I participated in Summer Sonic Osaka after going on an expedition, and the next night I visited the restaurant with a prior reservation. Since I haven't been to Osaka much, I'm not sure, but the area where the restaurant is located, Kita-Shinchi, is like Akasaka in Tokyo, I guess. The entrance to the restaurant is at the back of a building, so I hesitated a bit to enter, but I was warmly welcomed with a bright and energetic atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and has a very nice ambiance! The dishes were plentiful and all delicious and wonderful!! Especially the eel and corn mixed rice before dessert was exquisite, and I couldn't help but have multiple servings! I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal!!

I found it around Kitashinchi. It was in the TOP5000, so I made a reservation to see what it was like. I was able to make a reservation online even 3 days before. I chose the Jin Bento because it was recommended. I later found out that they only serve 20 a day. I reserved for 12 o'clock. There was only one person at the counter and one group at a table. It didn't get crowded after that, so it seems like you can just walk in even on the day. The Jin Bento was 2,700 yen, which I think is quite a good deal. The menu included an appetizer, sashimi, seasonal dish, steamed dish, side dish, rice, miso soup, and pickles. The menu had "August Jin Bento," so it seems to change monthly. It included seasonal items like corn soup and sweetfish. It was a bento box that made me feel the season. The rice is available in large portions and refills are free. The taste was just delicious. I finished it all in about an hour. If you compare it to the 6-course meal for 5,500 yen, the bento box definitely feels more worth it. I'm curious about their dinner and lunch courses as well. I'd like to go again if I have the chance!

I visited Washimi Sakajin for the first time in the mood for grilled fish. Washimi Sakajin is located at 1-3-33 Dojima, Kita-ku, Osaka, on the 1st floor of Shinchi Mannen Building, a 3-minute walk from JR Tozai Line "Kitashinchi" station. I arrived at Shinchi Mannen Building around 12:00. There are many dining establishments in Kitashinchi in the building, with lunch signs displayed outside. Closed on Sundays and holidays, business hours are from 11:30 to 14:00 (L.O 13:00) and from 17:30 to 3:00. I proceeded to the back of the first floor and luckily there was no waiting outside! I got permission to take photos and sat at the counter seat. It is a space with a dignified atmosphere. The monthly special Jin Bento, two types of rice bowls, and grilled fish set with mackerel, salmon, and cod are available. Husband ordered the grilled fish set (Kinka mackerel salt-grilled (large)). The grilled mackerel has a good smell that stimulates the appetite. After a while, the dish arrived. First, the miso soup! The miso soup ingredients are seaweed, fried tofu, and green onions. It is delicious with a strong umami taste and served hot. The Kinka mackerel grilled over a strong fire! The grilling is wonderful! The skin is crispy, and the flesh is juicy with a good amount of fat. The salad vegetables are fresh and go very well with the homemade dressing. The small side dish box contains red snapper sashimi, grilled eggplant, and mozuku seaweed vinegar dish! Everything brings out the natural deliciousness of the ingredients and tastes amazing. I had a second serving of rice! The staff's attitude and attention to detail are excellent. On top of the rice, I placed the belly meat of the Kinka mackerel! Especially the fatty belly meat goes well with rice! It was a perfect meal with a good balance and complete happiness! After enjoying the delicious meal and filling my stomach, I paid the bill, thanked the staff, and left Washimi Sakajin. Husband: Thank you for the meal! It was delicious! I will come again! I wish there was rice with the meal. There seems to be courses with and without dessert, and I didn't confirm properly so I didn't know. It was a bit disappointing. The staff's service was excellent!!!

Had lunch at Wamisakunin for a greeting and a preview, as executives will be dining there. It's a hidden gem of a Japanese restaurant in Kitashinchi. I made a reservation for Saturday at 12 o'clock. It was crowded in Umeda, but when I got to Kita-Shinchi, there were fewer people. The restaurant is located inside a mixed-use building. When I entered, it was like a private room, and although I could only reserve a counter seat, I was seated at a table. I chose the most popular bento box. It was served in a two-tiered box and my excitement level went up! Each dish was elegant and I was able to fully enjoy the flavors. I was surprised to see that the tartar sauce served with the fried food was pink, but it tasted delicious like regular tartar sauce. I wonder what it's made of... If the contents change daily, I would like to come back again.

It was very delicious. The tea is cold. You can have seconds of rice. The small plates have sauce and soy sauce. The steamed conger eel sushi was a bit different than usual. The chawanmushi? is cold. The salad dressing is refreshing.

