Fujiwara Brewery on Shimono-Uchi Island in December 2019, a winery with a restaurant located about a 3-minute walk from Matsuya-cho. It is a place to enjoy wine and dishes that go well with wine. I had come to buy wine before, but this was my first time eating here. The dishes all look delicious... I'm not sure what to do. The terrine, mozzarella, galantine, and buri all look delicious...! Late bottle Delaware, a tank-to-tap wine "Juicy fruits like pears and yellow peaches, with a sweet and fragrant aroma of baked apples and honey candy." Wine poured from the tank like draft beer. I ordered a glass for ¥500, but opted for the cost-effective decanter (¥2000). It was about 5 glasses worth. Delicious (*^^*) Not too sweet, fruity wine. What a delight. Osaka black beef rillettes (¥600) Rillettes in a small container. Mmm... delicious...!! When spread on warm bread, the fat melts and the rillettes become a bit melty... it's the best. It goes well with wine too. Sweet potato, orange, and rosemary quiche (¥600) It's rare to have quiche with orange in it. When I tried it, the orange flavor was stronger than I expected! It has a refreshing touch. The tart crust is crispy and delicious. Marinated mackerel with beets, fromage blanc crostini (¥1300) The fromage blanc was described as goat cheese... The quiche and rillettes are quite substantial in one dish. It's best to share with a few people♪ Mmm... delicious! I really like this feeling... The mackerel is delicious, it goes well with the cheese, and the bread is delicious too! Spice-marinated lamb loin and roasted vegetables (¥3000) I like lamb, so this was the only choice for the main course. Luckily, my friends also like lamb...♪ There were just 3 pieces of meat and vegetables, which were easy to share among 3 people. Yum (*^^*)♡ I really like the taste of lamb. It's very tender but not greasy. It's well-seasoned as it was marinated in spices. The second wine! Handmade Delaware 2018 "A white wine that simple expresses the characteristics of Osaka as a grape growing region and Delaware" Glass ¥600, decanter ¥2600. A refreshing white wine compared to before. Delicious♪ Cod milt with Osaka rape blossoms, bottarga oil sauce linguine (¥1700) I like cod milt, and I prefer thicker pasta to spaghetti, so I chose this pasta without hesitation. Bottarga apparently refers to karasumi (dried mullet roe). Italian bottarga is sprinkled on top. Mmm... delicious!! The cod milt is creamy and I love it... (´艸`) It's great that there are plenty of ingredients♪ Linguine is a type of pasta that is thicker than spaghetti, thinner than fettuccine, and has an oval cross-section. This pasta has an oil sauce, but with the richness of the cod milt, it feels almost like a cream sauce... The chewy pasta was delicious as it was well coated. Both the wine and the food were really delicious! Each dish is quite generous, and each menu is attractive, so it's good to go with a few people and share. This time, it was just right for 3 people. There is also a Fujiwara Dining at Osaka Station City, so if it's difficult to go to Matsuya-cho, please visit there at Osaka Station (^^)

A bistro with originality! An Italian-style restaurant that is truly Italian and has a unique charm. I arrived quite late, but fortunately, all the items I was interested in were still available! Instead of quiche or grilled meat, let's start with pasta for Italian cuisine, followed by a fish dish! Tonight, I had a braised Thai sea bream with seafood and homemade harissa powder, paired with a white wine from a keg. And then, confit tuna with "nduja" paste sausage, olives, and a ragu named after Mount Vesuvius, paired with a rich and layered Italian red wine. This fish dish, although an appetizer, is substantial and satisfying enough to be considered a main course. The octopus, shellfish like mussels, and the soup's flavor were exquisite and skillful! The chili, cumin, and coriander powder added a unique touch to the dish, without leaning towards Arab or Greek flavors, but retaining a true Italian taste. The combination of tomato and seafood aromas, parsley, and barley as the base of the stew all contribute to its Italian flair. Although I thought saffron was used, the rich and gentle flavors of the shellfish must be the key. This fish dish should be ranked number one on the list of the most delicious fish dishes in Japan since I arrived here! It resembles acqua pazza, incorporating ideas from other coastal Mediterranean regions, making it a genius creation. Equally perfect was the Vesuvio pasta. It is described as "Arrabbiata," but I think it's closer to Puttanesca with olives, tomatoes, and chili. The volcano-named pasta is a short, curved shape called "straga," which I can't remember well, but the texture, lingering aroma, and harmony between the pasta and sauce were flawless. If you're familiar with ragu, imagine this sauce as a ragu. The thick and complex pasta shape is usually suitable for game-like ragu, excluding buttery sauces, but the presence of tuna here is appropriate and interesting. The umami and sometimes challenging sweetness of tuna were cleverly utilized. There was no dessert, so I focused on wine and cheese. This kind of individuality is straightforward, rational, and easy to understand. The attentive service and sophistication of the restaurant make it a place you can trust. I will remember it as a refined establishment. However, I can't decide how often I would like to revisit at the moment. Nevertheless, I really want to recommend trying the two dishes mentioned above!

