This is Men to Nikudai Tsuruhashi store. It's getting hotter and hotter this weekend, even at night it's still humid. This time, we're in Tsuruhashi, a town filled with the smell of grilled meat, and also a fierce battleground for ramen, with many ramen dishes using garlic. Men to Nikudai Tsuruhashi is one of them. This time, they have a limited summer edition dish, a cold grated daikon dish. It comes in two levels of spiciness, soy sauce and yuzu salt. The cold yuzu salt clear soup is not too spicy before the chili is dissolved, and has a refreshing yuzu flavor. The flat medium noodles are boiled in water, firm and have a good texture. Mixing the grated daikon and chili, it becomes spicy and delicious. The chopped green onions add a nice crunch. Adding vinegar on top makes it milder with a hint of acidity. The flavored egg also helps to mellow out the spiciness a bit. Adding garlic and ginger on the side complements the dish well. The combination of pork shabu with chili, grated daikon, garlic, and ginger is quite delicious. Men to Nikudai Tsuruhashi's limited summer edition cold and spicy dish was a tasty treat.

Junky. I heard it had hormones in it, so I thought it was just like Tecchan, but it had various other things in it. Good stuff. Junky. Mixing in the garlic on the table makes it even junkier. It's not a common flavor, so it's worth going back again.

The staff was very friendly and lively, which was great! Even though it's a ramen shop, they escorted me to the entrance and asked if I enjoyed the meal. I was impressed by their excellent service! I visited "Men to Niku Daitsuru" in Tsuruhashi. I arrived at the restaurant at 10:58 and there was one customer ahead of me. The restaurant opened at 11:00 and the staff told me to sit wherever I liked. I chose a seat in the center. I ordered the Shio Ramen with extra spicy level 1. They offer free additional spiciness up to level 4, and you can add more for a fee up to level 10. On the table, there were various condiments for flavor enhancement such as vinegar, pepper, garlic, sansho pepper, and ginger. The ramen was served in 7-8 minutes. The soup was a clear animal-based broth with a slightly strong and mild soy sauce base. It was very easy to eat. I could taste a hint of sansho pepper in the base soup. The noodles were medium-thick straight noodles, slightly soft, and had a good texture. The pork belly with soft bones was very tender, well-seasoned, and delicious. I didn't finish the soup, but overall, I was very satisfied with the meal. Thank you for the delicious food.

I revisited Daitsuru in Tsuruhashi. This popular restaurant, known for its junky ramen with a rating of 3.67 on Tabelog, is part of the Hirudora chain. Last time, I had the Spicy Hormone Mazesoba, so this time I ordered the Samgyupsal Mazesoba for 1180 yen and added a large fried chicken for 150 yen. The toppings included pork, kimchi, green onions, spicy powder, and something like Calbee chips. The appearance alone stimulates the appetite. The combination of Calbee chips, mayonnaise, and samgyupsal is so junky that it's confusing, but the sauce for the mazesoba, including gochujang, complements the pork well, and when mixed together, it creates a harmonious Korean-style flavor. It's delicious when eaten with the fried chicken. Some people have leftovers when ordering a regular serving or adding fried chicken or rice, so please be careful with the portion size.

When I went there last time, I ordered the spicy hormone mixed noodles, but I'm not a big fan of hormone, so this time I'm having samgyupsal for revenge^ ^ The ramen here is so colorful and visually appealing (^ ^) I still prefer regular meat over hormone. However, I have to say, they are too strict about where you can place your bag ( ˙-˙ ) I hung it on the hanger at the far end of the aisle so it wouldn't be in the way, but I was still warned... Please expand the seating area~... ^^;

As summer comes to an end, I decided to have one last taste of the cold grated daitsuru at "Niku to Men Daitsuru." Last time, I tried the yuzu salt flavor for the first time, but I realized that I prefer the soy sauce flavor. So, before summer ends, I rushed to the restaurant before work. This time, I ordered extra noodles, level 2 spiciness, and added fried chicken on top! The fried chicken had a good amount of volume, which made me happy. It goes really well with the soup. Level 2 spiciness was surprisingly not very spicy, so I thought I should have gone for level 4 instead. By the way, I heard that for an additional fee, levels 5 and above add a numbing sensation, so I've decided that next time, I must try level 5 or higher!

