I visited the highly popular donut specialty store "MILK DO dore iku?" in Sapporo, Hokkaido. This store is operated directly by a farm and offers freshly made donuts. The store opened on February 14th and is very photogenic. They use flour from Bibi-cho and freshly squeezed milk from their own farm. They are the first in Hokkaido to specialize in fresh donuts. They have a limited Mother's Day menu featuring Matcha and Kinako donuts, which I tried and found them to be delicious. The Matcha cream was rich and paired well with the fluffy dough. The Kinako donut was also incredibly tasty. The Caramel donut is their most popular item, with a great caramel flavor and a lovely caramel cream filling. The homemade custard cream donut is also a must-try, with a rich and creamy taste. The donuts are fried in 100% rice oil, making them healthy and delicious. The store is open from 11 am until sold out, with a daily limit of 500 donuts for takeout only. It is located an 8-minute walk from Nijuyonken Station on the Tozai Line in Sapporo. The store is so popular that there is often a line even in the snow.

A specialty donut shop using milk from their own farm. Located in Bifuka-cho, Hokkaido, where they have a farm and are engaged in farming. Since opening in February of this year (2023), the shop has received a lot of media attention and even on snowy days, there are long queues lasting about an hour, making it a popular spot. I had been wanting to try it at some point. I visited at 13:30 on a weekday and there were only two other customers, which was a bit disappointing. Has the hype died down? Was it just a coincidence? From the several types of donuts displayed in the shop (8 varieties on this day), I chose the most popular, second most popular, and one that caught my eye: "Homemade Custard (303 yen) x2," "Fresh Whipped Cream (303 yen)," and "Mixed Sugar (281 yen)." I tried them at home. All of them had a moist and smooth texture with rich custard and light, delicious cream. Although I bought similar flavors this time, I now want to try tiramisu or chocolate flavors as well. If I have the opportunity next time, I will also purchase flavors like those. However, considering the prices, I'm not sure if I will revisit.

Near the off-market and close to Yachidamo Park, there is a specialized shop called MILK DO dore iku that sells fresh donuts. The custard flavor is delicious. If you are looking to enjoy the donut experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They offer custard cream, mixed sugar, and other various flavors. It is similar to Mister Donut's Angel Cream in terms of taste! #Hokkaido #Sapporo #FreshDonuts #MILK DO dore iku #ミルクドドレイク

I had been curious about this shop for a while! Customers were coming in one after another, but the flow was smooth and it was my turn before I knew it. There were so many varieties! I asked the staff what the difference was between regular donuts and "raw" donuts, and they said that the "raw" ones are soft like raw dough. When I ate them at home, they were chewy and delicious!! I personally liked the classic flavors (like cream and custard)!

I visited a donut specialty shop for the first time. There was a long line even before opening. It's a popular shop, isn't it? It took me some time to choose from the wide variety of options, haha. Custard donut for 303 yen - a custard with a good melt-in-your-mouth texture. Whip donut for 303 yen - has a milky taste and feels light. Sugar donut for 281 yen - goes well with the fluffy dough. All three have a fluffy texture and a good melt-in-your-mouth quality. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Donut specialty shop located near the Kitaen-san area and the Central Wholesale Market. I heard from a friend that the donuts here are delicious, so my wife and I decided to visit. Inside the store, there were instructions for lining up, but there were only two groups of customers that day, so it wasn't too crowded. There were about 7 types of donuts available, and this time we bought the "Mixed Sugar (281 yen)" and "Pure Whipped Cream (303 yen)". The donuts were freshly made, so they were not greasy, and the dough was soft and fluffy. The sweetness was also mild, so even though I'm not a fan of sweet things, I found them delicious. The prices are not cheap, but my wife also said they were delicious, so I recommend them to donut lovers.

Fluffy Doughnuts are still very popular, so I arrived at the opening time and there were already about 10 groups in line. It was a weekday, so by the time I left, the line had gotten shorter. Maybe it's easier to buy if you go at a different time? The doughnuts are not greasy and don't make you feel heavy! They have plenty of cream but it's not overwhelming! I was able to eat two in no time. I bought custard and caramel flavors this time, and they were delicious!

There was a line of about 50 people when it opened, so I had given up a few times. After a few months, I was able to enter the shop without waiting this time. There were many donuts lined up, all looking delicious and it was hard to decide. I chose a few and took them home. There are many shops that sell delicious donuts like Kuwon, Maruyama, and Nishi 15-chome fresh donuts, but the donuts here had a nostalgic taste with the sugar around them melting when I got home.

