The shop was not checked because the bubble system was prominent. I heard that they have clear soup with dried fish only, so I decided to visit. There were over 10 people waiting outside. The Minami area is currently crowded with inbound tourists, with more than half of the customers waiting outside being of Asian descent. The ticket machine outside does not have any other languages written for foreign customers. I wonder how they decide on their menu? They seem to be choosing while looking up on their smartphones. After waiting for over 40 minutes, I finally entered the shop. I ordered the clear soup with dried fish for 900 yen and the minced chashu yukke-style rice bowl for 250 yen, and handed them to the staff. I sat at the counter at the back and waited for my food. The minced chashu yukke-style rice bowl had less color and ingredients than expected, disappointing. The ramen toppings included thick-sliced chicken breast chashu, rare shoulder loin chashu, 2 pea sprouts, white negi, 2 wontons, and a bit more bamboo shoots. The soup, although called salt ramen, was a light clear broth made only with dried fish. The noodles were thin straight noodles with low water content from Menya Teiaku, which were delicious. I should have added a large portion for an additional 100 yen. By the way, the nigorinigori is made with thick flat noodles, so be careful if you don't like thick noodles. Unfortunately, I didn't confirm the type of noodles for the popular bubble system chicken soba. If it's thin noodles, I would like to try it next time. If it's different, I'll have the clear soup with dried fish again. This shop excels in customer service, with everyone bowing and wishing you to do your best as you leave. Although I was dressed as a businessman, they adjust their farewell depending on the customer, such as saying "take care on your travels" to tourists. It was delicious.

After a long time, I had a business trip to Osaka and arrived around 11:30. There were already about 5 people lined up, so I waited for about 15 minutes to get in. I ordered the signature "Chicken Soba" and it was indeed the most delicious ramen in Osaka. The soup and noodles matched well, and I finished it in no time. It's a ramen that makes you want to eat it over and over again.

This shop is part of the Zasilver series, and their specialty seems to be "dried sardines". While they also offer a clear broth, I decided to go for the dried sardine paitan. It has a rich and creamy flavor, with a strong paitan taste. The noodles are thick and chewy, resembling fettuccine, and they pair well with the strong soup. The dried sardine paitan has a hint of porcini mushroom flavor, giving it a unique twist. Crushed dried sardines are at the bottom of the bowl, adding to the sardine flavor. This bowl is a one-of-a-kind dish that perfectly captures the essence of Zasilver. And of course, their meat sushi is delicious too!

I visited Chicken Soba Zagingo in Shinsaibashi for lunch. The creamy chicken broth ramen was delicious with two types of chashu, menma, onions, and fried burdock. The portion size was just right for lunch. I would like to try their signature dried fish ramen next time. Despite the long lines, I would definitely go back to this popular restaurant.

A popular ramen restaurant in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Located off the main shopping street, the long line of people waiting outside is a sign of its popularity. Visited around 3 pm and there were about 20 people ahead of me. Although the restaurant had more than 10 seats, the turnover was slow. Ended up waiting for over 60 minutes. They operate in batches, so it's not like one customer leaves and another enters immediately, causing some inefficiency. The people in line seemed to be mostly young people with time to spare. As for whether the ramen is worth the wait, the answer is no. While the ramen is well put together, with innovative fried onions and a bold combination of noodles and rich fish broth, the overall impression is just average and not very memorable. The texture of the soup is not very pleasant, with bits of fish bones occasionally present. The low-temperature cooked chashu may be trendy, but it feels like they've just put together a collection of popular elements. If there wasn't a long line, I would probably think it's a good restaurant.

The shop opens early in the morning and there was already a line forming 30 minutes before opening. It seems that many foreigners are among the early customers. I tried the chicken soba this time. I noticed that there were fewer toppings than when I had it at the main store before. The flavor was good with tasty chicken broth and thin noodles. Thank you for the meal.

