When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no medicine that suits my rare disease. I was hospitalized for rare disease treatment in September last year, January this year, and again in April. The supportive comments from everyone were a source of energy for me during my hospitalization. I am truly grateful. I was discharged in May, but recently the doctor mentioned the possibility of another hospitalization during the recent examination and consultation. If I haven't recovered by this month's check-up, the doctor recommends hospitalization again. Due to the COVID-19 vaccine, the scheduled treatment cannot be done for a month after vaccination. The doctor instructed me to confirm the vaccination schedule with Sapporo City, but for those aged 65 to 74, the schedule ends in February next year. For those under 64, priority is given to those with underlying conditions, and vaccination is scheduled to start in March next year. Prime Minister Suga said that vaccinations for those aged 65 and over will be completed by July this year, but it seems that Sapporo has received only a small amount of the COVID-19 vaccine, so it will be delayed until February next year. I will most likely be hospitalized based on the situation with the COVID-19 vaccine. Thank you for your continued support. In June 2021, "Aizumi Motocho Store" is a local Japanese tea specialty store in Sapporo. They were the first to sell "deep-steamed tea" in Hokkaido. The main store was established in 1927 in the Kotonishi area of Nishi-ku, Sapporo. They have outlets in Marui Imai Sapporo Main Store's basement and at AEON, with my frequent visits to AEON Sapporo Kuwazono Store. There was a veteran kimono-clad sales assistant who was very knowledgeable about tea. He was very pleasant, and I often received multiple tastings while chatting with him. I would then buy the tea that I liked the most. I decided to stop by when I came to AEON Sapporo Hiraoka Shopping Center. This store is located on the first floor of AEON Mall Sapporo Hiraoka Store along Atsubetsu Chuo Street in the Hiraoka area of Kiyota-ku, Sapporo. Please check the exact location of the store on Tabelog. I visited around 2 p.m. on a weekday. "Aizumi" usually offers tastings at each store, but they had to stop due to a request from AEON because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Personally, I love "cold-brewed tea." It's always in the fridge in a glass pot all year round. "Deep-steamed tea" is the most user-friendly for cold-brewing. I hesitated between Shizuoka and Miyazaki, but I use both. This time, I decided to buy "Sencha Shizuoka Kakegawa Tea Deep-steamed Sodatsu." Sencha Shizuoka Kakegawa Tea Deep-steamed Sodatsu is a fairly refreshing type of deep-steamed tea. It comes out well even with just water. Even when brewed strongly, it has less bitterness compared to other teas. It's a type of Japanese tea that is less likely to go wrong. It has a clean taste and is easy to drink. Price: 100g for 1,080 yen (tax included). "Sencha Shizuoka Kakegawa Tea Deep-steamed Sodatsu" has a clean and refreshing taste that doesn't seem like a deep-steamed tea. Even when you put in a lot of tea leaves and brew a strong tea, it has significantly less bitterness. It's a type of sencha that is less likely to go wrong. The bitterness component of "Japanese tea" is "tannin." The extraction of tannin is significantly lower at low temperatures. Cold-brewed tea is a perfect way to enjoy a clean, non-bitter tea. However, some people may find it less bitter and unsatisfying. The best brewing method is the one that suits each person. I wonder which deep-steamed tea I'll try next time. Thank you for the meal.
