I've been wanting to go for so long... I wonder how many years have passed...? Finally, it's my first visit to Mura-san that I've been looking forward to ♡ Since I found out, I already had the menu for my first visit decided...♪*゚【Teppan Napolitan】♬︎ 999 yen (excluding tax) with salad, drink, and dessert included ♬︎ The pasta lunch menu is limited, but even so... even so~! Choosing the same tomato-based dish... (๑˘・з・˘)プー Shouldn't you have chosen salt or cream instead? Haha I want to eat tomato sauce! I know Napolitan and tomato sauce have different flavors, but... well, it may not look exciting, but... oh well! The person who seems to be the owner of the restaurant seems to be doing everything alone... very efficient and friendly, no wasted movements (๑•̀ •́)و✧ First, the salad is brought out... with bread included ♬︎ The dressing seems homemade too...♪*゚Soon after, the pasta arrives ♬︎ It's served on a hot plate ♡ It's the type with a layer of egg... (*´`*) I wonder why they put it? It's a mystery to me, but I forget before I can solve it ( *^艸^) Probably to prevent it from burning and drying out? The sweet and sour ketchup and Parmesan aroma tickle the nostrils, and my appetite suddenly increases ( *ˊᵕˋ)クンクン Parmesan is already sprinkled on top... The slightly thicker pasta is soft and rich, perfect for the Napolitan sauce to coat it... it's really delicious ♬︎ I enjoyed the expected sweet and sourness and the hotness ♡ I also tried the bacon and vegetable tomato sauce, which was less sweet and had a refreshing, light tomato and vegetable taste, also delicious ♬︎ The noodles were thinner than the Napolitan, cooked al dente ♬︎ As expected, it lived up to its reputation... I want to go back again...♪*゚Thank you for the meal~(*˘︶˘*).。.:*♡

One of the roads that I often use. I see it often, but sometimes I feel like going there. The last time I went was in 2011! I almost forgot what I ate. http://blog.livedoor.jp/dc2raka/archives/55777181.html So, after 8 years, I went to "Mura," an Italian pasta restaurant. Located at 7-7 8-jo-dori, Asahikawa City, you can find the map here https://goo.gl/maps/VL9bTKoz1Tn6kmyj7 Open from 11:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00, closed on Mondays. They have a parking lot, and it's non-smoking. It's a bit of a walk from the parking lot. Recently, it seems like they changed from "Pasta Specialty Mura" to "Kitchen Mura." Maybe they offer more than just pasta now? Well, I'm here for pasta. The interior is homey and cozy. You feel comfortable and at ease. Isn't it always like this...? Anyways, the owner is probably like, "Feel free to make yourself at home." Was he like this...? (laughs) The menu only has the pasta page. On this day, I actually planned to have pizza + pasta at GG, but due to some circumstances (check the previous post), I had pizza at Passatempo and pasta here. Pasta Cream Sauce with Prosciutto and Mushrooms for 1280 yen, and Meat Sauce Pasta for 980 yen. Since I already had pizza, I ordered regular-sized pasta this time. Both dishes had thick noodles. Not all of them, but the two dishes I ordered happened to have thick noodles. The sauce had just the right taste. Nothing outstanding, nothing too pushy, just a good "average" taste. It'll probably appeal to everyone. There are times when you just want something "normal," right? This is perfect for those occasions. The noodles were a bit soft. ...and when I checked my past posts about Mura, I wrote the same thing (laughs). The cream sauce was a hit! I'm glad. Cream sauce pasta can vary a lot in taste, so it's good when it's not a miss. The taste was good, not too salty, and not too sweet. The sauce had a good thickness that coated the pasta well. Quite impressive, isn't it? Now, a few words before I go. The owner is funny (laughs). Very humble. His reactions in conversations were quite amusing (laughs). I can't convey what was funny in my writing. You have to meet him in person. Well, he left a lasting impression on me. So, I'll add this place to my list to visit again (because I want to meet the owner). [Tabelog]

I had heard about this place before, but there was a certain opportunity that led me to visit for the first time. I ordered the bacon and vegetable tomato sauce pasta, which came with a blueberry & cassis salad and dessert, all at a reasonable price. The pasta had thin noodles and was surprisingly generous in portion size. I was the only customer at the time, but the salad and drink arrived first, followed by a short wait before the pasta was served. The pasta had a good balance of flavors, and the salad dressing was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!

