The curry was well-cooked with the flavors of meat and vegetables, a standard roux with just the right amount of spiciness and spice. It was really delicious! The katsu was generously covered with the curry sauce, and although it was not visible due to the amount of sauce, it was small but had a good thickness and was tender and juicy. With its reasonable price, quick service, delicious taste, and satisfying portion size, this place gets a perfect score of 100 points. It's no wonder it's a well-known spot frequented by business people in the area. *Although it specializes in curry, the menu also includes spaghetti (with curry and meat) and fried rice, as seen on the menu.

The cost performance is not bad, but when compared to the popular Cafe Escher next door or the highly popular Colombo nearby, it falls short. However, both of those places are usually crowded during lunchtime, so the quick service at this restaurant is appreciated during busy times.

For ¥750, you get a serving with vegetables at this speed, which is convenient for salarymen working in the city. Considering the price for pork cutlet curry, I think the taste is delicious and the cost performance is good. However, I was disappointed to see a female staff member storing spoons in containers without wearing vinyl gloves during the COVID-19 pandemic. For those who don't mind such things, it may be a good place. The taste is delicious, but it's a shame.

The address is North 2 West 3, North 2 is closer to Sapporo Station or Odori Station, I wondered, but since I would have to go back the same way if I go from Odori Station, I decided to go from Sapporo Station. Well, it doesn't matter much because it's connected by an underground pedestrian walkway. This building is 51 years old this year. The entrance and exit are number 5. It's an old building, but maybe it was connected to the Sapporo Station front underground pedestrian walkway that opened in March ten years ago? The underground dining area looks a bit different, right? You go left or right and then turn right at the end, so if it's your first time visiting, you might think, "Huh?" for a moment. Well, it seems that the passage itself doesn't become a dead end. There was also a shop that is expanding its influence by selling tantanmen along the way, but is it on a break? This shop has a long, narrow interior with only counter seats. There were no other customers at the time. The staff had their back turned towards the customer side, doing something, and didn't notice me. This is a pattern where they get surprised when you talk to them, especially when there is only one female staff member (laughs). Well, I'm not here to surprise them. The older lady staff member prompted me to buy a meal ticket from the ticket machine. I thought about what to order. I was also drawn to the curry spaghetti. I don't remember if it was in elementary school or junior high school, but there was a soft noodle in a mysterious vinyl bag that was distributed in the school lunch, and there was a curry sauce in addition to the meat sauce or Chinese-style sauce that was served together. I liked that sauce... (laughs). Well, you can actually buy the soft noodles through mail order (laughs), but I need that sauce... So, for some reason, I purchased the egg curry and handed the meal ticket to the staff. I noticed a cardboard box of Esbi food's Golden Curry flakes and bags of curry flakes stacked in front of me. It seems like they make the roux with that. Unlike the shop in the basement of the International Building, they serve raw eggs instead of boiled eggs, right? Well, the rice and curry roux are not too hot, so it's easy to eat. It's slightly spicy, but it's a standard home-style curry. Of course, when you break the egg yolk halfway and mix it, it becomes milder and delicious. It was just a delicious curry. Next time, I'll have to try the curry spaghetti (laughs). I could taste the sweetness of the onions, along with a soy sauce and slightly spicy seasoning. It was slightly moist yet crispy and had a nice aroma. Anyway, onto the review for "Indian Curry Restaurant Hokkaido Nishi 2-jo Store." When I walked in, the staff were discussing whether to add butter as a secret ingredient to the curry. That's the real Indian Butter Conference, or should I say, the gossip around the well! (laughs) The Pork Cutlet Curry costs 850 yen and comes with a salad. The curry sauce had a unique sweetness from the vegetables, followed by a gradual spiciness that made it quite tasty. The pork cutlet was a bit tough, but still within acceptable limits. While it's not a must-visit place, it's definitely a curry shop I would return to if it was nearby.

The curry was served quickly without needing to use a ticket machine during the early hours. The curry was rich and the katsu was well-balanced with the sauce, even though it wasn't very thick. Mixing it with cabbage was also delicious. This quick and easy-to-eat rice curry is truly a great companion for busy office workers. Thank you for the meal.
