I'm alone at Nature's Higashikawa today. I got up early and plan to start early, make money as long as I can, and leisurely head back. I won't be caught for another month and a half. Well, it's a chance to get the last golden license at this age, so it's not just about a month and a half. First, I won't be caught for a month and a half for the safety rally. For lunch, I had my usual ramen and then had soft serve ice cream at "Nature's". When I think of this shop name, I remember a scene I saw yesterday. An acquaintance who was overweight was jumping rope, saying he was going on a diet. I was watching, thinking he might hurt his knees by overdoing it, but he was really trying hard. I got a bit bored and looked away, but when I looked again, he was still at it. Has he gotten shorter? I thought. But when I looked closely, I realized that he was actually sinking into the ground because he couldn't bear his weight. He had sunk about 10cm. He had completely surpassed Nature's. The rice fields around here have all been harvested. There are a lot of people here, waiting, eating, and ordering. But no one is buried. It's a popular place. I'll have the milk soft serve, please. 450 yen? 430 yen? Expensive. It's melting. I took too many photos. The cone is cute. I thought it was just cute, but it's actually delicious. It's worth the high price. It was a delicious soft serve ice cream. Thank you for the meal. Now, I'm heading back. If I leave at 3 pm, I'll be back by 7 pm. It's a leisurely return as I planned. I made quite a bit of money. Maybe I'll go hiking next week. I won't be doing any food log activities next week.

I saw the visuals on Instagram, placed an order with Nature's, paid, and while waiting, a family at the terrace table left, so I asked if I could eat there and took a photo of the table. But tragedy struck! The reason I was intrigued by this soft serve was that one of the eyeballs slipped down a bit due to the strong wind that day. I thought it would be better to eat it there than take it to the car, but oh well.
- MIX (MILK & HO-JI CHA) 430 yen
A mix of milk (Jersey & Brown Swiss cows) and hojicha (using tea from Mie Prefecture). The hojicha had a bitter taste that I had never experienced before. The hojicha flavor was outstanding! The milk was refreshing with a good aftertaste, like drinking fresh milk. The hojicha seemed to be based on that milk, with a refreshing bitter taste. The eyeballs were made of white chocolate.
I was lured in by the visuals, so I think if other soft serve shops come up with something fun and extra, they could attract more customers.
- MILK w/homemade strawberry sauce 580 yen
Under the soft serve was crunchy organic chocolate granola. I've only ever eaten normal granola from the supermarket, so I didn't think it was worth paying for. But this was crunchy with a good texture, and the dried fruits were good too. The strawberry sauce added a refreshing sweetness to the soft serve, which might be a bit lacking for those who prefer rich soft serve. But I prefer the less overpowering taste, so I was lured in by the eyeballs and really enjoyed this soft serve. I ate it at a normal speed, but towards the end, it became quite liquid. Overall, it was a delicious treat.

The weather is nice, so I wanted to go on a trip.
- Customer Service & Atmosphere: You can order easily from a small window. There are indoor seating options as well as outdoor seating where you can enjoy the view of nature.
- Milk Soft Serve: The texture is very smooth. The taste is refreshing and reminiscent of silky milk. The cute eye-like decoration also adds to the excitement.
- Overall: It wasn't my preferred rich type, but you can enjoy the feeling of eating soft serve in the great outdoors.

This is a shop located in the midst of a natural setting with a picturesque rural landscape, where you can enjoy soft serve ice cream, smoothies, coffee, and more! The interior of the shop has a woody feel with dried flowers decorating the space, creating a charming atmosphere. I ordered the "Soft Serve Ice Cream (Milk)" (400 yen including tax) and an "Iced Café Latte" (450 yen). The soft serve ice cream was incredibly smooth and had a delightful texture. I learned that they use milk from Jersey cows in Biei and only sugar, without any preservatives or stabilizers. It melts easily, which is why they serve it in cups only. The milk flavor is rich and prominent, and the soft serve ice cream is topped with a white chocolate decoration, adding to its visual appeal. The Café Latte was also delicious with a generous amount of milk. The town of Higashikawa is known for its trendy shops, but even in the more natural areas away from the town center, new and exciting shops are popping up. It's a town that never ceases to impress!