I have passed by this street several times and there is always a line in front of the shop, so I had given up. But today is my lucky day! I have to try this! The doughnut dough is delicious. It is as soft as the cream. The whipped cream and custard cream are not too sweet, which I like.

There were about 10 people lined up, but I was able to buy without much waiting. The homemade custard was priced at 303 yen, and the caramel at 389 yen. The donuts were chewy, and the homemade custard was quite popular, with many people buying a lot. I was excited because there was usually a long line, but it turned out to be pretty ordinary.

- Mixed sugar - Otaru strawberry shortcake (limited time) - Fresh cream - Homemade custard I purchased the above items for a total of 1341 yen. Despite the appearance, the dough is thin and resembles bread dough, as shown in the photo. The outer layer is fluffy, while the inside is chewy, similar to the texture of a "mochi" bread crust. Since they are fried, the outer part is a bit juicy. There were comments about it being undercooked, but when I tried it, it was not an issue. The dough seemed to have a high moisture content. All the donuts are sold and packaged in an upright position, resulting in a slightly dense lower part that is delicious. [Mixed Sugar] This type does not have cream inside, with fine powdered sugar sprinkled on top. It has a plain and fluffy texture, with oil seeping out as you chew, making it delicious. Be careful as a lot of powdered sugar falls off while eating, so it's better to avoid eating it in the car. It deflates over time, so it's best to eat it right after buying it. Recommended for those who enjoy a fluffy texture. [Otaru Strawberry Shortcake] This type has cream inside, with strawberries on top. It contains strawberry-flavored whipped cream, with a strong milk taste and a light strawberry flavor. The taste is more like a light strawberry milk than a shortcake. When you bite into it, the whipped cream bursts out like a cream puff, so be cautious. [Fresh Cream] This type has cream inside, with a slightly refreshing taste, not too rich or too light. [Homemade Custard] This type has cream inside, but it was a disappointment as it was just a regular custard cream without any special twist or flavoring. The store has a stylish atmosphere with trendy background music. The ordering process involves one staff member taking orders and placing them on a tray for payment, while another staff member packages the items. Hokkaido residents tend to dislike waiting in line, and many people were buying in large quantities (10 or more), resulting in a slow turnover rate. I visited on a Saturday, which was rainy and windy with a high of 14 degrees. There were already 5 people waiting 20 minutes before opening, and the line grew to 20-30 people by 11:30. However, the queue was manageable inside the store after opening. Since there is no parking lot, it is recommended to walk from the subway station. It is best to eat the donuts fresh, so I enjoyed the mixed sugar and shortcake at a nearby park bench. After returning home, I tried the custard and cream, and the different textures of the dough were evident. Personally, I don't think I would repeat the experience. I had high expectations as a donut lover, but unfortunately, they were not met. Adding a twist to the cream could make it even more delicious. It lacks the aroma of alcohol or any unique flavor. However, it is a popular shop, so it could be a good gift for people of all ages and genders.

I went to Milk Drake in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. It is a specialty shop for freshly made donuts directly from the farm. They also offer takeout services. There is a parking lot in front of the shop where two cars can park. The shop smells sweet with the aroma of donuts. I ordered homemade custard, fresh cream, caramel, Earl Grey, matcha, and black soybean kinako flavors. You can choose between a free paper bag or a paid box. When I got home, I immediately tried the donuts. They were all filled with plenty of cream and had a great taste of fresh milk. The trendy fresh donuts were very delicious, soft, fluffy, and had a new texture that left a lasting impression.

Until recently, there used to be a long line of people waiting to enter the store, but it seems to have calmed down lately. So, when I passed by and saw no one waiting, I took the opportunity to enter for the first time. I bought the original whipped cream and caramel flavors. Both have a fluffy cream inside the donut with a milky taste, which is delicious. The donut itself has a chewy texture, but I'm not sure if the name "raw" is appropriate, as I am not very knowledgeable about flavors. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived around 11:30. There wasn't much of a line, so I thought I could get in quickly, but ended up waiting for 45 minutes. I'm glad I brought a book with me. It seemed like many people were buying close to the maximum limit of 18 items, and they were also very particular about how the items were packed, causing delays. The staff must have been exhausted. I bought two items, the Mix Sugar and the Pure Life. The Mix Sugar was nice to eat on newspaper, and the Pure Life was chewy with delicious cream. Both were not overly sweet and had a nice chewy texture, but I felt they were not as amazing as the reviews said. Considering the price, I wonder how things will turn out in the future.

