This is a restaurant that deserves to be more popular. The staple dishes like kimchi, japchae, and jeon are all delicious. The soy sauce chicken I ordered as the main dish had a coating with a unique taste and texture that surprised me. The bibimbap at the end had a strong spiciness and felt very authentic. Note that some of the staff may not be fluent in Japanese, so it’s best to order slowly and clearly.

Today, I had lunch at "KOREAN SOUL FOOD Bann," which is conveniently close to my workplace. The staff are very friendly, and the restaurant is clean, so I often visit. Today, I chose the "Cheese Dakgalbi." Before the main dish arrived, they served five side dishes, which are refillable. After waiting for about 10 minutes while enjoying the sides, my "Cheese Dakgalbi" finally arrived. The rich cheese pairs perfectly with the spicy-sweet chicken. It's definitely a dish that goes well with rice. As expected, I ordered a medium serving of rice to go with it. I was really full afterward. The taste was delicious, and it was just fantastic overall. Thank you very much, and I will definitely come back again.

The food is delicious and the steps are friendly, making it a fun place to dine. The chukumi, in particular, was very tasty. While the prices are decent, I recommend making a reservation for the course menu. This restaurant is easy to use for various occasions, whether for work or personal events. You should definitely give it a try!

The restaurant was beautiful. Since it was newly opened, the interior was spacious and clean, making it a very comfortable place to be. The chukumi (octopus dish) had a nice texture and tasted great, likely due to the freshness of the octopus. Finally, the fried rice at the end was also delicious. I'd like to go back again.

The night at Mashisoyo is definitely the place to be. It's a delicious yet still relatively unknown restaurant located in Akasaka. It can be found along a street lined with Korean restaurants. Basically, everything on the menu is tasty. I recommend trying the grilled chukumi (squid) on the iron plate, and then adding rice to it afterwards for a delightful finish.

We visited as a group of 2 men and 1 woman. The all-you-can-drink plan was great! The food was also very filling, and we ended up really stuffed. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to, which made for a fun time. The restaurant was a bit hard to find, as it had a hidden, cozy feel to it. Inside, it was very clean and well-maintained! We'll definitely be coming back!

It was an authentic Korean restaurant. The interior was very beautiful and comfortable, making it a great place to eat and drink. The chubsam had a moderate spiciness that was easy to enjoy. The chijimi was crispy, and it paired perfectly with the makgeolli. The owner (or manager?) was friendly and kind, and I really hope this restaurant thrives in the future!

The samgyeopsal I had in Tokyo was the most delicious I've ever tasted. I can imagine it would be incredibly tasty in Korea as well. Everything, including the pickles and the ssamjang, is made in-house. I was unsure about what kimchi to order, but I was recommended the kimchi jjigae, and it was absolutely delicious. I believe it could compete with the best in Korea. I'm looking forward to trying other dishes, so next, I will go for the chukumi!

Had lunch at KOREAN SOUL FOOD Bann in Akasaka. It's located on the second floor of a mixed-use building. While most places these days charge over 1,000 yen, here you can enjoy meals starting from 900 yen, which is friendly to the wallet. Plus, they offer unlimited side dishes and kimchi, which is a nice perk. The side dishes, seaweed, and kimchi were great. I was particularly happy to find quail eggs included. Since we were sharing among three people, we asked for more side dishes. The bean sprout soup looked mild but was actually quite spicy and delicious. I later realized that this soup could also be refilled—wish I had done that! The restaurant heavily promotes its chukumi, so I ordered the spicy stir-fried squid with vegetables for 1,000 yen. It was delicious! It might even be cheaper than eating in Korea.

I ordered the doenjang jjigae for ¥1000, and before that, five types of side dishes were served. This place has become one of my favorites among the Korean restaurants in the area. I think the seasoning is quite suited to Japanese tastes. The doenjang jjigae was served boiling hot, to the point where I thought, "Wow, this is really boiling!" It contained seafood like shrimp, squid, and clams, and while it looks like it wouldn’t be spicy, it has a slight kick to it. It was delicious. I want to come back to try other dishes as well.

