肉汁うどん
[Visit Date: 2012-07-19] On the 9th day of my first camping trip to Hokkaido, I visited a restaurant on my way from Mori Town to Hakodate via the Kabe Onsen. After soaking in the public hot spring "Kame no Yu" nearby, I decided to visit this restaurant based on a tourist pamphlet from Kabe Town. The restaurant is called "Ota Shokudo" and "Sushimasa," with the same owner operating a general dining area and a sushi counter within the same establishment. The interior has table seating, tatami seating, and a sushi counter, which looked very nice.
[Lunch Menu]
- Sashimi Lunch (1300 yen): The sashimi was prepared by the staff at the sushi counter and arrived in about 8 minutes. It included sashimi, salad, pickles, rice, miso soup, and dessert. There were 6-7 types of sashimi, and even tamagoyaki was served, typical of a sushi restaurant. It was delicious! The sashimi was top-notch, and the standout was the delicious rice. It was sticky and sweet, truly impressive. I left the restaurant very satisfied. Now, I will head towards Hakodate, although I haven't decided on my next destination yet.
