After hanging out with a friend around Akihabara, we decided to visit this place solely because we wanted seafood. When we arrived at the restaurant floor via the elevator, I honestly thought I might have made a mistake because of how clean and calm the lobby was. The staff was also very polite and communicated clearly. Since we made a last-minute reservation, they mentioned that we couldn't choose a course, so we decided to order some dishes that looked appealing at random. Although my vocabulary is limited, everything we had was delicious. The starter was something fancy and tasty. There was no izakaya-like vibe of just sliced cabbage served with ponzu, which left a great impression on me. My friend, who doesn't like alcohol, also had a good time, so I was really pleased. I feel like I found a fantastic spot. Whenever I want to enjoy good food and drinks or if I’m unsure where to eat dinner around Akihabara, I think this place will be my first choice.

The sake selection was just standard junmai sake, but the atmosphere was very nice and the private rooms were beautifully decorated since it was a new building. We opted for the cheapest course at 3,960 yen with an early bird discount, and the only difference was the final sushi course, which was the Matsutake-Bai. We’ll definitely come back!

Glasses really do matter. Today, I ordered the course meal. The sashimi as an appetizer was a bit small in portion, but the quality was high! I’m excited about what’s to come. After that, dishes that are not your typical izakaya fare start arriving. Everything is quite delicious. What I particularly liked was the Aosa seaweed chawanmushi, which surprisingly had rice inside. That was tasty! The course ended with sushi served on a wooden board. The sushi rice was seasoned with red vinegar, and the fish was good, plus the portion was generous. The braised beef tongue, which I ordered as an extra, was thick and delicious! All the seating is in private rooms, and ordering is done through a touch panel, making it a comfortable experience. Everything I ordered came quickly, and the staff was very courteous. This place seems convenient, and I’d like to come back. However, I was slightly bothered by the manager’s response, especially since the other staff members were so good; it was a bit disappointing. But overall, it’s a wonderful restaurant!

All-you-can-drink for ¥4500. Since we've had a lot of meat recently, we decided on a traditional Japanese course. Before the meal, I noticed that the restaurant was beautiful! Each dish was prepared with care, and the flavors were satisfying and met my expectations. The all-you-can-drink options included a variety of less familiar alcoholic beverages, which made choosing take some time. Overall, it was a fun gathering. If I had to mention one downside, it was that I felt like I wanted to drink a bit more, but just as I thought that, they stopped taking orders. It was disappointing not to be asked about last orders.

After finishing the bottle beers, I switched to gin and soda from Jinzo. The sushi to finish was great, especially with the red rice – this is definitely a great place for group gatherings. If there hadn't been a two-hour seating limit, I could have easily stayed much longer.