It is located just a short walk from Tsuruhashi Station, near the west exit of JR Loop Line, Kintetsu Osaka Line, Nara Line, and Exit 7 of Osaka Metro Sen-Nichimae Line. When I arrived around 11:30 am on a weekday, there were 3 people waiting in line in front of the store. I ordered the "Shin Niku Soba Shoyu" (880 yen) with a "Flavored Egg" (120 yen) and "Karaage" (150 yen) as toppings, and requested a spice level of "1". The noodles were served in about 5 minutes. The soup was a blend of a high-quality broth with added animal fat and chili pepper, resulting in a slightly spicy flavor even at level 1. The seasoned egg had a rich taste that complemented the flavorful soup well. The pork belly chashu was fatty and delicious, a real standout in the dish. The crispy karaage was large and freshly fried, with a well-marinated flavor. The noodles, although not the star of the dish, had a good texture and taste of wheat. Overall, the spicy ramen was a hit for those who enjoy a kick in their noodles. The staff provided excellent service, making the dining experience pleasant. The fact that they are open throughout the day is a plus for those with irregular lunch schedules. I look forward to visiting again. I finally got to attend the monthly ramen gathering that I've been looking forward to! This time, it ended up being the second ramen gathering of the month, including a solo visit, at the highly recommended Daitsuru Tsuruhashi store in front of Tsuruhashi Station! There were four of us who visited this time. It seems like the restaurant only has counter seats. It's a very popular restaurant that operates continuously, so be prepared for a bit of a wait outside. There were chairs provided for waiting outside the store. When we arrived just before 6 pm, there were about four people waiting in front of us. Since we were a group of four and did not request to be seated at the same time, we were seated in two groups of two, but the staff were very considerate, even taking orders from the waiting customers. This time, I ordered the Spicy Pork Bone Soy Sauce Ramen (880 yen) with extra noodles (+100 yen). It seems like you can adjust the spiciness at this restaurant, but since I'm not good with spicy food, I asked for the basic level of spiciness, which is level 2. It seems you can change the spiciness level for free up to level 4. When the ramen was served, the first thing that surprised me the most was the huge piece of meat sitting in the center! It's seasoned pork belly cartilage yakitori, and it was even bigger than I imagined! The texture was tender and fell apart easily, and it was incredibly delicious. It was fun to eat it little by little as I progressed through the meal. Also, at first glance, it seemed like it was a type of ramen I love, the Takaida style with soy sauce! The chopped green onions and chewy medium-thick noodles were great! It seems they use noodles from Tsurumi Seimen in Osaka. The taste and texture were similar to Jyuroku, which I enjoyed. It was nice to have the option of choosing between a hearty and rich broth or a light one depending on how I was feeling that day. While moving around Tsuruhashi Station, I finally visited "Men to Niku Daitsuru Tsuruhashi Store" that I've been wanting to visit for a long time (о´∀`о). Despite waiting outside in the scorching heat for 10 minutes (lol), I came here to sweat more by eating something spicy, so it's all good ♡ I saw the "NO NOODLE NO LIFE sticker" on the glass door, which I've been looking forward to! I ordered the "Umakara Hormone Maze Soba" that I was aiming for, with a spiciness level of "5 spicy" (*´꒳`*). As I happily looked at the garlic and ginger on the table, my dish arrived in about 10 minutes ♫ The Hormone was beautifully grilled and had a nice firm texture, truly living up to Tsuruhashi's reputation!! It was hard to resist having a beer ( ´∀`). I mixed in the "Daitsuru Devil Powder" with chili peppers to spread the spiciness, and enjoyed the never-ending loop of deliciousness and spiciness♪ The chewy flat type thick noodles, with kimchi and spicy snacks as a nice accent, were irresistible, and I devoured it all in one go♪( ´θ`) I took a hot breath with the "warisoup" they provided, and made sure to drink up every precious drop of Hormone fat (*´ω`*). If this place was near my home, I would easily gain over 100 kilograms (lol). It was a perfect bowl for me, and I feel like I can handle even more spiciness (´∀`*). This was my 264th bowl of MEN this year ☆★★ (Broth 178, Noodles 70, Others 16).