I visited Fujimaru in Matsuyacho. You can enjoy delicious Osaka wine brewed by the company. The food was excellent, especially the course menu. The meat was also delicious, made from black-haired Wagyu beef from Osaka. You can enjoy your meal in a quiet atmosphere and I am satisfied.

Visited on September 7, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. This "Shimanouchi Fujimaru Brewery" in Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, is a restaurant that has been selected as one of the top 100 Italian restaurants consecutively. I made a reservation through Tabelog and ordered a course meal in advance. For drinks, I chose the following items one by one: [Glass Wine] - Draft white wine 2022 ¥880 - Cuvee Papillon draft red wine 2022 ¥880 [Sparkling Wine] - Cuvee Papillon Petit Petit 2021 ¥2,590 For the course meal, I chose the Plan B course with 5 dishes for ¥6,600. The course included: - Assorted appetizers - Roasted pork with chestnuts - Marinated squid and kiwi - Fried toast with tomato sauce and fresh white corn - Seasonal cold appetizer - Caprese with fruit tomatoes, muscat, and buffalo mozzarella cheese - Seasonal pasta dish - Baked pie with white shrimp and eggplant - Casarecce pasta with conger eel and shiitake mushrooms - Main dish - Grilled specialty "Naniwa Black Beef" with tri-tip and red cabbage The taste of both the wine and the food was excellent. I believe the cost performance is also good considering the quality of the dishes. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I had a business trip and decided to make a reservation! Surprisingly, it turned out to be a winery! I like white wine, so I ordered two types in a decanter. Both were wines without any unpleasant aftertaste, easy to drink, and reasonably priced. I ordered a few dishes, but I especially loved the quiche! The cheese soaked into the crust was incredibly delicious! The main dish, Naniwa beef, was cooked perfectly and tasted great! I want to try more dishes next time!

We visited this Italian restaurant known for its Naniwa Black Beef red meat as part of the Kansai Top 100 Stores Tour through Tabelog online reservations on a weeknight. We had reserved table number 26 and ordered the "Plan A" course along with a few glasses of wine. The specialty red meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and delicious. The appetizers and squid ink pasta were also quite tasty. The staff recommended wines that paired well with the dishes, making it a very satisfying dining experience. Thank you for the delicious meal!

On August 12, 2023, around 4:40 PM, I enjoyed various dishes and drinks at a place I really love. This place has delicious wine and food at a reasonable price, with a great atmosphere and open all day. I hope to become a regular here, at least enough for the staff to recognize me and say "long time no see." It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This restaurant is located in a not very convenient place called Matsuyamachi, but it has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants in the West on Tabelog. The restaurant is run by a president and his company who are working hard to revive Kawachi wine in Osaka, and they offer their own wine (as well as other wines) along with a variety of dishes that pair well with wine. We ordered dishes such as Pate de Campagne, rich tomato sauce pasta, and grilled Naniwa black beef, all of which were satisfying. The wine complemented the dishes perfectly. We enjoyed many glasses of Kawachi wine with the sentiment of "Do your best, Japanese wine!" Personally, I found the Cuvee Papillon Dela-Light 2022 to be very easy to drink and delicious. I would like to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Visited for the first time alone around 6:00 pm on Friday, July 21, 2023. A wine bar located in Nakanoshima, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, a 5-minute walk from Nagahoribashi Station. It is a wine bar with an urban winery attached, which I had been curious about for a while and finally got to visit. It seems to have become quite popular as it was listed in the top 100 restaurants. When I visited, about 60% of the seats were filled. During my stay, several groups of people also came in. I made a table reservation not knowing what to expect on my first visit, but they said it was fine to sit at the counter as well, so I ended up sitting at the counter. There were about 6 seats at the counter, and there were two other groups besides myself. I ordered their own sparkling, white, and red wines, which were not cheap but quite delicious. The dishes also looked interesting, with comments written for each item on the menu, which was fun. I ordered water eggplant, vegetable terrine, and tomato sauce pasta, all of which were quite delicious. The total cost was around 5000 yen. Both the wine and the food were very interesting, and I would definitely want to visit this place again when I'm nearby.

First visit. Climbing the stairs of an old-fashioned building along the river, I opened the door to find a stylish space. I was seated and handed the menu. This Italian restaurant with its own winery offers a variety of wines, from imported to freshly made in-house. I ordered Plan A (4 dishes/4,950 yen) this time. I also added the capellini with conger eel, beets, and green plum jam at the end. I enjoyed three types of appetizers, bonito and plum salad, squid ink spaghetti, and grilled Wagyu beef sirloin. The salad had a mature flavor that paired well with the wine. The pasta was delicious, and the final grilled dish was very tasty! At 4,950 yen, it was quite a deal. The added capellini had a striking color and a refreshing taste, perfect for summer. I drank plenty of wine and the total cost was around 8,000 yen per person, which is reasonable. I thought it would be a great place for a date or a girls' night out. It was delicious. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. We toasted with bottled beer (^^) We were two people and they served all the dishes for sharing. Thank you very much. Every dish was cute and delicious. Definitely perfect for a date or a girls' night out! It seems that you can also order a course meal when making a reservation. We had a fun time chatting in a stylish atmosphere while enjoying the food and wine. The wine was a bit different from what we usually have, but we also enjoyed the barrel-aged sparkling wine. Thank you for the delicious meal (^^)

I was curious about this place! You can drink wine from a barrel and all the dishes are delicious. The prices are a bit high, so those who go without checking might be surprised. The dish that impressed me on this day was the cheese platter with pork. It was amazing. A great restaurant for celebrations. Thank you for the meal!

