No matter what you eat, it's absolutely delicious!!! I think it's the number one Chinese restaurant in Osaka to be proud of. You can eat various things in small portions, so you end up eating until you're full (sweat). - Sashimi of red sea bream: Even when busy, the chef comes to finish it, and you can feel the hospitality. The crunchy texture of the red sea bream, the thickly cut daikon radish, the crispy fried skin, and the fragrant sauce are excellent. The aroma, taste, and texture are meticulously calculated, and no matter how many times you eat it, you want to eat it again. - Whole shark fin soup: The large and beautiful shark fin has no smell, and the elegant and fragrant soup is just delicious. - Steamed snow crab: Soft and tender snow crab steamed carefully with vinegar. The sweetness of the crab is maximized, and it's the best. - Abalone: The abalone, which is cut thickly, is so tender that it seems to melt in the soup. The sauce has a strong flavor, but the flavor of the abalone is greatly enhanced, and it's hard to express, but it's just delicious. - Fillet steak: The taste is good, but the cooking is amazing. Despite the Chinese wok reaching a very high temperature, the chef's skill in cooking it so tender is impressive. - Ramen: I usually prefer fried rice, but here I always have ramen. The light and elegant soup has a great umami and aroma, and it's addictive. - Dessert: I'm already quite full by this point, but I can still enjoy the light and refreshing cream and coconut mousse. Finally, we finished the dinner with a steamed bun as smooth and bouncy as my daughter's (3 years old) buttocks, and it was a very satisfying dinner.