On the second day of my trip to Osaka on 5.8.19, I went to a restaurant that I had been wanting to visit for a while. When I arrived, there were 6 people waiting in front of me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was finally seated inside. I ordered the spicy hormone mixed noodles with two levels of spiciness for 1180 yen, and added a flavored egg for 120 yen, bringing the total to 1300 yen. The food arrived in about 5 minutes. The red color indicated spiciness, but after mixing it well, I found the noodles to be chewy and delicious. The spiciness and flavor blended well together. The hormone meat was tender and tasty, and the flavored egg was also good. I finished the meal in no time. There were condiments for flavor variation, but I didn't use them. I paid 1300 yen and left the restaurant. It was delicious. I will definitely come back!

Today's lunch was in Tsuruhashi. It's been a while since I worked in Minami. And it's an early finish day! I woke up at 5:30 am to head to work, but my steps are light. My mind is only thinking about lunch. Should I go to Namba or to Tennoji? At 1 pm, I finished work and searched for a ramen shop. I'm in the mood for this! A while ago, a follower went to this shop. I want to try their junky mixed noodles. It's past lunchtime, but maybe because it's the weekend, there's only one person waiting. I wrote my name on the board and waited for a while, then I was seated at the counter in the center of the shop in 5-6 minutes. There was a menu outside the shop, but I did my homework. I ordered the spicy offal mixed noodles (level 4 spicy) with extra noodles (1080 yen + 100 yen). I got a free seasoned egg topping by adding the shop on LINE (^^). I'll decide later if I want extra rice. I had a seat where I could see the kitchen, so I casually watched the cooking process. Is that the shop owner? He works very carefully. His polite language makes a good impression. The kitchen is busy, but all the staff are very cheerful. The shop owner's personality must be creating this atmosphere. The spicy offal mixed noodles seem to be the most popular, with over 80% of customers ordering it. The spiciness ranges from 0-10 (anything above 5 is extra charge), default is level 2. A bright red powder is being spooned onto the noodles. Oh, now he's scooping a mountain of it. And then it arrived at my seat (laughs). I received a simple explanation of how to eat it. Indeed, Tsuruhashi, the freshness and preparation of the meat are outstanding. I ordered extra noodles, so there's enough noodle quantity. This hearty offal mixed noodles, I don't need extra rice. Then the shop owner handed me a red pot. It's soup to dilute. I understand if it was for dipping noodles, but it's my first time having diluting soup with mixed noodles. I discovered a delicious looking Horumon Mazesoba from Tsuruhashi on Instagram, so I decided to visit on my day off. However, I wasn't in the mood for something too oily, so I was torn between options until I found the Shin Niku Soba in soy sauce or salt flavor. There were many reviews of the Shin Niku Soba on Tabelog, so after a bit of contemplation, I settled on the Shin Niku Soba in salt flavor with extra noodles, level 3 spiciness, and a seasoned egg. The light seafood-based Japanese-style soup with plenty of ginger as a topping was surprisingly refreshing. I mixed the spiciness with the meat and noodles and finished it all in one go. The delicious soup, noodles, meat, spiciness, and toppings all came together perfectly. Highly recommended!

I went to the Be Hanoyu hot spring in the neighborhood and after relaxing in the sauna, I wanted something rich and satisfying, so I decided to try the spicy and delicious hormone mixed noodles at Daitsu. The flavors packed a punch, but it was a bit too strong for me after the fifth bite, even at the young age of 26. I ordered the Spicy Hormone Mazed Soba with a striking deep-fried topping. The richness of the hormone seeping out turned into oil, mixing with the soy sauce dressing to create a savory and fragrant flavor. It was a real junky dish! When mixed with the noodles, the oily dressing coated the flat noodles, giving them a chewy and shiny texture. I couldn't really taste the noodles themselves (lol). I ate it with green onions and hormone without slurping, just picking up with chopsticks. I was recommended to use an apron, and indeed, I noticed that the sauce had splattered all over it. Hormones like Shimacho and Mino were chosen so that even those who are not fond of hormones can enjoy them. It's a unique touch being in Tsuruhashi. They even use Seseri! The variety of textures is quite enjoyable. Of course, I thought the rice would go well with it, but I didn't eat it this time (I didn't drink either). For only 150 yen, you can have a huge piece of crispy fried chicken, it's so satisfying, I definitely want to order it again! The crispy and juicy chicken coated in sauce with a sweet, savory, and spicy taste, it's a perfect combination. I imagine it would taste amazing diving into rice at the end, but I was too full that day. This might be the best mazed soba I've ever had! Or maybe there's just no comparison. A new sensation - it's so fulfilling that it's not really suitable for eating frequently, but it's worth coming all the way to Osaka for it. It was delicious!