I visited for the first time and ordered the stone-grilled chukumi bibimbap lunch. The side dishes, including kimchi and Korean seaweed, were available for unlimited refills. The chukumi bibimbap had a nice pop from the fish roe and included ingredients like shimeji mushrooms and onions. The restaurant was also clean. I would love to go back and enjoyed my meal very much.

There is a Korean restaurant on the second floor in front of Akasaka Yoshike, and it was my first visit after seeing the sign on the first floor. I entered the restaurant cautiously, but the interior was surprisingly clean and nice, unlike what I had imagined. The lunch menu features various options around 1000 yen. Today, I ordered jolmyeon. When you order a lunch set, you receive complimentary kimchi, Korean seaweed, and more. You can also enjoy unlimited refills of rice and other items. The flavor of the dishes is not Japanese-style but quite authentic and delicious. I believe this place is going to become popular soon.

I visited with my beloved girlfriend. The interior of the restaurant was stylish, and we ordered Korean dishes! We had Seolleongtang and Sundubu-jjigae, both of which were delicious (*´~`*). The free side dishes were also unlimited! We enjoyed kimchi, quail eggs, Korean seaweed, fish cakes, and potato salad. The rice was tasty, and my girlfriend was happy to have a second helping! The staff were kind and accommodated our requests as well*ˊᵕˋ*. The images show only a part of our experience.

I visited a new Korean restaurant that opened in Akasaka last fall on a Thursday afternoon. I was able to enter smoothly without any wait, despite the restaurant being nearly full, with about 80% of the seats occupied. This indicates a high popularity, especially for a new establishment. The interior was clean and well-organized, with only four-person tables, making it suitable for group dining or casual business lunches.
I ordered the seafood sundubu jjigae, which was packed with squid and clams. The deep flavors of the Korean dish blended beautifully with the rich taste of the seafood. The spiciness of the sundubu and the softness of the tofu melted together in my mouth, making it a perfect dish for a cold winter day. Additionally, the restaurant offers unlimited rice, soup, Korean seaweed, kimchi, and three side dishes, which is a significant attraction. The kimchi was particularly impressive, almost homemade, with depth and fermentation that reminded me of authentic Korean flavors. The unlimited service must provide high satisfaction for those with hearty appetites or those looking for a substantial meal.
The side dishes included simmered quail eggs, simmered potatoes, and macaroni salad, which is interesting since they aren’t traditional Korean sides. However, each has a gentle flavor that helps balance the spiciness of the jjigae. The option to pay with PayPay adds modern convenience to the dining experience, ensuring smooth transactions even during busy lunch hours. This new Korean restaurant in Akasaka is sure to attract many repeat customers with its high-quality dishes, diverse side menu, and contemporary service. The menu, starting with the seafood sundubu jjigae, will undoubtedly help diners discover new charms of Korean cuisine.

Korean Soul Food Bann, just a 3-minute walk from Akasaka Station. The doenjang jjigae costs 1000 yen (includes rice, soup, Korean seaweed, kimchi, and three types of side dishes with free refills!). It's a Korean restaurant located just a short walk from Akasaka Station towards Tameike-Sannō.
When you sit down, Korean seaweed, kimchi, and three types of side dishes are served on the table right away. It's surprising that all of these come with free refills! When I asked for recommendations for the main dish, I was told that if I'm not good with spicy food, the doenjang jjigae would be a good choice, so I ordered it.
The doenjang jjigae is spicy! However, it contains plenty of seafood like octopus, clams, squid, and crab, which gives a rich seafood flavor. Be careful though; I thought the green was onion, but it turned out to be green chili!
There are also various other options like bibimbap and cold noodles. The exterior and interior of the restaurant are stylish, with nine tables for four people, offering a relaxed dining experience. Thank you for the meal! You can pay with a credit card or other payment methods.
Open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Last Order 2:30 PM).

The restaurant serves beautiful Korean cuisine in a lovely interior. The dishes are very generous in portion size, yet all are delicious and you can easily finish them. The samgyeopsal features impressive chunks of meat cooked right in front of you, and there are an exceptional variety of condiments available, making it especially recommended.

This is a new Korean restaurant that has opened in Akasaka 2-chome. It seems that their signature dish is chukumi (spicy grilled octopus). The fried rice at the end was excellent. The interior is nicely decorated, and the chairs are comfortable. I definitely want to visit this place again.
