甘さ控えめがすき
Since no one has come yet, I think this is the perfect time to go. Until now, I have been going out of my way to eat at famous eel restaurants, but the prices have skyrocketed, with eel rice dishes costing around 5000 or 6000 yen. I was starting to think, maybe I don't need to eat eel anymore. If I want to eat eel, I'd rather enjoy a full course meal for greater satisfaction. Just when I thought there were no good places left, I discovered Naruse, and it is incredibly delicious! This place is my top choice now! Cheap eel restaurants often have fishy or rough textures, but here, it's really fluffy and astonishingly good. It's hard to believe this quality at such a price. While many eels tend to have a muddy taste, the ones here are completely free of that smell. I think the standard size for 1600 yen is more than enough for me, and I'm thrilled at the price. I didn't often go out for eel, but now I feel I can casually enjoy it to boost my spirits since the price is so reasonable. It's even cheaper than buying eel at the supermarket, so I will definitely be coming here regularly! If you're someone who is particular about taste and feeling apprehensive, I recommend ordering the upper grade at 1900 yen. For me, the standard size at 1600 yen was more than delicious enough. What stands out the most is genuinely the price. The fluffiness at this price is remarkable! I'm genuinely satisfied after ordering the small standard serving. In my opinion, it rivals eels that cost over 3000 yen. For those focused on quality, you can order a higher-priced option at this restaurant for better quality. However, what I seek in eel is the fluffiness above all, and there was no muddy or earthy taste at all; it was sufficiently delicious. I also found the sauce to be quite tasty. Going out to an eel restaurant with family used to cost over 10,000 yen, making it hard to casually go out in today's world, but here, it’s affordable enough for everyone to come! Moreover, it’s fluffy and delicious! It's cheaper than domestic eel sold at supermarkets, but the flavor and texture are comparable to high-end establishments. The fluffiness here is truly at the level of a fine dining restaurant! It is genuinely delicious. The special touch of being served in a tiered box adds to the appeal, and the portion size feels special as well! Eels from supermarkets often have bony textures that can be rough, unlike the fluffiness found here. The eels are so fluffy that you could eat them with a spoon. Even though they are imported, there's no muddy taste, no unpleasant odor, and they aren't greasy—it's amazing! I will continue to reorder from Naruse. I enjoyed the sauce, which I found to be just the right level of sweetness. While some people might prefer a sweeter sauce, I liked that I could adjust the thickness myself. There was no sense of hiding poor-quality eel with excess sauce; it was genuinely delicious. Ah... it was so good! I think I will probably keep going to Naruse for eel for the rest of my life!
