Before heading to Mount Gyuutaki, I wanted to grab a bite to eat and went to Jambo in front of the station, but they said it would take time to serve. So, I went to the restaurant next door, called Meikiki no Ginji. I had heard of it but had never been there before. I was lucky to find a spacious table with a TV. It's nice that each table has a grill for seafood. Since I had a scheduled bus to catch, I decided on a lunch instead of drinks. I considered a seafood bowl but went for the pork loin cutlet and fried chicken set. The pork loin cutlet was tasty, but compared to the filet, it was a bit tougher. The fried chicken was juicy and delicious. With unlimited refills on rice and miso soup, the meal was a great deal for around 1000 yen.

Grilled mackerel set meal. 900 yen. Free refills for rice and miso soup. This is a lunch set at an izakaya (Japanese pub). The menu had quite a few sashimi options. Recently, whenever I find a place that serves grilled fish, I choose grilled fish to eat. The grilled mackerel was delicious. Thank you for the meal! ✨

All-you-can-drink course! The food was delicious! I was surprised to see a painting of someone I know on the wall, so I couldn't help but take a picture! This time I had the course meal, but there were some lunch menu items that caught my eye as well! However, the staff's friendliness wasn't very good, which left a bit of a bad impression.
