I had some business in Takikawa City, so before that, I decided to have lunch at "Sora," a dining place on the 11th floor of Takikawa City Hall. Although it is often thought of as a cafeteria for city employees, anyone can use it. They have a wide menu with over 40 items, but the recommended option is the "Daily Lunch Special for 650 yen," which includes a choice of meat or fish dish. However, I wasn't too keen on the menu for that day, so I chose the "Pork and Vegetable Stir-Fry Set for 680 yen" from the ticket machine. After purchasing the ticket and handing it over at the counter, I enjoyed the view from the 11th floor for about 5 minutes before being called to pick up my tray and take it to my seat. The set meal included pork and vegetable stir-fry, salad, miso soup, dried radish, and pickles. The stir-fry had plenty of pork, cabbage, onions, bean sprouts, carrots, and other crunchy vegetables, with a simple and mild seasoning. It was a satisfying meal with a good amount of vegetables, making it a delightful set meal.