Actually, Zasilver, which ranked 2nd in a Kansai tsukemen (dipping noodles) special on TV, has its charm in the variety of tsukemen soup that differs depending on the store. The Shinsaibashi branch offers two types of tsukemen: chicken tsukemen and niboshi (dried sardine) tsukemen, a unique menu only available at the Shinsaibashi branch. This time, I tried the niboshi tsukemen. The niboshi soup is not overly rich or fishy, but it has a distinct roughness that indicates the intensity of the soup. It's not extremely thick, but it's the kind of richness that makes you want to finish it all. Additionally, the tsukemen comes with rare chashu (sliced pork) on top, and the dipping sauce contains tender chicken breast pieces, providing a satisfying eating experience. Furthermore, ginger and burdock tempura are served on the side, with the ginger adding a refreshing touch to the aftertaste. Zasilver is known for its burdock topping, and when you dip the burdock tempura in the soup, the delicious flavor of the burdock spreads in your mouth as you chew. The option to reheat the soup or make a soup-wari (diluted soup) for the finishing touch ensures that you won't be able to resist finishing every last drop. Zasilver, a representative ramen shop in Osaka that you'll want to wait in line for. Thank you for the meal.

Located just one street away from Shinsaibashi shopping street, this famous restaurant always has a long line of customers. The interior is elegant and chic, with a black color scheme. I ordered the chicken soba, and the creamy chicken broth with foam was delicious, with a rich depth from Kyushu dried fish and the flavor of Kagoshima Sakurajima chicken. The noodles were thin and straight, and the toppings included two types of chashu (chicken and pork), triangular menma, onions, and fried burdock. The overall balance of flavors and beautiful presentation make this ramen shop one of the best in Osaka.

At the Chicken Soba Ginaniboshi restaurant, they serve a Nigori (smoked egg) made with plenty of dried bonito. The soup is packed with intense dried bonito flavor without any bitterness or harshness. It's like drinking a bowl of dried bonito itself, so delicious. The noodles are straight and flat, coated generously with the flavorful soup. The egg is also bold, with a strong smoky aroma that can stand up to the rich dried bonito broth.

Long time no see, Zagan! I had some business in Minami from noon today, so I visited a bit later! Even around 2 pm, there was still a line... As always, I had the familiar chicken tsukemen (dipping noodles) in large size with fried chicken and white rice set, 2 bottles of beer, reheated soup, and added shichimi (seven spice) for extra flavor! I was very satisfied today as well ❤️

When I come to Osaka, I always go to this shop. I had only tried the boiled fish broth ramen before, so I wanted to try the chicken ramen and decided to visit. I lined up around 12:00 on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get in after about 20 minutes. However, it was extremely hot in Osaka that day and the direct sunlight on the people lining up was intense. They have parasols available, but it is tough to continue lining up there for a long time in the middle of summer. The taste was okay. In the end, I think the clear broth with dried fish flakes is the most delicious. (Personal opinion)
addict.

Chicken Soba for 950 yen, arrived at 12:35 on a weekday. During the summer vacation, the place was in Shinsaibashi, so there were many students and foreigners. There were 6 people waiting in line in front of the store. You line up here, and there seems to be a system where you purchase your meal at the ticket machine once you reach it. I went with the basic option of Chicken Soba, but I should have chosen the option with dried bonito based on the name of the restaurant. I was seated at 12:50 and my bowl arrived at 12:54! The bowl was placed on a large tray, which was then placed on the counter. The bowl was deep and black, making the white color of the chicken broth soup stand out. Their specialty burdock slice fry was served in a generous portion. There were two triangular menma, green onions, and one slice each of pork and chicken chashu around the rim of the bowl. I started by tasting the soup, which was a refreshing chicken broth with a rich chicken flavor, and the foam on top added a nice texture and aroma. The noodles were medium-thick and had a good chewy texture that paired well with the soup. The burdock slice fry had a nice texture and flavor. I was surprised by the amount of it. The menma was soft and had a sweet taste, similar to a soft simmered bamboo shoot. The chashu was moist and flavorful, with the chicken being tender and well-seasoned. When I tasted the soup again, the foam had disappeared, leaving a clean and refreshing chicken broth that I finished completely.