During a business trip, I had lunch at this restaurant. It was actually a good decision to come here because the other places were full and couldn't accommodate me. The lunch menu for the day included "Teppan Napoli", "Domestic Beef Curry", "Steak Bowl", and "Teppan Hamburg". All of them looked tempting and were priced at 999 yen each (excluding tax), including salad, drink, and dessert. A female customer in front of me was enjoying the Napoli on the hot plate, and it looked delicious! I decided to order the same. I was initially planning to have coffee, but I noticed a vibrant red drink called "Blueberry & Cassis" on the menu and decided to give it a try. After a short wait, my Teppan Napoli arrived. It was a nostalgic dish with eggs cooked on the hot plate and Napoli on top, with bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and green peas. It was delicious and surprisingly filling. The Blueberry & Cassis drink was a perfect match for the Napoli. The salad included lettuce, paprika, and tomatoes, and the dessert was a small but homemade chocolate cake with strawberries. The restaurant is located near the shopping park, and the cozy atmosphere made me feel welcome. The owner mentioned that the restaurant has been open for 12 years. Even though I only tried the Napoli this time, I look forward to coming back to try other items on the menu!

On Wednesday morning, I finished my outdoor work before noon and as I was walking to my afternoon workplace, I happened to pass by this restaurant called Kitchen Mura. The delicious smell of tomato sauce drew me in, and I noticed that they were open for business. There was a lunch menu posted, and my favorite teppan-style spaghetti was on it! The owner, a man in his mid-40s, welcomed me in. I was the only customer at the time. I was offered a table in the spacious dining area with 5 tables for 4 people each. I quickly ordered the teppan-style spaghetti since the aroma of the tomato sauce had lured me in. The owner mentioned that the restaurant had a nighttime vibe but they were open for lunch as well. He also showed me the dinner menu which included salads, various pasta dishes, meat sauce options, pizza, steaks, curry, and a variety of drinks. While I was enjoying the aroma of the teppan-style spaghetti, a man in a suit came in and ordered the Wagyu beef curry. After a short wait, the beautifully presented teppan-style spaghetti arrived with bell peppers, onions, thickly sliced mushrooms, diced bacon, green peas, and grated cheese. It was served sizzling on the hot plate, and I savored every bite, adding a dash of Tabasco for extra flavor. It was a delicious meal, and the lunch set included salad, drink, and dessert for 999 yen plus tax, which was a great deal. It was a delightful dining experience, and I look forward to returning for dinner sometime in the future.

The lunch set with salad, a slice of pizza, and pasta is a good deal and great for working people. The salad and frittata were a nice touch. The dessert was satisfying. The tomato sauce was slightly sweet, which I liked. The only downside was that the iced coffee was sweetened, so black coffee lovers may prefer hot coffee instead.

At the outskirts of the shopping park, there is a small Italian lunch restaurant called "mura" at the entrance of 8th street. My wife had been there before, so this time we came with the family for lunch. The lunch set is 980 yen and includes pasta, salad, drink, mini pizza, and dessert. You can even change the dessert to a large portion of pasta. This is a great service for men. The pasta options are bacon and broccoli in tomato sauce, clam and mushroom peperoncino, mozzarella cheese meat sauce, and hamburger pasta with tomato sauce and soft-boiled egg. The drink options are coffee, tea, espresso, blueberry & cassis, and more. The mozzarella cheese meat sauce has chunks of mozzarella cheese which is surprising and visually appealing. The pasta is thin but the sauce coats it well, making it delicious. The sauce is not overly oily, giving it a healthy finish with a rich flavor. The mini pizza is thin and crispy, with a delicious golden cheese topping. The cozy interior of the restaurant is surprisingly calming, and the menu is well-suited for women with its flavorful dishes. The Italian cuisine here is different with its generous use of olive oil. They also offer private party reservations at night. Next time, I will have a private party with my friends.

Hot lunch at "Mura", quietly becoming my favorite spot in the 8-jo area. It's not often visited even by those living in Asahikawa. But there are some nice places there. One of them is Mura. We went there. It was a bit late, so there was only one group of customers. I managed to take a photo with no customers in sight. The interior is calm and always well-maintained. The lunch menu offers a choice of three pasta dishes, with options for extra large portions, dessert, and coffee. A service that seems common but isn't really. We went for the extra large, of course. The salad was also great. Perfectly cooked asparagus, so fresh. And the quiche was delicious. I don't usually eat quiche, but this was really good. Just as we finished the salad, a mini pizza arrived, piping hot. You couldn't hold it with your hands. Then came the main pasta dish. I think it was mushrooms and bacon in tomato sauce. The extra large portion had plenty of volume. It may not be clear in the picture, but the center was quite sunken. So it stayed hot until the end. I was surprised by how hot it was last time too. Even though there were no signs of the plate being heated. It had a good amount of garlic and the acidity of the whole tomatoes was appetizing. My wife had the meat sauce with mozzarella, and it looked delicious with the cheese topping. All this came with a drink for 980 yen. A satisfying lunch, isn't it? For those who can't eat much, you can swap the extra large portion for dessert or espresso, which is also nice.

