Today, I had a mini year-end party with my close friends. We made a reservation at "Wagyu no Kigaku," a place where we used to have company parties near our office. The master here taught us all about different cuts of beef. It's definitely the most visited yakiniku restaurant in my life. It's been four years since I left this area. It's been a long time since I visited. The nostalgic interior was full of customers except for our table. It's still a popular restaurant. We sat in the sunken hearth-style private room and started with a toast with draft beer. Cheers to another year of hard work! Now, let's enjoy the highest grade Saga beef at "Kigaku"! Today, we mainly had the Saga beef special yakiniku gourmet course! Apparently, it's an award-winning A-5-12 beef. I don't really understand, but since it's from "Kigaku," it must be amazing. We started with a kimchi platter and vegetable salad. The kimchi was a mix of daikon and Chinese cabbage. The dressing on the vegetable salad was delicious. We then had the finest cut of salted tongue. Thinly sliced tongue to be eaten with lime. So delicious! Next, we tried the top-grade sliced sirloin yakiniku. Lightly seared on both sides, rolled up, and dipped in ponzu sauce. It melts in your mouth! The special course included Chateaubriand steak! Cooked with garlic from Aomori, it was medium rare and so satisfying. We couldn't resist ordering more wine-marinated yakiniku with rice. The wine-marinated belly yakiniku was rich and slightly sweet, wrapped in seaweed and rice. It was incredibly delicious! We also added some harami (skirt steak) to our meal. Made with Saga beef, it had a great balance of chewiness and tenderness. So tasty! The beef broth soup was rich and filled with ingredients. Even the soup at "Kigaku" is amazing! We also ordered cold noodles, which were delicious. We finished our meal with a platter of assorted fruits. The refreshing fruits balanced out the richness of the meat. It was all so satisfying! Although we didn't get to meet the master, we had a pleasant conversation with his son, who has clearly inherited his father's skills and kindness. We talked about his hobby of baseball. We'll definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I visited this restaurant because the owner of the building I used to live in seems to know the manager and was posting about the restaurant on Facebook. This place is all about Saga beef. There are posters of Saga beef everywhere. When I asked the staff, they said the previous owner was in love with Saga beef, so now they also serve other delicious meats besides Saga beef. As you can see in the photos, they use high-quality meat, so the taste is incredibly delicious. I ended up ordering too much because it was so delicious, and I was too full to eat dessert. I need to think more carefully about my order next time. Thank you for the meal.

I have only visited yakiniku restaurants before, but I tried sukiyaki for the first time because I heard it was delicious. I started with my favorite, tongue, and it was so good here. And then there's this cheat technique of using thick meat and burdock to make the broth... the meat is just so delicious. Enjoying the vegetables and the best meat while feeling happy. The curry at the end was also delicious, with lots of fruit, and it was really tasty as expected.

I ordered the Kigaku omakase gourmet meal which included salted tongue, shabu-shabu, sirloin steak, filet steak, kimchi, soup, and fruit set for one person, priced at 8,600 yen. We also added the elusive curry udon tea, and the total for three people came to 36,000 yen. Thank you for the delicious meal! I visited the restaurant two days in a row. The salted tongue is served with yuzu, which is incredibly delicious. This restaurant is known as the birthplace of grilled shabu-shabu, and it is always included in the course menu. The marbling is strong here, which may not be to everyone's taste. The dessert of fresh fruit was seriously delicious.

I visited Kigaku, a famous wagyu restaurant known for its grilled shabu-shabu, run by the second generation following the father from the Goto Islands. The dishes we had were Saga beef special grilled shabu-shabu gourmet course, salted tongue (about 50g), grilled shabu-shabu with only the finest parts (about 100g), sirloin's finest part slices, fillet steak (about 50g) (Chateaubriand), kimchi, soup, and fruit set. Price per person is 8,800 yen. We also added crescent moon roast with wine sauce, upper harami, fillet roast, special Saga beef mini curry, Chanja kimchi, additional draft beer "Hundred Years of Solitude" soda mix. I was impressed by their knowledge of how to enjoy meat. It was a delightful dinner of high-quality meat. Grilled shabu-shabu, my belly is full of joy!

