This is a shop produced by the famous bakery producer Takuya Kishimoto. For me, it is the second shop after "Aseru Ousama" in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. Honestly, just by seeing the name of the bakery, I knew it was Takuya Kishimoto's shop (laughs). That's how easy to recognize the shop name is. It is located near Kotoni Tonden Hyoya, but the foot traffic is not great. I happened to find it while taking a walk. I thought it would be better if they were located on a main street. - Ideal Morning (864 yen) It was my first time, so I went with the normal option. The dough is moist and has a chewy texture. The crust is thin and crispy when baked. It has a strong sweetness from honey, and you can also feel the smoothness of the cream. It is said that there is mascarpone as a hidden flavor, but unfortunately, I couldn't taste the cheese. It is delicious, but I couldn't quite distinguish it from other shops. I would like to try comparing it with others, but buying two loaves of bread is a bit much. With the increasing number of high-end bread shops, if the price is almost the same and there is not much difference in taste, it might be difficult to become a repeat customer. That was the impression I got from the plain bread. Next time, I will try the cinnamon cream, which might show more uniqueness. Thank you for the meal.

After returning from the beauty salon, while waiting for the bus at the bus terminal, I unexpectedly found a store selling "Kuraseba Wakaru Sa" bread, limited to weekdays. I bought it and it is said to have mascarpone cheese in it. It's very soft due to the high-quality bread, almost squishy, and you can't really taste the cheese, it's just a moist and soft bread. It's recommended to eat it as is until the next day, then wrap and freeze it from the day after that. But I don't have space in my freezer, so I left it at room temperature. By the 4th day, the texture had completely changed. Even toasting it took longer than usual. It would be better if they sold this kind of rich bread in smaller portions like 1/2 a loaf. It seems to be prone to mold in the upcoming season, and it doesn't seem to agree with my body as my blood sugar spiked to over 200 after 2 hours. "Kuraseba Wakaru Sa" Address: 2-5-3-5 Kotoni 2-jo, Nishi-ku, Sapporo Phone: 0116245843 Hours: 10:00-18:00 Closed: No regular holidays

You can park in front of the store without a parking lot, but I have been warned by the staff for parking in the parking lot or in front of the garage on the opposite side, so please be careful! The bread is delicious, but this review is only for the coffee this time. I love the beans from Misono Mori Alchemist Coffee, and I used to go to the store to buy them, but now I know I can buy them here because transportation is inconvenient. It is a unique blend that goes very well with bread and is easy to drink. I do not recommend Misono Mori Alchemist Coffee to those who like the deep roasting unique to Hokkaido. Recently, looking at various reviews, I think that delivery does not have a positive impact on restaurants.

"Kurasubewakarusaa," a high-end bread shop with a unique name, opened in Kotoni, Sapporo in July 2020. The shop is produced by bakery producer Takuya Kishimoto, who is known for creating high-quality bread shops nationwide. I purchased the "Ideal Morning (Plain)" for 864 yen. They also offer a cinnamon-flavored bread called "Blissful Afternoon." The bread had a buttery aroma and a subtle sweetness of honey."

This is a high-end bakery located in the Kinnei area near Kinnei Station. It's a bit hidden on a small street, so unless you're a local, you might not know about it without checking on sites like Tabelog. However, it seems to be quite popular since it opened. There is no parking lot, so my wife dropped me off while she waited in the car. Inside, the "Blissful Afternoon" was sold out, so I purchased the "Ideal Morning" for 880 yen including tax. In addition to their signature bread, they also had several other types of bread for sale, which was nice. I had it the next morning. The crust was thin and moist, but it didn't have that special touch I was expecting. Lately, high-end bread tends to use honey to create a sweet and unique flavor, but perhaps this bread aims to be something you can enjoy every day without getting tired of it? It was delicious, but if I had to buy it at this price every day, I might have to think twice. I'll try the Blissful Afternoon next time! Thank you for the meal.

I had some free time, so I decided to go. It's near the Kotonoi subway station. I thought it was farther away. But it's actually quite close. There was a large curtain at the entrance, giving the impression of a high-class establishment. There were rows of jams near the entrance and delicious-looking baked goods at the counter. I'll save those for next time and focus on the bread I came for. I got a freshly baked, still warm one. That day, they were giving out rusk as a gift. Yay! The bread was soft all the way to the crust. Following the recommendation, I just took a bite without doing anything else. The sweetness spread in my mouth, with a hint of honey. Indeed, eating it as is might be the best way. They said to try toasting it when it's a bit older, so I'll give that a go.

