Reservations can be made. If you do not contact us within 20 minutes of your reservation time, you will be automatically considered to have cancelled your reservation without notice. We have recently had many cases of people changing the number of people without informing us on the day of the reservation. If you change the number of people in your party without informing us, you will be charged 5,000 yen per person. For reservations for private rooms, we will charge 3,000 yen per couple for the private room fee.

It’s a popular restaurant, but when I visited, there was no one there. Was it because it was a weekday? The shop had a "Closed for Preparation" sign out front, and it didn’t seem like they were trying to draw in customers much. The first dish was heart (hatsu). The menu and the chalkboard didn't seem to match up very well. When I asked for recommendations, they quickly mentioned a few things, but I didn’t really understand. It felt like they weren’t too welcoming to newcomers. They grilled the food for us, and the grilling was nice. However, when a regular customer sat next to me, the staff gave them a lengthy explanation. They didn’t seem particularly friendly to the two male customers either. The restroom was accessible by opening a door to the adjacent building. The food was tasty, but I felt like something was missing.

I visited on a Friday night, and the restaurant was almost fully booked. Reservations are a must on weekends. Unusually for a yakiniku restaurant, we were served an appetizer, which was raw heart (hatsu). It was delicious. We started with the premium, thinly sliced beef tongue. The staff grilled it for us, and the tender raw tongue was incredible. The offal was also tasty, with no unpleasant odor at all. If you ask for recommendations, you can't go wrong. Everything was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited a casual barbecue restaurant in Kanda with a friend. The signature dish, Seiji Mori, costs 1,780 yen and the beef tongue is of decent quality and delicious. However, the short rib at 980 yen per slice felt a bit overpriced. The stone-baked garlic rice for dessert was unnecessary. If I were to go again, I'd just like to enjoy the beef tongue.

I visited Seiji, a yakiniku and horumon restaurant in Kanda! We enjoyed not only horumon but also plenty of wagyu beef. With an all-you-can-drink option, I had a lot of lemon sours and left very satisfied! The seared wagyu sirloin yukhoe and the premium wagyu sirloin sushi were delicious! The restaurant was surprisingly clean for a horumon place, and the smoke wasn't too much of a bother. Thank you for the meal!

Not only was the meat great, but the cabbage and kimchi were also tasty enough to enjoy on their own with drinks. The service was good as well, and I was happy when they cooked the meat for us when they had the time. The only downside was that the location of the restroom was a bit tricky to find. It opened in April 2023, so it’s a relatively new place. I passed by and thought, "Wait, was this place here before?" so I casually popped in for dinner. I visited around 6 PM on a Sunday and there was one other group ahead of me. The interior is clean, as you’d expect from a new restaurant, with a cozy neighborhood yakiniku vibe typical of Kanda. Here’s what I had: - **Addictive Kimchi (480 yen)**: It was delicious, seasoned just right! The addition of Korean seaweed was a nice touch. - **Seiji Special (White) (1680 yen)**: This came with gya-ra (beef throat), hachinosu (beef tripe), and mino (beef honeycomb tripe). It was a bit pricey for offal, but ordering this first fills you up quite nicely. - **Fresh Liver (1280 yen)**: Served with a generous helping of chopped green onions and sesame oil. The freshness and portion size were both excellent. - **Kore-Machi Kalbi (880 yen)**: - **Tender Roast (1680 yen)**: Known as the "drinkable roast" because it’s so tender, it’s easy to chew. The creative naming seems to suggest some trademark concerns. - **Bound Special Rice (380 yen)**: This was recommended as a must-have with the previous two dishes. I visited using a Makuake ticket and chose the all-you-can-drink course. We started with kimchi and had some namul, but I forgot to take a photo. The course included a variety of dishes like seared yukhoe, meat sushi, tongue, beef tripe, and grilled sukiyaki; all of them were reliably delicious. The meat may have been thawed, but I didn't find any issues with its quality. For the final dish, we could choose between beef bone soup (kuytang) and spicy beef soup (yukgaejang); I shared half of my companion's yukgaejang, but the sweetness of it was a bit noticeable. Overall, it was tasty. The cost performance is good, although I wish the cabbage could be less salty, and it would be great if they could offer refills for the bean sprouts and cabbage. Since it's located in an office area, it's very quiet on weekends, and the staff were also very courteous. I would love to visit this restaurant again.

It’s nice that the contents change daily! - Stone-Grilled Garlic Rice: ¥1,280 The front-runner for best dish of the day!! Garlic, butter, meat, and rice! It can’t possibly be bad!! - Negi-Daku Premium Hangarumi Steak: ¥1,980 A huge piece of hangarumi topped with a mountain of green onions! I think this is a fantastic way to serve hangarumi! - Neck: ¥1,800 A rare cut of meat, cooked rare it’s exceptionally tender!! - Mania Meat - Tsukemono Glasses: ¥1,200 A rare part called glasses! It pairs well with rice thanks to the miso sauce! - Koremachi Kalbi: ¥880 Famous kalbi served with egg yolk for a sukiyaki style!! - A Bite of Morioka Cold Noodles: ¥480 Noodles sourced from Iwate, showcasing attention to detail. It pairs wonderfully with apple vinegar!! - Yukke Jang Soup: ¥880 Just the right level of spiciness! It really whets your appetite!! I found a great restaurant in Kanda!
