I parked at a nearby parking lot in the middle of the town of Abashiri, as there was no parking available. There were five tables with iron plates. I ordered the mixed okonomiyaki for 850 yen. They cook it for you at the counter. There are cushions, but they are stacked, so maybe they only guide you to the counter when it's really busy. I waited for about 20 minutes. It's ready! It comes with sauce, seaweed, and bonito flakes. Mayonnaise is on the table. When you put mayonnaise on, the bonito flakes sink, but that's okay. Fluffy and hot. It might be my first time eating okonomiyaki out since the pandemic. I love mayonnaise, so having it on the table is great. I'd be happy if seaweed was also on the table. All-you-can-drink seems like a good deal too. I'd like to come back at night as well. Thank you for the meal!

Yome-san received a message on her day off saying "Flowerholic is open." It turns out the restaurant had opened on December 20th, two months ago. No one had posted about it, so we decided to check it out. The place seemed to cater to a younger crowd, which was a bit intimidating. We decided to go early and leave early just to be safe. The restaurant had 5 tables and a counter, with a mix of male and female customers. The decor included skateboards and snowboards, and the owner wore baggy pants. They offered a 90-minute all-you-can-drink deal for 2000 yen, with okonomiyaki as the main dish. We ordered yakisoba and okonomiyaki, which were cooked on a hot plate at our table. The food was tasty, but the portions were modest. Despite feeling full, we ended up ordering more food. The bill came out to be in the 6000 yen range, which we found surprisingly affordable. The lack of appetizers helped keep the cost down. Overall, it was a good experience, and Yome-san definitely wants to go back.