Located near Koinikei area, this bakery is just a short walk from Koinikei subway station. The shop is slightly hidden from the main street. After having lunch at a nearby restaurant, I decided to buy some bread for home. This bakery is known for its trendy high-quality bread, although they have a limited selection. They offer two types of high-quality bread: "Ideal Morning" and "Blissful Afternoon" with cinnamon. I purchased the "Ideal Morning" (800 yen excluding tax) and a salt bread (120 yen excluding tax). The "Ideal Morning" bread had a soft texture even on the crust, which I found delicious. It seems to have mascarpone cheese in the dough, although I couldn't taste it much. While the bread is tasty, I felt the price was a bit high. I would like to try the "Blissful Afternoon" if I have the chance.

On a certain holiday, in Hokkaido, when the numerical records were being broken, I started my walk from Kotonishi in the Nishi ward and visited a relatively recently opened bakery. The store is located a little off the main street, and the interior has a café-like space with a large decorative area and seating for customers. On this day, I was lucky to find two types of bread on display from the Motoki shelf. Along with other bread, I purchased the "Blissful Afternoon (980 yen tax included)", which was probably almost freshly baked at the time of purchase. However, by the time I got home a few hours later, there were some water droplets left in the bag. The bread had a thin crust and soft yet firm texture with a sweet dough. This time, there was a faint sweet cinnamon flavor, which made it even more delicious than I had imagined. The "Croissant (350 yen tax included)" was a bit pricier but larger than average, with a high buttery and salty taste and a good crispy texture. The "Salt Bread (120 yen tax included)" had a firm dough with a slightly salty surface and a buttery interior. I recalled that this shop was also supervised by that famous producer, but it still remains "luxurious". I wonder how the consumers in Sapporo will perceive it in the future. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this luxury bread specialty shop that opened in July, thinking that the queues would have calmed down by now. As expected, they distribute numbered tickets starting from 9:30, but when I visited around 3 pm, I was able to purchase without waiting. They offer two types of bread: the simple "Ideal Morning" and the "Blissful Afternoon" with cinnamon cream. I purchased the "Ideal Morning" (864 yen) first. It seems to have mascarpone cheese as a hidden flavor, but it's really subtle. It's not extremely fluffy, nor does it have a strong presence... It's well-balanced. The flavor of the cream and wheat are decent. It was recommended to eat it as is on the day of purchase or the next day, but since it's not extremely fluffy, I found it tastier when lightly warmed in the microwave. After the day following the purchase, they recommend toasting the frozen bread, but since luxury bread is valued for how long it can be enjoyed without the unpleasant dryness, I decided to store it at room temperature and monitor it. Unfortunately, I may not repurchase the Ideal Morning. However, as a cinnamon lover, I am curious about the Blissful Afternoon. Apart from bread, you can also purchase 2-3 other types of bread like salt bread. If I have the chance, I will visit again.

Here is a new bakery in Kotoni produced by Takuya Kishimoto. The naming is interesting, right? They offer two types of bread: a rich and flavorful breakfast bread, and a blissful afternoon bread with cinnamon cream. I was able to buy the breakfast bread without a reservation on the day I happened to visit. The crust is quite thin. When eaten as is, it is fluffy, sweet, and delicious.

Weekend stroll series. The day before the pre-opening, a flyer was put in the mailbox of the house and I was curious about the high-end bakery specializing in bread, "Kuraseba Wakarusawa" in Teine. After eating soba in Handai, I thought maybe I could buy it today, so I made a detour to Kotoni before going home. When I entered the store, luckily there were still vouchers for the freshly baked "Ideal Morning" at 4:00 pm, so I got a voucher, waited for about an hour at a nearby cafe, and then returned to the store. I was able to get the freshly baked bread safely. If "Blissful Afternoon" is only baked once a day, I guess I have to go early in the morning to buy it. The bread and hot sandwiches next to the cash register seem to be available immediately. I wish there were benches outside the store so I could have ordered a hot sandwich and eaten it on the spot. The coffee is a blend of the popular Alchemist Coffee, showing quite a commitment. Inside the store, outdoor goods and spices that make campers like me want to buy are displayed, making it fun to look at. The next day, I'll have it for breakfast. I sliced it a little thick and took a bite as it is. Fluffy and moist. Slight sweetness. I thought it would be heavy, but the texture is soft all the way to the crust. Is this because mascarpone is a hidden ingredient? It tastes even better when spread with the homemade jam I received the other day. It seems to go well as a fruit sandwich too. I don't usually buy bread, but it might be nice to buy it occasionally. I plan to make French toast with the remaining bread. Thank you for the meal.