It's been almost 10 years since I last visited this restaurant, which I used to go to every two weeks. I remember the bento box costing 1500 yen back then, and I loved it because it offered authentic Japanese cuisine at a reasonable price in Kitashinchi. I'm excited to visit again after such a long time. It seems like the prices have gone up a bit, but the variety of dishes has increased and the quality seems to have improved. The interior of the restaurant has been renovated and looks very clean and calming. I'm considering having lunch alone at the counter next time. Besides bento boxes, they also offer affordable lunch menus, so I plan to try those next time. Thank you for the meal!

This was the first time I visited this restaurant with my brother and friends during our trip to Osaka. Since our trip was planned last minute, it was convenient to be able to make a reservation online through Tabelog. The restaurant is located deep inside a building, making it slightly hard to find, but the ambiance from the moment you enter is delightful and exciting. The dishes featured summer ingredients, giving a sense of the season, and every dish was exquisite. The owner seems to be from Nagasaki, as we were surprised to find a spring roll wrapped in Nagasaki champon noodles served as a fried dish. It was my first time trying it, and it was also delicious. I have found a great restaurant and will definitely visit again.

A cozy traditional Japanese restaurant in a new location that doesn't feel too formal. With around 5 dishes for about 10,000 yen, it offers good value for money. They have both private rooms and regular table seating, making it convenient for various occasions. The grilled eel and tempura of Den Suke conger eel were particularly delicious. The spring rolls with chanpon noodles had a fresh and tasty flavor.

I arrived in Kita-Shinchi a little before 1 pm on Saturday, only to find that the restaurant I was aiming for had finished serving lunch, and the next place I tried was fully booked. Other restaurants had long lines or weren't serving lunch, so I was struggling to find a place to eat. Luckily, when I visited this restaurant after a long time, they had availability. They had a limited special of natural black tuna and whitebait rice bowl, which I ordered along with the Kinka mackerel grilled fish set meal. The tuna bowl was delicious without any fishy smell. The grilled fish set meal, with side dishes, sashimi, rice, and miso soup, was also tasty, but unfortunately, the mackerel was salty and burnt. The restaurant had a cozy and clean atmosphere, similar to a small traditional Japanese eatery, which made for a pleasant dining experience. I would like to visit again. They also accept payment via PayPay.

I treated myself to a luxurious lunch in Kitashinchi. I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. I had the Jin Bento for 2,700 yen. It was filled with a variety of ingredients and I enjoyed it until the last bite. The draft beer was also delicious. I will definitely visit again.

Kita-Shinchi lunch. The black tuna and whitebait bowl that I couldn't eat last time because it was sold out. It costs 1,600 yen and is limited in quantity. The quality of the tuna is also high, and the whitebait is large and very delicious. The appearance makes you think it must be delicious even at night, it's really good.

Enjoying a meal in a beautifully clean space that doesn't seem like it's inside a mixed-use building, I had the Matsukado Bento at Jin Bento for ¥2700. The menu made me want to have a drink even during the day, and every dish I tried was delicious. In addition to the Jin Bento, they also offer grilled fish set meals and tuna bowls for lunch, making it a very popular spot in the competitive lunch scene of Kita-Shinchi. It's recommended to make a reservation for lunch as well!

It is located in Kitashinchi. You have to walk a little. It's a bit hard to find, but it's on the first floor. The lunch is very reasonable. There is a lot of food and it was enjoyable to eat. The cost performance is very good. It is Japanese food, so it is very healthy and delicious.

I found a great restaurant in the heart of Shinchi that is cheap, delicious, and just the right amount for Nonbei. We ended up spending 15,000 yen per person after overindulging in the "Chef's choice 3 dishes for 6,600 yen course" (^_-)-☆ They allow smoking on Saturdays and serve delicious Japanese cuisine a la carte, so I will probably visit this place again next time. The grilled fish and sashimi were amazing. The tempura of Densuke anago and Nagasaki champon spring rolls were also delicious. The Nagasaki champon spring rolls were a creative dish that I had never tried before and they were so good ('◇')ゞ It's very convenient to visit on Saturdays! It feels like a hidden gem. I saw on Tabelog that many big bloggers have visited this place. It might be a good place to kill time or bring friends along. I had a really great time there! Thank you!

I had always avoided Kita-Shinchi because I thought the lunch there was too high-end. However, I was guided by a customer to have my first lunch in Kita-Shinchi. The dishes, broth, and service that I thought were beyond my reach as a salaryman were all elegant and satisfying during lunch. I may not be able to go frequently, but it is a restaurant I would like to visit again.

I entered the restaurant at 1:00 pm. Received my food at 1:10 pm. Left the restaurant at 1:15 pm. It's been a while since I left a restaurant within 15 minutes, other than fast food places. The sauce was light and easy to eat, so I didn't get tired of it. The thick anago was delicious, but the combination with green onions was not great.
