I thought my visit to the cafe would end after enjoying cheesecake and hojicha, but on my way out, I happened to come across "Windmill" and decided to make a detour! I purchased takeout items, including a pack of 3 pieces of inari sushi for ¥150 and a cream-filled pie crust taiyaki for ¥200. The inari sushi was bought as a souvenir for my family, but I couldn't resist trying one. Its round shape was distinctive, and the thin, fluffy coating with a sweet and tangy vinegar flavor made it delicious! The taiyaki, though pre-baked, still had a crispy pie-like texture on the outside and a soft and chewy inside, almost as if it were freshly made. The creamy filling was thick and sweet, which I didn't mind as I enjoy this type of cream. I would definitely come back for the taiyaki next time, as it has been years since I last had one! Thank you for the meal.

In Chonan, there is a hot spring to refresh yourself before heading home. On the way back, I decided to take a different route and discovered a sign that read "taiyaki" on a side street. Feeling a bit hungry, I decided to stop by. In addition to taiyaki, they also sold takoyaki and ice cream. There was a discount for high school students and younger. I ordered the takoyaki (500 yen) and received a freshly reheated batch in about 5 minutes. The takoyaki, which was generously topped with bonito flakes, was quite large and delicious. I wish there was a bit more mayonnaise, but overall it was tasty. Unfortunately, I couldn't visit at night because it was Chonan, but I'll make sure to try their taiyaki next time I visit. Thank you, "MIRU"!
