This is a restaurant I frequently visit. The atmosphere inside reminds me of Mount Fuji, creating a wonderful space that blends Japanese and Western styles. They have a wide variety of Japanese whiskey, and the cocktails are really delicious. The staff members are very nice and easy to talk to.

I ended up losing track of time at a nice bar with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. We quickly opened a bottle of Ao that my companion had ordered last time, and then ordered another bottle! The Johnnie Walker Black Label 12 Year has a smoky aroma that I couldn't resist, making me drink more than I intended!

I decided to drop by Fujiyama Bar, which is about a 2-minute walk from Roppongi Station! There is no parking available. I enjoyed a drink while looking out the window at the streets of Roppongi, and it was quite relaxing. It’s a great place to sip and unwind, and the friendly staff made it easy to strike up conversations, so we ended up chatting a lot. It's one of those places where you don’t get bored, even if you stay a long time. There aren’t many bars that feel this cozy!
The interior of the bar is very stylish, and the atmosphere is lovely. There’s a mural of Mount Fuji that I think foreign guests would appreciate too. When we first entered, we were the only customers, but as time passed, more people came in. There were several groups of foreigners speaking English, which added to the international vibe! The energetic atmosphere really lifted my spirits!
The sound system here is impressive, and the audio quality from the speakers was excellent. I got to hear a bit about the equipment used, and while I'm not very knowledgeable about that, it was clear there was a lot of attention to detail. It seems they also host music events, so I’d love to participate if the opportunity arises!
As for the drinks, they were really delicious! I usually only have one draft beer, but it was so good that I had three! The draft beer was truly amazing! I also tried a lemon sour and champagne, both of which were so tasty that I ended up drinking a bit too much. When a place is both cozy and serves delicious drinks, it’s the best combination!
I had a wonderful experience at this bar in Roppongi, and everything was very satisfying and tasty! Thank you for the great time!

I went to Fuji-yama Bar, which is just a short walk from Roppongi Station! The interior of the restaurant is super stylish, featuring a mural of Mount Fuji and a lively DJ. They have put a lot of effort into the sound system, and the music was coming from excellent speakers. The staff were friendly, and of course, the drinks were delicious! I had a lemon sour, a Mount Fuji cocktail, and champagne! I wasn't very hungry, so I only had some Kaki no Tane (a type of rice cracker), but the variety of drinks is plentiful, and I definitely want to go back. The champagne was amazing! Thank you for the meal!

I visited with a friend after a meal to enjoy the selection of Japanese whiskey they had. We tried several types in a stylish and spacious setting, comfortably savoring the Japanese whiskey at the counter. This time, we enjoyed it on the rocks and as highballs, but I heard they also offer original cocktails.

Today, I visited Awabar for a collaboration event with Fujiyama. I didn't need a reservation, so I decided to check it out. It's conveniently located just before Midtown, very close to the station. I took the elevator up, and as soon as I stepped out, I was inside the restaurant. There were already three guests ahead of me, and the atmosphere was bright and the decor was beautiful.
They had two types of shaved ice, and I chose the recommended apple and apple custard with chai. For my drink, I picked the Darjeeling and raspberry tea. I wasn't aware that they served alcohol, which added to my excitement!
First, I tried the drink made by the manager, Tsukasa. It had a Darjeeling base with a mellow taste, complemented by the pleasant acidity of the raspberry. It was delicious! Then I had the shaved ice prepared by manager Ai. The chai-based flavor was surprisingly tasty—spicy and very compatible with the drink. It was a unique experience. The crunchy texture of the apple combined with the cream was delightful, and I finished it in no time.
Thanks to the great service and conversation from manager Tsukasa, an hour flew by before I knew it. I hope to come back in the evening when it’s more settled down. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is a review of "Fujiyama Bar," which opened in July this year, named with the idea of attracting inbound tourism, especially for international visitors who exclaim "Fujiyama!" The owner, who loves Japanese modern design, has created a space that stands out with a simple wooden bar counter and sofa seating with a backdrop of Mount Fuji, offering a unique bar atmosphere.
From 5 PM to 10 PM, there is a happy hour, which is quite delightful! On the day of the visit, there was a collaboration with AWA BAR, where patrons could enjoy shaved ice while trying a few drinks.
One drink featured was a homemade whiskey infused with tomato and lemon—refreshing and pleasantly tangy, not overly sweet, making it incredibly delicious. Although the infused vegetables kicked in quite strong for someone like me who doesn't drink much, they were tasty!
Another drink was a house-made chestnut liquor that wasn't on the menu, showcasing the owner's creations lined up on the counter, including options like sweet potato and apple. I immediately chose chestnut, which offered an excellent flavor without the sweetness typical of chestnut desserts, making it perfect for fall!
I love sweet flavors but dislike overly sweet drinks, so this was a great match for me. The cheerful owner and the spacious, relaxing atmosphere made me feel at home. I noticed some tasty light snacks being shared by neighboring patrons. Later in the evening, younger guests filled the bar, and since the place is close to many offices, it was easy to enjoy delicious drinks in a laid-back setting. I ended up feeling a little tipsy on my way home, but I had a fantastic time and would love to return!

You can enjoy delicious risotto here. The salad bar is all-you-can-eat, and the dressings taste homemade and are very good. I think I would like to come back again!

I was searching for an unvisited restaurant for a leisurely lunch and stumbled upon this place. I like pasta, but there aren’t many good options around Roppongi, so I entered hoping for something delicious. I wasn't disappointed; it turned out to be a wonderful place. After taking the elevator tucked away in the back, I found a lovely bar. Today, I had amatriciana, which I wasn’t familiar with. It’s a tomato-based sauce made with pancetta and onions, and it’s not spicy—unlike arrabbiata, which is quite common. The set meal came with a salad and a drink (ice coffee or iced tea) that I could refill myself. The salad consisted of mizuna and baby greens with balsamic and French dressings. The balsamic was reliably delicious, while the French dressing had a green tint, which made me think it might be wasabi, but it turned out to be basil. It was incredibly tasty!
After about 8–10 minutes, my pasta was served, generously topped with cheese, smelling amazing, and it was piping hot, raising my expectations. There were no condiments on the table, indicating that they were confident in their flavors, and it did not disappoint! The seasoning was on point, and the flavor of the pancetta shone through with a perfect balance of richness and sweetness. The pasta was very much to my liking, and I’m curious about other days when they offer non-tomato-based dishes. If I had to suggest something, having a caffeine-free drink option would be nice.
I was the only customer when I arrived right after they opened, but as I was leaving, I passed another group coming in. If this place becomes more widely known, it might get crowded, so I recommend visiting soon. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I found out that there’s a dining bar in Roppongi that only serves lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I happened to pass by and noticed it. The lunch plate includes a salad, pasta, and a drink (with unlimited iced coffee and iced tea) for 1,000 yen (tax included). For the pasta, I chose Amatriciana. The taste was average, I would say. Money spent: 1,000 yen. Rating: 3 points.
5 points: Definitely want to visit again!
4 points: Would like to visit again if I have the chance!
3 points: Might revisit.
2 points: Once is enough.
1 point: No need to go.

It was just before the last train on Saturday when I thought about heading out to Roppongi, but I felt a bit hungry. So, I decided to stop by the stylish Tokyo R. I ordered: *FRENCH FRIES ¥600* and *MIXED NUTS ¥400*. Although the restaurant doesn't have any ratings or reviews on Tabelog yet, it seems to focus more on the quality of snacks compared to typical bars, and they tasted great. The atmosphere is quite chic.
