. Let's go eat this one soon.

Food log 3.69 points! Wow! There are several people lining up! It's a popular place, isn't it? This place is known for delicious miso ramen. Which one should I choose? Hmm...how about the special one? *Rich miso with coarsely ground minced meat, flavored egg, pork belly chashu, and luxurious rich and balanced soup with sweetness and spiciness. I enjoyed the delicious taste. There are few miso ramen shops, so I recommend it to those who like it.

A delicious ramen shop with a long, narrow layout like an eel's sleeping place in Kyoto! There are many delicious restaurants in Esaka, and I happened to pass by this place with not much to do. It was past 9 PM, so I was able to enter smoothly, buy a meal ticket, and take a seat. I ordered the special soy sauce ramen and fried rice. It seems like they have various specialties, as I could see from the counter. The fried rice was cooked with high heat and served quickly, and the ramen arrived soon after. The ramen had a distinct, rich flavor without any bitterness or unpleasant smells. There were various types of meat in it, making it enjoyable to eat. Adding yuzu-flavored pepper halfway through made it refreshing and delicious without getting tired of it. And the fried rice, reminiscent of the fried rice at Shinpukusai-kan, was slightly lighter but still had a solid black color. The char siu was generously included, and the rice was pleasantly crispy. I highly recommend this dish!
