I was intrigued by the discreetly presented menu at Ootoya, so I visited alone after 12:30 PM. There were five groups ahead of me and two groups after. The new restaurant has a calm atmosphere. I ordered the stir-fried white fish with black beans, which arrived in about five minutes. The white fish had a fluffy texture, and I really liked the rice. For dessert, I had what I think was white fungus; it had a gooey consistency, which might divide opinions. Being close to the station, clean, and offering items under 1,000 yen gives it a great sense of value, so I have decided to return. I paid with PayPay.
