I participated in a small dinner party at "Uchiwa" in Fukagawa City, invited by an acquaintance. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm and relaxing, with sunken kotatsu tables. The dishes we had were particularly delicious, especially the seafood. We enjoyed dishes such as sashimi, sushi, grilled tsubodai, and whale bacon, all made with fresh ingredients. Personally, I also liked that they served "Sapporo Classic" draft beer.
