It is especially famous for its hormone dishes, ranking high in HTB's "Recommended" program featuring Saroma Town. The restaurant has counter seating as well as private rooms, catering to a wide range of customers including office workers, families, and youth groups. I ordered a lot of delicious hormone dishes, which were among the best I have ever had. The meat was well-prepared, tender, and had no unpleasant odor. The hormone dishes are priced at a very affordable 280 yen per serving, making it a great place for hormone lovers. While the other meat dishes didn't leave a strong impression, the delicious hormone made me forget about that. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be to switch from gas to charcoal grilling and to offer white cabbage kimchi. Overall, I look forward to visiting this restaurant again!

Saloma is a town with many yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurants. Among them, we often go to Butan. When we go to this restaurant, we have to be prepared for our clothes to smell because of the BBQ. We mainly eat sagari (skirt steak) and hormone (beef offal). The meat is well marinated and tastes delicious. We eat heartily, dipping the meat in plenty of garlic. It's difficult to rate such restaurants. What makes good service? It varies from person to person. For example, in a restaurant for a date, you might expect a certain type of service. The atmosphere at Butan is typical of a yakiniku restaurant, but it may not be considered stylish by general standards. It's tricky. So, for me, the best rating goes to the restaurant with good cost performance.
