Since it has become a popular restaurant, I try to go there as soon as it opens. I appreciate that they offer small, regular, and large portions. As someone with a small appetite, I opted for the small size (70 grams) of the premium option, which I enjoyed without any difficulty until the end. My meal arrived in about 10 minutes. The aroma of truffles and butter was delightful. The noodles, alongside the side dishes of meat and soft-boiled egg, all looked really appealing. You can tell they are made with care. I started with the broth, then enjoyed the noodles while melting the butter into it. The pork and chicken chashu were delicious, and the soft-boiled egg was exquisite. As I savored each bite, I felt completely satisfied—both in heart and stomach. The restaurant is clean and stylish, with a diverse clientele. There were solo women like myself, single men, and even what seemed to be foreign tourists. Everyone shares the same desire: to eat delicious ramen. Thank you for the meal—it was absolutely amazing. The flavoring and texture of the noodles are great, and the stylish interior seems to offer alcoholic beverages as well. It might be convenient to have a drink here and then enjoy some ramen for a final meal without having to move around. The aroma of truffle oil fills the air, and it feels like there might be authentic, rich truffles mixed in. With plenty of grated cheese on top, it gives the impression of eating a carbonara pasta. It's completely different from the usual offerings, making for a unique experience.

I was looking for lunch spots on Tabelog and decided to visit this restaurant, which is a bit beyond Hakubanteikairou. The recommended dish was truffle salt soba, but today I ordered the mixed soba and a small char siu bowl. The mixed soba had an egg yolk and cheese on top, giving it a Japanese-style carbonara vibe. There was quite a lot of noodles, so I was quite full. I will visit again.

Today, I had lunch at "MENDOKORO TOMO Premium." I chose their limited-time "Spicy Tanmen" in a large size. It was incredibly delicious! It's what you would call spicy and tasty. The slightly spicy soup clung perfectly to the noodles, making it amazing. The beaten egg also made the flavor milder. I finished it quickly! Tomorrow marks one year since their opening, so today, on a weekday, I was able to enjoy half-price offerings. I arrived just three minutes before they opened and found about 12 people already in line, with more arriving as time passed. I was fortunate to get in during the first round. Today, they were only serving the Chicken Salt Chinese Noodle Soup with Truffle, which I had been looking forward to, so it was a double win for me. Taking the first sip of the soup, I found it extremely hot!!! If I wasn't careful, I risked burning my mouth. I remember that this type of ladle tends to serve really hot soup. To be honest, the flavor was quite different from what I had imagined... I could only taste olive oil with a hint of lemon (I might just have a poor palate). The char siu (braised pork) was a bit dry, and I wished there were more onions. That said, the service was energetic and attentive, and the decor was stylish. The Pecorino mixed noodles caught my interest, so I plan to visit again before the year ends!

It's a hidden gem located just off the main street in Akasaka, nestled within a residential area. It seems to be a high-end version of Akasaka Mendokoro Tomo. Today, I chose the special salt ramen and was seated at a table in the back, surrounded by a modern atmosphere while waiting for my ramen to be prepared. Among many female customers, the ramen that was served looked beautiful. It tasted amazing! The broth had a rich depth, the noodles were straight and perfectly chewy, and there was roasted pork, butter, and truffle on top. I think this is one of the top three salt ramens I've had. The balance of flavors was perfect, and I definitely plan to come back.

I used to think that no place in Akasaka could compete with the restaurants in Shinjuku, but this one was delicious. I ordered the special rich truffle chicken salt ramen. The broth was great, the noodles were perfect, and the toppings were spot-on—there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Since I was on a business trip alone, I chose this ramen shop because it was easy to enter and looked delicious, plus it had high ratings. I love mazegohan, so I quickly decided to order it, but it was almost like pasta. I was so hungry that I also ordered rice, but it didn't match well and made me uncomfortably full. However, the mazegohan itself was very tasty. The stylish interior was welcoming, with a counter that made it easy for women to come in. I was a bit disappointed that the drink was in a plastic bottle when it was tea, considering the chic atmosphere of the place.

The special rich grilled fish stock dipping soba for 1500 yen was disappointing. Each ingredient was delicious, but the overall balance was off. In particular, the noodles and soup didn’t mix well together, leaving something to be desired. On top of that, some of the toppings, especially the menma (bamboo shoots), were overly salty, which was tough to handle. It felt like a band where the vocals, guitar, and drums were all at different volume levels. It’s especially disappointing because my friend’s dipping noodles were really to my taste. I also didn’t like the tray, which looked clean at first glance but was actually sticky.

I had the "Thick Egg and Pecorino Romano Mazesoba" in the regular size, with a special topping option. I added a seasoned egg as an extra. I was completely satisfied with my meal. The special toppings included two types of chashu, a side of cabbage, jalapeños, and chili con carne, which I used to change up the flavors. On the table, there was spicy olive oil and another olive oil with lemon, which could also be used to adjust the taste, keeping the meal interesting until the very end. In short, it had a flavor reminiscent of carbonara—smooth, rich, and delicious. The restroom is conveniently located right inside the entrance, with separate facilities for men and women.

There’s a ramen shop located between Akasaka Mitsuke and Akasaka Station! The Chinese soba has a fragrant truffle aroma. The flavor is lighter than I expected! I can’t really tell the difference between the special version and the regular one, but I think the special might have a richer truffle taste. The inside of the restaurant is clean, and the staff members are friendly too! ✨

I had lunch at "MENDOKORO TOMO Premium." There's a branch called "Akasaka Mendokoro Tomo" near Akasaka Station, but I actually prefer this second location. Both the service from the staff and the flavor of the food are much better here, so I'm definitely a fan of the second store. The restaurant was full when I arrived, but I was lucky to get a seat shortly after someone left. I chose the "Rich Grilled Sardine Dashi Tsukesoba" with a large serving, plus an order of three gyoza. The beautifully textured noodles really showcase the flavor of the wheat. They are incredibly delicious when paired with the elegant dipping sauce made from the sardine broth. The small gyoza are perfectly seasoned, making me crave some beer to go with them! I finished my meal quickly. Thank you for the wonderful food; I will definitely come back again!

I went around 5:30 PM on Saturday and was able to get a seat right away. The restaurant was about half full. I ordered the "Ago Dashi Chuka Soba" for 1000 yen. The interior was stylish and very clean. The dish arrived in about 10 minutes. It looked beautiful, and just by looking at it, I could tell it was going to be delicious. The flavor was gentle on the body, giving off a sense of less guilt. I appreciated the condiments available for flavor adjustments, with both white and black pepper offered. Thank you for the meal!