My mother and I went for a drive to Tokawa on a whim! Lately, more and more shops are popping up in Tokawa, so it's fun to wander around without a specific goal and stumble upon some nice places. Sometimes we go on spur-of-the-moment trips like this. This time, as we were wandering around, we came across a stylish shop in the middle of a rice field. It seemed like an ice cream shop! Both my mother and I love ice cream, so we decided to check it out. The interior was so stylish and cute, just the kind of room I've always dreamed of! The ice cream flavors were regular milk and roasted green tea. I ordered a mix of both, while my mother went for the milk flavor. We were given a number tag and our ice creams came out quickly. They even had cute eyeballs on them! The taste was refreshing, not too sweet, and had a clear aftertaste. There was a strong roasted green tea flavor, which I liked. However, as a fan of rich and creamy soft serve ice cream, I found it a bit too light. But on a scorching hot day, this light and refreshing soft serve would be perfect! Hokkaido is known for its soft serve ice cream, and everyone has their own preferences. I personally prefer the rich and creamy milk-based soft serve, but this light and refreshing option was great for a hot day. I would love to come back on a day when the temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius to try it again! There were also other drinks that caught my eye, so I definitely want to come back for those too. Another thing to look forward to! Thank you for the meal!

When I went to Kitoushi Forest Park, I saw a soft serve ice cream shop. I loved the location and the atmosphere inside the shop, so my excitement was already high before eating the soft serve ice cream! I ordered vanilla and roasted green tea flavors, and they even came with a chocolate decoration that looked like eyes. The vanilla soft serve had a gentle sweetness that was delicious. The roasted green tea soft serve is highly recommended on hot days! It has a low sweetness and a strong tea flavor. Eating it gives a refreshing and clean feeling. I was impressed that soft serve ice cream doesn't always have to be sweet! The tea flavor was really delicious. I want to go back to this soft serve ice cream shop again! Thank you for the meal.

"No Smoking" This delicious soft serve ice cream... I rarely get to eat it! The secret to its deliciousness is... the lovingly raised cows in Biei. It is made using fresh milk squeezed from Jersey cows and Brown Swiss cows. The flavor and richness of this ice cream... could it be due to low-temperature pasteurization? It reminds me of the deliciousness when I bought milk from a dairy farm and pasteurized it myself in a pot, carefully monitoring the temperature. It has none of the typical bitterness of milk, and instead, it concentrates the deliciousness of milk. The natural sweetness is refreshing, with no unnecessary flavors, just straightforward deliciousness. I heard that they don't use any additives like emulsifiers. Because of this, it melts very quickly, so they serve it in cups. The owner said they like the cones for soft serve ice cream, but it melts too quickly to use them. I remember seeing a review by Takurele-san and rushing to go, only to find out they were closed during the winter season. The hojicha soft serve ice cream is also delicious. They must pay attention to detail with the hojicha as well. I should definitely try their coffee too. It was hot, but I'll have it hot (laughs). The coffee is delicious too. They apparently use the beans I like to order at home. Um... was it the clock tower? I asked about the location, but I lost my notes! In the winter, their main job as a mountain guide takes priority. That's why the cafe is closed. I'd love to try their ice cream in the extreme cold. You'll regret it if you don't try this ice cream.

I have been waiting for the announcement on Facebook, and finally it's started! I must say, why does Tokawa keep opening such stylish shops one after another? As a resident of the neighboring town, I can't help but feel envious. The shop was open until 4 p.m. on the day, so I checked the arrival time using map search on my smartphone, and it was all good. I traveled at the speed of light (just kidding). I ordered ice cream and related menu items, coffee and related menu items, and also a brownie. I didn't order the brownie, though. I got the coffee to go and enjoyed it in the car. By the way, I wonder who this ice cream cone belongs to. I have no idea, so I titled it "Someone" haha. There was a lady serving and handling customers at the shop, who seemed young to be called a "Madam." And her child (probably) was happily coming in and out. It's nice to see them full of energy. I ordered a mix of matcha and milk soft serve, and it was delicious including the toppings. I wish more people knew about this place. Thank you for the meal.

The children wanted to visit, so we came to the restaurant. It was hot today, perfect weather for soft serve ice cream. We enjoyed it inside the store as it felt like we were melting outside.

A stylish soft-serve ice cream shop located a little outside of Higashikawa town. The scenery is beautiful, and not only the atmosphere but also the taste is delicious.
