The exterior of the restaurant is eye-catching, so I had been wanting to go in a few times but never did until today, my first visit! It was my first time trying a family-style ramen. I was a bit confused about how to order with the food ticket system, but since it wasn't too crowded during lunchtime, I asked a staff member for help and they kindly explained everything to me. The staff member was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. I ordered the recommended salt ramen and gyoza. For the ramen, you can customize the thickness of the noodles (thick or thin), the firmness (hard, normal, or soft), the soup richness (strong, normal, or light), and the amount of fat (more, normal, or less). I went with the recommended "thick noodles" and set the rest to "hard", "strong", and "more"! (For those who are unsure or first-time visitors, I recommend following the shop's recommendations.) The ramen was quite rich and creamy, with the noodles soaking up the flavorful soup well. It's a pork bone-based cloudy salt ramen that is addictively delicious! However, it was too rich for me, so I couldn't finish the soup completely. There are various condiments on the table such as vinegar, garlic, spicy sauce, doubanjiang, pepper, etc., so you can create your own original bowl of ramen! The gyoza had lots of vegetables and was juicy with meat juices overflowing. It was delicious. The different combinations of flavors make each bite unique, and the addictive taste makes you want to come back a few more times to explore further. Thank you, Sanadaya!