It was Monday afternoon, so I was able to buy it without much of a wait. I ate two as soon as I got home, and the rest after dinner. The mixed sugar, cream, and custard cream were exquisite. The cream had an amazing taste that I will remember. I want to eat it again soon. The one I ate after dinner had a slightly flat texture, which was disappointing. I recommend eating it as soon as you buy it. The two donuts I ate right away were delicious, both in terms of the dough and the cream. The first picture is of the donuts I ate right away.

Due to the rain, there was an unusual lack of waiting line, so I had my second round of fresh donuts. Made with fresh milk from their own farm in Bifuka Town, these donuts are similar to Hawaii's Malasada. The Mix Sugar in the plain position is not too sweet, and goes well with Alchemist's coffee. #sweets #Sapporo #Hokkaido's hidden gems #hokkaidolove #gourmet #EnoLog #MilkDrake

This was my first visit. I finally got to buy them! I lined up twice since they opened but couldn't get them, so I gave up. It's been about two months since then and the lines have calmed down. This time, I bought: Mixed Sugar for 260 yen, Custard Cream for 280 yen, Original Whip for 280 yen, Chocolate Nut for 360 yen, Tiramisu for 330 yen. They were delicious!

I was taken here by my partner for the day. As we got closer, I was surprised by the long line at this place, even though it had just opened. The entrance and exit of the shop were separated to create a flow. They operate their own farm in Bibai Town, producing fresh milk. They handle everything from farming and production to sales, ensuring high freshness. They raise cows and use their milk to make whipped cream. I was looking forward to trying it. After waiting for an hour, we finally placed our order. We ordered the Pure Whipped Cream for 280 yen, Earl Grey for 300 yen, and Homemade Custard for 280 yen. The texture of the pastry was fluffy, and the whipped cream was incredibly delicious. It was just sweet enough, and the cream alone was tasty. The Earl Grey had a good balance with the cream, not overpowering it. Some customers were paying around 5000-6000 yen, which made me think that maybe the long line was worth it, but the service was a bit slow. There were three staff members behind the counter, taking orders and then leaving trays unattended to do other tasks. They were a bit slow in packing the ordered items. The staff didn't convey a sense of gratitude to the customers. Despite the delicious whipped cream, it was a bit disappointing overall. Thank you for the meal.

This time, it was said that 400 donuts would be baked by 2:00 pm, but when I arrived after 3:00 pm, there were about 15 people waiting. Inside the store, you could see the kitchen and the donuts being made, which was exciting. While waiting in line, the tiramisu, which I was looking forward to, sold out with only 2 left (disappointing). I bought the ones with pure whipped cream, homemade custard, and chocolate nuts. It seemed to be operated directly by a farm, so I had high expectations. The cream in all of them was delicious, melting smoothly in my mouth and feeling light. Some of the staff members were unfriendly.

The popular donut shop "MILK DO dore iku" opened at 11 o'clock in Sapporo, and there was already a line. My second daughter forcefully dragged me along without telling me the destination as usual. I just went along, holding the baby who was quiet. Inside the shop, there were three men working in the factory and three women serving customers. Seven donuts cost around 2400 yen, which my daughter thought was quite expensive. I tried the sugar, chocolate, and canele flavors. The sugar donut was sweet like good quality sugar, and the fluffy dough complemented it well. The chocolate donut, despite looking heavy, was surprisingly light and elegant. However, the chocolate whip inside was unnecessary and took away from the elegance of the chocolate on top. My daughter left the whip inside uneaten, as she usually doesn't eat it. The canele, despite its small size, cost over 400 yen, and my daughter bought it out of curiosity. She found it unremarkable at first but ended up eating more without realizing it. However, she felt it wasn't worth the high price and wouldn't buy it again.

Sweet Treats in March 2023(๑´∀`) Located in the Nijyuyonken area, a new donut shop opened on February 14, 2023. The shop always has a long line, but the demand has calmed down a bit. Inside the shop, you can barely fit in the counter where they constantly replenish freshly fried donuts. The donuts have a short shelf life, so it's best to eat them on the same day. My husband and I each chose our favorite donut. I went for the seasonal limited edition "Shortcake" for 420 yen, made with strawberries from Shikotsu. It only has a small piece of fresh strawberry on top, so calling it a shortcake might be an exaggeration. The texture is light and fluffy, and when you bite into it, the overflowing oil (?) is delicious. It's so soft and fluffy! The cream is plentiful, with a strong milk flavor and a mild sweetness. You can tell it's made from milk from their own dairy farm. The regular donuts start from 260 yen, and if I can buy them without waiting in line, I would definitely want to try them again. Thank you for the delicious treat(^ω^)
