The 2000 member limit for Tenta has expired, so we are not accepting membership applications at this time.

This is the number one restaurant in the country! A membership-based Korean restaurant with a membership fee of 10 million yen! They serve dishes with the utmost attention to detail. I've had Kangjang Kejang and Takkal Mari many times before, but the ones here are on a whole other level! The courses are plentiful and the Korean-style hospitality ensures you eat your fill and leave satisfied. Non-members have to wait 5 years for a reservation, so it's not easy to get in, but if you want to go, please follow and message me.

The place gives off a really good vibe and feels quite upscale, but it's a bit pricey. I noticed that they use machine-made ice for drinks, which is a bit disappointing. Also, the menu doesn't seem to change much, so I'm thinking it might be okay to visit only once a year.

Located a 8-10 minute walk from Kitashinchi Station, the Korean restaurant "Tenta" is a fully members-only establishment with a limit of 2,000 members and their friends. It was selected as one of the top 100 Asian Ethnic restaurants in 2022. The attention to branding is evident in the luxurious interior, tableware, and impeccable service. We enjoyed the exclusive course menu, starting with a colorful array of kimchi, natto, and natto sushi. Surprisingly, natto was served at a Korean restaurant, but the addition of spiciness and green onions made it more palatable. The four types of kimchi, including white kimchi, offered a balance of spiciness, acidity, and a hint of sweetness. The luxurious Kanjangkejan with crab, Ttakkanmari with tangy condiments and tender chicken wings, and the flavorful Matsusaka beef shabu-shabu were all delightful. The steamed pork with rich fatty sweetness, the savory Hormone soup for the finale, and the beautifully crafted dessert plate with Inaniwa udon and Korean dry noodles were all exceptional. I visited again to erase the previous image, hoping for revenge, but it felt the same. The dishes were plentiful, so my stomach was naturally full. Exciting♡ The long-awaited Tentai counter and a special restaurant with only 2 tables per day limit. They take care to ensure that customers do not clash with each other. This place was the talk of Kita-Shinchi when it first opened as a members-only high-end Korean restaurant. Now they have a second branch called Tenpa (which I am a member of), but the quality of the food at Tentai is overwhelming. I feel bad for Tenpa... The dishes are similar but different. Here, you can enjoy Matsusaka beef, large kimchi, incredibly delicious tteokbokki, and ganjang gejang. It may seem like it's straying from traditional Korean cuisine, but it's still delicious and wonderful.

I went to Tenka today. I hadn't been there in a while, but I was a little disappointed this time. Overall, the food was quite salty, and I got really thirsty after eating. We were drinking some decent California wine, but my wife found the food so salty that she wanted to drink water instead of wine. The Takkalmarie dipped in the secret sauce was delicious, but other than that, I didn't find the food particularly special. Considering the cost, there are plenty of other delicious Korean restaurants out there, so I don't think it's necessary to go to Tenka. The service was just okay, nothing special. The cost of the wine is high, so it's better to check the price before ordering. I had a reservation for July, but I don't think I'll be going back. The attentive service and meticulous attention to ingredients and cooking methods resulted in an exquisite Korean dining experience. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you get the chance. This is a limited to 2 groups per day restaurant, a true hidden gem (*•̀ᴗ•́*)و ̑̑ Tonight's menu is as follows!!! ~Ten Tai Special Course~ ¥28000 Featuring the finest Korean cuisine! Rare dishes like natto, takkanmari, kejjan, and more... ☆Natto This natto was unlike any other, no unpleasant smell, rich and flavorful, making you crave for a bowl of rice. ☆Natto Sushi Natto served in a sushi boat! I wanted seconds...the homemade natto was incredibly delicious... ☆Kejjan (featuring special hairy crab on this day) Wow, really? Hairy crab marinated in kejjan sauce for 3 days...the timing was perfect to enjoy the peak flavor of the crab. They must adjust the marinating time based on the crab to achieve this luxurious kejjan. ☆Kejjan Kuppa A bite-sized kuppa with crab, sea urchin, and salmon roe...the ultimate mixed rice dish... ★Takkanmari at Ten Tai An exquisite takkanmari dish, where the special magical sauce perfectly blends with the chicken!