In Sapporo City, a series of bakeries produced by Takuya Kishimoto are opening one after another. "Boku no Pan-ya Junjou Serenade" recently opened in Higashi Sapporo, and not long after, "Kuraseba Wakarusaa" opened in Kotoni. This is the fourth store in Hokkaido, following "Debupan" in Asahikawa and "Nogizaka na Tsumatachi" in Kuwon. On a Sunday around 2 PM, I passed by the area and decided to stop by for a visit. Even before opening, there was a long line at this extremely popular shop. I wasn't able to buy anything by chance at this time, as all types of bread were already sold out. Only those with a numbered ticket could make a purchase. There were jams lined up on a shelf next to the entrance, and a small amount of "Baked Cheese French @350" on the counter. The sign said, "A dessert bread made by pouring homemade cheese filling on French toast made with our prideful bread, recommended whether baked or chilled." I purchased one and took it home. After warming it up in the microwave, the bread was moist all the way to the crust, with a subtle sweetness and acidity. The cheese filling, filled with air, paired perfectly with the soft bread. I would like to enjoy it with lightly roasted coffee. I plan to revisit to buy some bread when things calm down. Thank you for the meal.

I was able to go to the newly opened shop the other day. It is also a high-quality bread shop produced by Takuya Kishimoto. They have a cafe attached, but my goal was to experience the "Ideal Morning" and the "Blissful Afternoon," so I lined up early in the morning. I was able to purchase both as the first customer. Currently, you can only buy one of each type with a numbered ticket. I'm glad I was able to buy them. The "Blissful Afternoon" seems to sell out quickly, so I recommend going in the morning. The "Ideal Morning" has mascarpone in it, and it was delicious with a depth of flavor and a hint of sweetness. The "Blissful Afternoon" is recommended for cinnamon lovers. I found it tasted better when slightly warmed up.

When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, especially for this designated rare disease. Unfortunately, there is no medication that suits me yet. If reviews or comments suddenly stop, please assume that I have been hospitalized again, as in the past. Even if I take a third break, I still want to return as a reviewer. Likes and comments may be delayed, but I plan to catch up once I return. In July 2020, "Kuraseba Wakaru Sa" opened as a specialty store for high-end bread. It is produced by Takuya Kishimoto, a high-end bread producer. In Sapporo, there are places like "Nogizaka no Tsumatachi," "Boku no Panya Junjou Serenade," and "Debupan." Nationally, there are various other high-end bread shops. They used to produce various types of bread, but now they focus on high-end bread. The names of the shops do not necessarily indicate that they are high-end bread shops. I visited with my usual companion for the first time. The shop is located near Kotoen Station in Nishi Ward, Sapporo. The bread options include "Afternoon Bliss" for 1058 yen and "Ideal Morning" for 864 yen. I chose the "Ideal Morning" and reserved a voucher for the next day. The bread weighed 824g and had a fluffy texture with mascarpone cheese for flavor. I compared it to another high-end bread brand and found that the "Ideal Morning" was lighter and better suited for toasting. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I plan to try their other bread options next time.

I found a flyer for a new bakery near my house, so I decided to check it out. When I arrived on Sunday at 1 PM, there wasn't much of a line outside. The reason was the numbered tickets. People who had received their tickets earlier were smoothly entering the shop. I got a ticket for plain bread (ideal for breakfast) that I could pick up in 2 hours. I really wanted the cinnamon bread, but that ticket was already gone. Sandwiches and hot sandwiches were available without tickets, so you could buy them right away. Two hours later, I went back. There were fewer customers, and I was able to pay right away. The next morning, I tried the bread without toasting it. It was incredibly moist, and although it was supposed to have mascarpone cheese, I couldn't really taste it. The sweetness was more subdued compared to other high-end bread from different shops. Next time, I'll try getting a sandwich!

Tomorrow, a friend asked me if I wanted to go to a new bakery, so I decided to check it out. It was a grand opening on July 11th, but I went on a Friday and saw them doing a pre-opening event. They were selling limited quantities of a special bread, baked cheese French toast, and a Reuben sandwich. I bought one of each. The bread had mascarpone mixed in, giving it a moist texture and a rich taste. The baked cheese French toast was sweet and delicious, perfect for my taste. The Reuben sandwich was a hot sandwich, but it wasn't to everyone's liking. Overall, the pastries were tasty but on the expensive side.

I was at a event in Tomakomai, the actual store is in Kotoni. It's convenient to have events because I can't easily go to Kotoni. I bought for the first time "Ideal Morning" for 1,000 yen. The store name and product name are unique. They put mascarpone cheese as a hidden flavor, making it rich and flavorful. Although I couldn't taste the cheese, it is sweet and fluffy with cream and honey. It seems like it will be an ideal morning. Thank you for the meal.

On my day off, I finally tried the hot sandwiches I had been curious about for a while. I discovered that they offer delivery service, so I decided to order. I chose the Reuben Sandwich and Teritama Chicken. The bread was made with high-quality ingredients, giving it a chewy texture with a crispy outer layer. The Reuben Sandwich had a rich flavor from the pastrami beef, sauerkraut, and mascarpone cheese, complemented well by the sauce. The Teritama Chicken had a light seasoning, with the egg being the dominant flavor. Next time, I might buy their bread to try at home. Enjoyed the meal!
