This was my first time visiting this bakery. Although small, the atmosphere inside was nice, and they had a pretty good variety of bread. Each one seemed really well-crafted, and I couldn't decide which one to choose. When I picked one up with the tongs, I just knew it was going to be delicious! And it was indeed incredibly tasty. I should have bought more of the smaller ones. They were moist and chewy, and really delicious.

On a certain weekday, I visited a bakery located in front of the Ishikari City Hall in Hanazato 2-jo, Ishikari City. There is a decent amount of parking available on the premises. The bakery is located in a small building next to a dining hall I had visited before. Although the shop is not very spacious, it offers a wide variety of bread, including trendy and special items that make it hard to decide what to choose. I decided to purchase a "Tamago Sandwich from the Sea (238 yen)" which was overflowing in the refrigerated case. The bread was not hard but had a soft texture, filled with a generous amount of freshly made egg salad that was delicious with its slightly sweet mayonnaise and ample white egg pieces. I also bought an "An Butter Sandwich (205 yen)" that had visible white butter through the packaging. This bread, with its slightly resilient texture, had a convincing amount of butter visible, and the generous sweet red bean paste inside complemented the salty flavor of the butter, creating a surprisingly impactful taste. Lastly, I tried the "Nori Tsukudani & Cream Cheese French Bread (129 yen)" which was a French bread cut and baked in an oven, topped with plenty of rich cream cheese and strong-flavored nori tsukudani. The savory taste of the nori tsukudani and the cream cheese added a unique twist to the bread, making it a memorable and impressive choice. Overall, I intentionally chose these three items, and each of them left a lasting impression with their unique flavors. Thank you for the delicious meal.

The small shop has a wide variety of breads. The torn bread with white chocolate and orange peel is dense and satisfying. The rice bread is made with 50% rice flour. Tomtoy's cream bread has a gentle sweetness from brown sugar, like an adult's cream bread. The flavors were unexpected and I want to try more recommended items. Thank you for the meal!

I visited on a Sunday. This bakery with an elephant logo opened in 2021. There is a parking lot in front of the store. They use Hokkaido wheat and offer margarine-free bread. The menu includes sweet bread, croissants, Danish pastries, sandwich bread, prepared bread, rye bread, French bread, soybean bread, and rice bread, with a wide variety of options. The items I tried this time were: - Croissant ¥216 - Curry bread ¥194 - Margherita bread ¥259 - Tomtoy cream bread ¥173. All the bread was delicious, but the cream bread was a hit with my family. Thank you for the meal.

After finishing two jobs in the Ishikari area, I decided to have lunch. Considering the travel time, I opted for bread. I found a newly opened, beautiful bakery with a cute elephant character inside. They were also selling original tote bags. The lovely staff allowed me to take photos, which I appreciated. Since it was around 2 pm, many items were sold out, which was disappointing. I ended up buying two of each, totaling four items. The "Potato Nori Salt Bread" was small but had a satisfying amount of Kitakari inside. The flavor of the seaweed was also good. The "Cabbage Salsa Dog" had a long wiener and cabbage with a spicy salsa sauce, which was delicious. The "Chewy Cream Cheese Anpan" had a sticky texture, and the combination of cream cheese and sweet bean paste worked well. I didn't try the "Chewy Red Bean Doughnut," but my companion said it was sweet and tasty. I forgot to take pictures of the potato and cabbage items as I was eating a bento from a nearby store. I'll try their hard bread next time. Thank you, Tom Toy!

Along the Ishikari Handai Street, near Ishikari Hanahoku, I stumbled upon an unregistered shop called "Tom Toy" while working. It is a bakery newly established within the premises of the existing "Ouchi Dining," with shared parking space. The clean white standalone store is welcoming, with a woman in her 30s greeting at the entrance. Inside, there are around 20 types of bread, including hard bread, sweet bread, and a few savory options. I picked up "Mentaiko French @170," "Salt Bread @100," and "Rye Honey Cream Cheese Walnut @170" to enjoy in the car. The Rye Honey Cream Walnut was moist and delicious, with a good balance of sweetness from the honey cream and a generous amount of walnuts. The Salt Bread had a strong salt flavor, a crispy crust, and a soft crumb, making it a high-quality treat. The Mentaiko French assured me of the bakery's skill in making hard bread. I look forward to trying their fruit-based hard bread and plain hard bread in the future. Overall, a delightful dining experience at this bakery.