I visited the restaurant for the first time and didn't know what to expect, but when I told the owner, they kindly explained everything and we decided to try the grilled shabu-shabu course for two. They were very attentive, providing small bowls, spoons, drinks without ice, and making sure the kids were safe from the heat. We also added an extra serving of tongue, and although I forgot to take photos, we enjoyed various cuts of meat like harami. Everything was delicious, and even my child, who usually doesn't eat much, was completely focused on the food. The owner noticed and said thank you for eating so much, and gave us a generous serving of fruits as a service. It was a wonderful experience dining with a child, feeling safe and having a great time. The owner's personality was lovely, and the meat was delicious, so I would love to visit again.

I made a reservation and visited the restaurant, located about a 5-6 minute walk from Temmabashi Station. The special omakase gourmet lineup included the following:
- Yakiniku (100g): Slices of a rare part of sirloin
- Sirloin Steak (80g): Cuts of an exquisite part of sirloin
- Fillet Steak (80g)
Before that, the landlady recommended trying the salted tongue, which was of high quality. The seasoning was perfect and the meat was delicious.
Next, the yakiniku was served, quickly seared on one side and dipped in grated ponzu sauce. It was unbelievably tender and flavorful.
For the main steaks, both sirloin and fillet were served. The fillet was thick but felt even softer than the yakiniku. The richness of the meat was outstanding.
In total, we had 350g of meat per person and thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner and landlady were friendly and made the dining experience enjoyable. The meat was fantastic, and although the prices were not cheap, they were reasonable. Once again, I found a wonderful yakiniku restaurant in Osaka.

The last carnivorous girls' gathering in December 2020 was at Kigaku, a Wagyu beef restaurant, for the second time. Two years ago in December, I visited for the first time and the owner said, "Next time, come for sukiyaki!" So, the following year, I tried to make a reservation but couldn't. This time, I finally made it for a "Saga beef Special Yakiniku Gourmet" course for 8,800 yen. The tongue of Saga beef was a rare treat, with thin and slightly thick slices to grill. The marbled meat for yakiniku was cooked quickly and dipped in grated radish with ponzu sauce. The sirloin steak of Saga beef was incredibly tender and delicious. We also ordered an additional thick-cut harami (skirt steak) which was the most delicious I've ever had. We hurriedly ordered rice and enjoyed the harami on rice with hot homemade soup, creating a delicious makeshift rice bowl. Finally, we had a generous serving of fruits for dessert. Despite some troubles, we were satisfied with the delicious meat. It was a great way to relax after a stressful taxi ride to the restaurant. Next time, I will definitely enjoy the sukiyaki. The value for money is evident as soon as you put it in your mouth. I'm not a fan of strong marbling in meat, but it was incredibly delicious! It's a shame I couldn't try the tongue, but the grilled shabu-shabu, and some really amazing meat like Chateaubriand were excellent. The soup at the end was just right. And the dessert platter disappeared the fastest, it was so good. This is a place where you might choose who to bring with you, but you won't regret it at all. It feels like you're eating something other than meat! Delicious, delicious, delicious, thank you for the meal.

I went to this yakiniku restaurant again for the first time in a while. I first learned about this place last year during a New Year's party with my friends from MyRebi. Unfortunately, they are only open on weekdays, so I made a reservation in advance for my visit. I arrived early and enjoyed some salad and kimchi while waiting for my order. The salted tongue was tender and delicious, especially when squeezed with lime. The main dish was a combination of grilled beef, including sirloin and tenderloin, which were all juicy and flavorful. I also ordered a mini curry, which was a great addition to the meal. The dessert at the end was sweet and satisfying. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
