"18 BAKERY" is a memory of when I turned 18 and ran away. It's a unique place in Higashikawa, where I found myself alone. The timeless longing that I couldn't put into words. That's why now, I just love it. The secondary moment and all that stuff, it doesn't matter at this point. The cross-sectional area, that's what had a big impact on my next choice of bakery, although I didn't realize it at that time. I didn't go thinking it would be delicious, but the ramen was surprisingly tasty, and the next thing I had on my list after taking notes was a bakery. The fleeting letters where people and dreams reside. So, even if there are bean buns, it would be nice. So, I thought I'd check out a stylish bakery in Higashikawa. "Bean buns, do they even exist?" I thought as I went to explore. I'm alone in Higashikawa. It feels like it's been a while since I last visited. Usually, I go to Kushiro, Obihiro, or Asahikawa, and Sapporo has the most stock. I don't feel like going to other cities this time, so I remembered Higashikawa and made it my destination. When I looked it up, there were countless shops not listed, and I thought I could visit about 10 shops each time, maybe even three times. So, I'll take it easy and explore today since my wife is working late. And in the end, I'll relax in a hot spring and write a hot spring review. Although I didn't write down the hot spring in my notes. Next is a bagel shop. I secretly like bagels. Not that it's a secret, but when I went to the shop, it was closed. It seemed to be closed for an event. I thought about following them, but it's quite far, so I'm not that determined, so I'll save it for the next opportunity. Then, my plan was missing one shop. But I found a bakery on my notes. The true essence of a man who doesn't just stay down when he falls. I quickly picked myself up. It's a pretty big bakery, right? But when I went inside, it was quite small, and there weren't many types of bread. I ended up choosing the shokupan (white bread). The shokupan was also small. Everything was quite small. The lady there was very kind. Even though she might be younger than me, I felt like calling her "auntie." Alright, five more shops to go before heading home. Fluffy, chewy, with olive oil, and a hint of butter? It doesn't stand out, but it's delicious. When I eat it with the Caponata made with our homegrown tomatoes, I think, "Bring me some wine!" And I actually brought it. I can't stop eating it. It's so delicious that I'm surprised by how long this review is. I read it back and was amazed.
