I visited during the limited-time 50% off festival for the four famous dishes in November and December. Since I had already eaten at two places in Fujiidera, I only ordered the eligible items and drinks. Since only two items were allowed, I chose the thick-cut beef tongue and the harami yukke. The harami yukke was delicious! The beef tongue had a firm texture, but it was nicely thick!

I went to the restaurant "Yakiniku Kojima Hanare" for lunch, which opens at 11:30. When I arrived, there were two different opening times posted, which made me a bit confused. The internet said it opened at 11:30, but the sign on the door said 12:00. I was considering going to another place if they didn't open by 11:30. Fortunately, the door opened at 11:30. I ordered the rare hamburger in both 150 grams and 200 grams. The rare hamburger was very juicy and delicious. While the 150 grams was a sufficient amount, I thought I could have handled the 200 grams as well. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were friendly. I definitely want to go back!

I often go to Kojima's hamburger lunch, especially since I can earn points on Tabelog. This time, I tried the "Yakiniku Kojima Banare" located in Fujiidera instead of the main store. The hamburger, made with 100% black Wagyu beef, was almost like yukhoe (raw beef)! It arrives sizzling on a hot plate, and they pour a rich sauce over it right in front of me. The sound of it cooking is delightful. I added a raw egg for an extra 150 yen. The hot plate is placed on a personal grill, allowing me to cook it to my preferred doneness. I like it rare, so I mix it with the raw egg, then sear it to create a nice browning and aroma. Even dining alone is enjoyable with the salad and rice (options for small, medium, or large). The price changes depending on the weight of the hamburger. I usually go for the recommended 200g. It was delicious once again! But to be honest, I feel like the main store tastes better. Thank you for the meal! I'll definitely come back! 😊

I had a 200g hamburger with an egg topping for lunch. The restaurant has a parking lot for about 5 cars next to it. During the early hours of the weekend lunch, there were around 3 groups inside. The hamburger, which can be eaten raw, gives you the experience of eating yukke (a Korean dish) while also providing the satisfaction of having a hamburger. Personally, I found that lightly warming it and enjoying it rare was incredibly delicious. To avoid overcooking, make sure to move it onto the rice at just the right moment. Given the price and the taste, it's impressive. Plus, it wasn't crowded, and the service was pleasant. I find it strange that this place isn't more popular, but I hope it stays like this. It’s a really great restaurant.

All the meat was delicious, and the raw dishes like yukhoe had very little odor and were incredibly tasty. The ordering system was app-based, which made it easy and stress-free to place our orders. There were various types of meat, and I personally preferred the harami. We grilled our food on a small grill right in front of us, and although we could cook a lot at once, the portion sizes seemed just right since we couldn’t eat it all at once. The person I went with also really enjoyed it and expressed a desire to go back again.

The restaurant has a lively atmosphere and is very inviting! My top recommendation is the white beef tripe. It's absolutely delicious when eaten with ponzu sauce instead of red miso! The meat is also reasonably priced and tasted great! The staff even has enthusiastic call-and-response interactions, and everyone’s service is top-notch. This is a highly recommended yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant!

The restaurant is very family-friendly. We ordered the following: 3 portions of grated tongue, 2 portions of marinated raw beef, 2 portions of red meat, 2 portions of A5 black wagyu upper rib, premium female A5 black wagyu sirloin for grilled shabu, upper beef tripe, beef throat, napa cabbage kimchi, soybean sprout namul, garlic foil grill, wakatama soup, small cold noodles, small cold noodles, 2 bowls of medium rice, 2 bowls of large rice, 2 Haagen-Dazs ice creams, strawberry ice cream, non-alcoholic beer, ginger ale, sparkling water, and 5 children’s ramune drinks. The total was 19,450 yen for 2 adults and 3 children (elementary school students). It’s amazing that the children's drinks were free. The pricing on the menu is very well done.

In June 2024, I visited *Yakiniku Kojima Hanare Fujidera*, which had a rating of 3.24 on Tabelog with 27 reviews at the time of my visit. Today, I’m here for lunch! My first experience at *Yakiniku Kojima* was at the main location in Habikino City, where I was impressed by the great cost performance. The number of their locations has been increasing, so I’ve been visiting often. Arriving a little before opening, I found a line of about 10 people waiting! I ordered the rare Wagyu beef hamburger, made from 100% black Japanese beef, supervised by chefs from a Michelin three-star restaurant. It was a highly anticipated dish! They offer the *Rare Wagyu Hamburger Set* in the following sizes: - 150g for 900 yen (990 yen including tax) - 200g for 1,200 yen (1,320 yen including tax) - 300g for 1,780 yen (1,958 yen including tax) - 400g for 2,280 yen (2,508 yen including tax) Toppings like egg or cheese are an additional 165 yen each (including tax), and the set comes with rice and salad. I went for the 400g option, and my companion chose 300g. I also heard we could add cheese, so we asked for that too! It’s recommended to eat the burger rare to fully enjoy the natural flavors of the meat. We tried a range of cooking levels from slightly rare to well-done, and the quality of the meat made each variation delicious. The combination of the rich egg yolk and creamy cheese was exceptional! The blended rice of Koshihikari and Hitomebore paired perfectly with the hamburger. The 400g portion was quite filling, and I left feeling very satisfied. I ordered a rare hamburger that’s available only at lunch. Since I wanted to go to a café afterward, I chose the smallest size, which is 150g (the recommended size is 200g). I added a fried egg for an extra 150 yen, though I also considered adding cheese! First, they brought out the set, rice, and salad. After a little while, the hamburger arrived on a hot plate! They poured the sauce over it right in front of me. I realized that if I just left it there, the bottom would burn, so I rescued it by putting it on top of the rice! It was so delicious to eat it with egg and rice, and it made me so happy! It’s about a 15-minute walk from the station, so it might be a bit hard to get to, but I’d love to take a leisurely walk there when the weather is nice.

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:55 PM on a weekday with no waiting line, and there were 8 customers ahead of me. I placed my order at 12:59 PM, and the first dish arrived at 1:05 PM.
