"Bomaru Uchikai Shoten" is located near Yoichi fishing port, on the way from the center of Yoichi towards Furubira. It is right next to the popular smoked products shop "Nanboru Taro Shoten Smoked Shop". Although it is primarily a sales office for a seafood processing company that processes and sells fresh fish and seasonal seafood caught locally, they also sell dried fish and pickled products in a small space at the entrance of the company's office. The products available when I visited included salmon roe, herring with bran, herring fillets, Matsumae pickles, seasoned shishamo smelt, and sweet shrimp pickles. They also sold smoked sweet shrimp from the neighboring shop as "smoked flavor dried sweet shrimp @ 500 yen". I bought the sweet shrimp pickles after shopping at the neighboring shop. The "Sweet Shrimp Pickles 100g @ 500 yen" comes in three sizes: 100g for 500 yen, 150g for 800 yen, and 200g for 900 yen, with around 15 shrimp in the 100g pack. The shrimp are pickled whole with shells on, with a sweet flavor. You can eat them whole, from head to tail, and they are a calcium-rich pickle. They make a great snack with spicy sake or wine. Since it is a shop directly operated by a seafood processing company, you can purchase them at a reasonable price. It's a great souvenir to bring back when visiting the Yoichi area!"

I purchased this product at El Plaza. It's called "Hokke Rocky". It's cheap and delicious. They also have other options like herring. I always end up buying it whenever I go there.