Hello ( ̄Д ̄)ノ I am currently in Osaka for a foodie tour at night. There is something that I saw and immediately wanted to eat - it's this place, #Noodle and Meat Daitsuru in Tsuruhashi (18-3 Funahashi-cho, Tennoji-ku, Osaka City). This place serves quite a punchy ramen and maze-soba. I fell in love at first sight with the spicy horumon maze-soba that I saw in other people's reviews. I arrived at the store on a motorcycle and when I asked the staff where to park, a staff member inside the store kindly offered to show me. And there was a very cute girl there who captured my heart. Just like in the movie Tora-san, I fell for her immediately. I had to write my name at the storefront and wait. After about 10 minutes, I was called inside. There were about 9 counter seats. On the table, there were finely chopped garlic, ginger, pepper, and sansho pepper. The cute girl came to take my order. She asked if I had been to their store before, to which I replied no. She thanked me and we had a light-hearted conversation. I ordered the spicy horumon maze-soba (default spiciness level 2) with additional toppings of fried chicken, flavored egg, and mayonnaise. Even at this time (after 9 pm), the place was full of energy and there were only two women running the store! I was excited as I waited. The spicy horumon maze-soba (with fried chicken, flavored egg, and mayonnaise toppings) arrived, and I immediately felt like I could finish it easily, so I added a bowl of rice. I ordered a large portion of rice to look cool in front of the cute girl. The dish looked so good with the horumon coated in sauce, flavored egg, fried chicken, kimchi, mayonnaise, and shichimi on top. It looked junky and satisfying. The thick flat noodles were chewy and delicious with a slightly spicy sauce, negi, kimchi, and horumon. It was a perfect combination. I enjoyed it with the fried chicken and mayonnaise on rice. It was a great plan that I had thought of before coming. I added garlic and ginger halfway through as recommended by the staff, and it made it even more delicious. I finished the meal feeling full and satisfied. When I paid, I told the cute girl that it was delicious and left the store with a heavy heart and a full stomach. The only downside was the oil film floating on the water in the cup. I think it's because they use a lot of oil, but maybe if they separate the oily items from the cups during collection, it might improve. The restaurant is near Kintetsu or JR Tsuruhashi Station, located at the intersection of Tamatsukuri-suji and Sennichimae-dori, heading east. I parked my car at a nearby coin parking lot. Upon arriving at the bright red restaurant, it was packed! I used my umbrella as a parasol while waiting in line. The menu featured dishes like Shin Niku Soba, Spicy Hormone Mazesoba, Samgyupsal Mazesoba, and Hiyashi Oroshi. An older lady came to take my order, and after careful consideration, I chose the Shin Niku Soba with soy sauce, opting for 3 levels of spiciness. The large bowl of pork cartilage arrived, and the soy sauce broth with green onions and a mountain of red chili pepper looked appetizing. The soup had a rich pork flavor with a hint of sweetness, and as I melted the mountain of chili pepper, the delicious spicy kick intensified. The custom wavy straight noodles had a firm texture and paired well with the soup. The pork cartilage topping was surprisingly tender and juicy. I added garlic, ginger, and sansho pepper for extra flavor. Lastly, I couldn't resist adding a small bowl of rice for a satisfying and spicy meal. Overall, I highly recommend Hirudora Tsuruhashi for its delicious and spicy ramen dishes.