The chicken white broth soup is very delicious. The fried burdock is a nice touch! The compatibility with the noodles is average. I added extra chashu today, but the chashu was just okay. Lately, it seems like chashu portions have increased. Overall, I think the quality is high. However, be prepared to wait in line for quite some time. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke.

I visited during a hot lunchtime. There was a line outside, but I appreciated the complimentary tea service and the option to borrow a parasol. I ordered the cloudy ramen with dried fish broth and the chicken ramen. The taste was quite rich and the soup was thick rather than clear. Next time, I'd like to try a lighter option. Thank you for the meal!

Visited with one other person. There seemed to be quite a few foreigners. Waited for about an hour to get in. It was worth the wait. Ordered extra chashu and meat sushi. Both were highly rated. The ramen was rich and flavorful. The burdock was as stylish as ever.

The dried fish soup with added burdock is gentle on the stomach and surprisingly delicious. The thin noodles in the ramen go perfectly with the dried fish broth. I couldn't resist slurping up every last drop. When I left the restaurant, there were about 20 people waiting in line.

The kindness of preparing tea outside was heartwarming. There was a group of four Chinese people waiting in front of me. Maybe I arrived at the right time. It was a hot summer day, but I didn't have to wait long to enter the restaurant. I arrived around 4 p.m. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful and clean, despite being busy. The service was polite and the atmosphere was stylish. The ramen was delicious. It was like a potage soup, although I might get scolded for saying that. Seriously, it was delicious. I was impressed and had a happy moment. Thank you for the meal.

After the Kansai Catan tournament, I searched for a nearby restaurant and found this place with a long line. I arrived at 5:40 pm and had to wait for 7 people ahead of me. I finally got my dipping noodles at 6:30 pm. It was hot, so I ordered the 980 yen dipping noodles. In the tournament, I played 4 games, won 3, and scored 37 points, finishing in 7th place overall. I'll do my best at the Tokyo final tournament next month!

Order chicken soba with extra burdock, minced char siu, and yukke-style bowl. This ramen shop is located a short walk from Shinsaibashi. It is situated on the outskirts of a shopping street, but it is relatively easy to find as there is usually a line of people waiting outside. I arrived around 10:15 am and there were about 3 people ahead of me. The shop has a ticket machine and a change machine outside, which is convenient. They also provide water for heatstroke prevention, showing great hospitality. The shop opened at 10:30 am, and I entered. The interior had dim lighting and stylish background music, giving off a high-minded vibe. The presentation of the food was beautiful, like a miniature rock garden. The burdock in the dish stood out, adding a unique touch. I took a sip of the soup, which had a rich and mellow chicken flavor, although I didn't taste much of the dried fish broth. The noodles were thin but had a distinct chewiness to them, making them enjoyable to eat. The rare char siu was juicy and flavorful, complementing the soup well. The burdock had a crunchy texture and a pleasant aroma, enhancing the overall taste of the dish. The large bamboo shoots were well-cooked, with a slightly sweet and chewy texture. The char siu bowl had a strong and tasty flavor, which paired nicely with the soup. Overall, the food was delicious, but I still prefer the main branch of the restaurant.

It's been a while since I had the "Za Gin" ramen. I went for the usual chicken tsukemen and a yukke-style rice bowl. It was really popular since early in the morning! The staff's chatting caught my attention today... They seemed to forget to reheat the soup because they were so engrossed in their conversation. A bit disappointing, but the taste was still great as always. I'll try the dried fish tsukemen next time!

This shop always has a long line, but when I went on a weekend evening, there was only one person ahead of me so I decided to wait. Despite being just one person in line, I had to wait for a while before being seated at a spacious table. The ramen arrived shortly after, but honestly, it wasn't as amazing as I had expected. Some of the noodles were not fully cooked, which was a bit disappointing. Namba to Sakahon is a competitive area for ramen shops, so I wonder if there are better places to eat around here. If I have the chance, I would like to visit a shop in Higobashi next time.