Located straight ahead from Asahikawa Station, this shop "mura" is hidden from view from the outside, with no "open" sign on the door making it a bit intimidating to enter. The interior of the shop is not very spacious, but you can relax in semi-private booths and a spacious area. The indirect lighting and the color of all the lights create a calming atmosphere. This time, I ordered the "Eggplant Meat Sauce" pasta with a set of salad and a drink! It's been a while since I ordered pasta, so I chose something other than Aglio e Olio or Japanese-style pasta. First, the salad. It was more voluminous than I expected! The salad is a combination of three types, with fresh green salad, warm vegetables, and quiche arranged on the plate. It was very luxurious and full of volume! On top of the green salad, it's hard to see, but there is also salmon on it. Then, at just the right timing, the pasta arrived! The server brought a generous amount of grated cheese to sprinkle on top. The pasta had slightly firm noodles with plenty of large eggplants. The meat sauce was a taste that would appeal to anyone. There were also Tabasco and black pepper on the table, so you could adjust the flavor to your liking. The interior of the shop is very quiet and calming. It's a recommended place to enjoy a leisurely meal! This time, I happened to go to fill some time, but next time, I might come here specifically for the pasta. Just one thing to note...I ordered orange juice, but apple juice was served instead. I'll take it positively as a recommendation for apple juice! (laughs) Thank you for the meal!

I visited Mura, a pasta specialty restaurant, after a year. It is located at 8-7, 7-chome, Asahikawa City, at the edge of Kaimono Park. The interior of the restaurant is stylish and simple, with skillful accents. I tried the hamburger pasta on this day. There were options for 200g and 300g, and I chose the 300g portion for around 1300 yen. The base was tomato sauce. I personally prefer firmer noodles, but the thin noodles were okay. The sauce was easy to eat with no strong flavors. The hamburger was delicious with juicy meat, finely textured and well-mixed.

At the end of the shopping park street in Asahikawa, along 8th Street, there is a pasta restaurant. When you open the wooden door, you are greeted by a casual atmosphere with pine wood decor. There are 4 seats at the counter and about 5 tables. Since it was early evening, there were no other customers yet. I sat at a table of my choice. The menu was a bit on the expensive side. When I asked for recommendations, the staff asked, "Do you like tomatoes or cream?" I said, "I like tomatoes," and they suggested the tomato pasta. I decided to try the carbonara set. The salad had French dressing already on it. The pasta was thin with pancetta on top. The cream had a nice cheese flavor without being too heavy. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal. Lunch seems to offer better value for money. There is a parking lot where you can get 1 hour free with a purchase of 1500 yen or more.

This restaurant is located near the end of the shopping park in Asahikawa. It is a small and tidy Italian restaurant. Although it was a lunchtime, I didn't have any alcohol or an older sister with me. The interior of the colorful and bright restaurant is more suitable for young women. The menu for the pasta lunch on this day was as follows: - Salad - Mozzarella cheese meat sauce pasta - Mini pizza or bread (I recommend the mini pizza) - Mini potato gratin (additional cost of 50 yen) - Coffee or tea The price was 980 yen, plus 50 yen for the potato gratin. The food was satisfying, especially the potato gratin which was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The mini pizza was like a slice from a regular pizza. Overall, the price may seem a bit high for Asahikawa, but the quality of the food was good.

Located discreetly at the north end of the shopping park, this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. We ordered the Pancetta Carbonara and the Mozzarella Tomato Pasta. Both dishes were delicious, and I regretted not having higher expectations when entering. The Pancetta Carbonara had slices of salty pancetta on top of the rich carbonara, adding a nice accent and balancing out the flavors. The tomato pasta had a perfect balance of tomato acidity and sweetness, allowing the soft flavor of the mozzarella to shine through. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, providing a satisfying meal.

I only remember what happened after going to the store, but the first visit was for lunch with a friend. The prices were reasonable and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. There were businessmen and maybe housewives having lunch. However, the store was small and the close proximity to other customers was a bit uncomfortable. It's a casual Italian restaurant where you can easily drop by.