I made a reservation at Fujimaru, a restaurant I've always wanted to go to, to celebrate my birthday! The atmosphere, service, and food were all perfect, and I instantly fell in love with this restaurant. I enjoyed both imported wines and their own brewed wines, and left fully satisfied. I'm thinking about going back next time to enjoy a leisurely drink at the counter. I will definitely visit again! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

It's a shame to end lunch with friends after just one place. The second place is perfect for when you don't feel like just having tea with a group. You can easily make reservations online for future visits. This was our second time, and it felt like we were the only ones there that day. We didn't even have coffee or soft drinks at the end. But the surprise of the dishes, like the beet-infused noodles, was worth it. It may not be like other places, but we have already made a reservation for next time. It's a shame I can't drink, but being able to have wine during the day and enjoy dishes of this quality at this price for a friends' lunch is a pass in my book. Looking forward to the next visit.

I visited for lunch for the second time, and once again, the appetizers, main dishes, and pasta were all delicious and paired well with the wine. The atmosphere of the restaurant gave off a feeling of being loved by everyone, whether they were with friends, family, or dining alone. I made a reservation on this site and visited the restaurant. I was supposed to relax at this place according to my schedule, but work came up and I had to rush to Shizuoka. I only had a short time, but I visited. The wine tasting and light snacks were very enjoyable. The wine was clear and delicious, showing the attention to detail. The food was also delicious, even though I only had a little. I would like to visit this restaurant again next time when I have more time.

I made a reservation for a lunch with a wine pairing of three appetizers. The bisque, onion and pineapple, and pate were today's appetizers. They paired well with the wines and were delicious. I wanted to take my time and enjoy the main course or pasta as well, but my schedule changed and I didn't have time to eat them. They looked so delicious that I want to come back next time. The staff at the restaurant were very kind. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This is a place where you can be happy. Located a little away from the bustling city center in a quiet area, this restaurant has a winery on the first floor and a restaurant on the second floor. The entire interior is made of wood - the counter, chairs, floor, and walls - creating a warm atmosphere that perfectly complements the carefully crafted wine and delicious food. The feeling of care put into the dishes really comes through, leaving me feeling completely satisfied. This place is exactly my type! It's my favorite discovery of the year. I love finding great restaurants like this. I won't describe the taste, just go and try it for yourself! I want to try all the dishes on the menu, so I'll definitely be back to try more. Maybe once I've tried everything, I'll write a review of my recommended dishes.

In the area known as Matchamachi, there are many doll shops lined up. It's like Asakusabashi in Tokyo, I guess? As someone unfamiliar with Osaka, it's interesting to think about how the locals view this area. When you get off at the station, it's clear that this is not a bustling nightlife district. However, this winery and restaurant quietly standing in the building area, with the lights of dusk disappearing around, was surprisingly lively inside. It's a popular place. You can see a canal from the window, giving a strange exotic feel! The lineup of dishes was all delicious, but the most memorable was the Ufumayo. It was topped with coconut or something African, which was tasty. The final meat dish was also excellent. However, the fresh pasta with grape pomace was not to my liking (although it seemed popular with others). It's good for small bites, but I'm not sure about dishes you would normally take a mouthful of like pasta. It feels like the sauce's deliciousness isn't fully enjoyed. It was a bit disappointing that there was no dessert menu. I heard they have a shop in Kiyosumi Shirakawa too, so I'll try going there next time.

✔︎ Brewery attached ✔︎ You can drink Osaka wine! It's a popular place, but you can probably get in even on the same day. The atmosphere is quite stylish. There are both a counter and tables, with seating on the second floor. The average customer spending is not high, but they seem to use quality ingredients like ELEZO meat. Although you can see the brewery, there are no signs indicating it, so the feeling of being attached is not that strong. The restaurant also offers wines made on-site, as well as Champagne and other foreign wines. Water eggplant and pineapple marinated → refreshing. Pate de Campagne → pork pate. The wooden board shaped like a pig is too cute ♡ Simple tomato pasta → the noodles are chewy and the tomato sauce is sweet. There are no toppings, but it's somehow delicious. Richard Cheurlin Cuvée Lion brut → Champagne for 1,320 yen. Shimanouchi Fujimaru Brewery / Cuvée Papillon Merlot 2021 → Merlot from Osaka!

A friend recommended this place and I was able to make a reservation online, which was convenient. This time, my friend wanted to drink wine so we reserved seats only. We decided to leave the menu selection to the restaurant and had them prepare a course for us. I don't drink, so I haven't been to this type of restaurant before, but it seems like a great option for those who do. The combinations were interesting and there were unique menu items, so I would like to visit again.
