Fuku-Ryu Ramen Wadachi Honmachi Main Store [1-cho, Nishi-Honmachi, Osaka City] A popular restaurant selected as one of the top 100 on Tabelog, located near Osaka Tenmangu Park. Orders are placed using a touch panel ticket machine, and customers wait at the counter for their food. The Special Fuku-Ryu Ramen costs 1300 yen, and adding extra Yuzu foam costs 160 yen. The signature foam-topped Fuku-Ryu Ramen with Yuzu foam is visually stunning and creamy, with a refreshing Yuzu aroma. The Chashu pork is delicious, and the medium-thick homemade noodles pair perfectly with the soup. Although the prices are a bit high, the quality of the ingredients makes it worth it. The clean and cozy interior has only counter seats and a touch panel ticket machine. PayPay is accepted, making it easy for solo diners to enjoy a meal. [Business Hours] 11:00-15:00 (L.O. 14:30), 18:00-20:30 (L.O. 20:00) [Closed] Irregular holidays [Parking] None

I went to Fukuryu Ramen Wadachi in Nishi Honmachi for a light lunch after a hearty buffet breakfast. There was a line at one of the nearby restaurants, so I decided to try this place instead. I ordered the Fukuryu Ramen for 900 yen at the ticket machine and was seated at the back counter. The ramen had a chicken white broth with foam on top, giving it a unique flavor with a hint of yuzu. The straight noodles had a good texture and paired well with the delicious soup. Overall, it was a great choice to visit this place, although the seating area was a bit hot.

Yesterday was a holiday, so I stayed in Osaka from the day before. For lunch, I went to "Fukuryu Ramen Wadachi Honmachi Honten" and ordered the Ajitama Fukuryu Ramen. The creamy soup made from chicken and pork bones, with soy sauce, yuzu, and espuma as accents, was incredibly delicious! ❄️ #Ramen #FukuryuRamenWadachi #OsakaGourmet #Osaka #OsakaLunch #OsakaRamen #Espuma #HonmachiGourmet #Honmachi #HonmachiLunch #HonmachiRamen

Arrived around 2:00 pm on a public holiday. There was no line. The interior had a 10-seat counter, with about 8 people already seated. I ordered the Mazesoba Junkie (1000 yen) and received it in about 5 minutes. The combination of fish powder and soy sauce was excellent. It's a bit salty, so it's recommended as a great dish for finishing off a drinking session. By 2:30 pm, they had run out of soup and were starting to close up, so I recommend arriving early.

I was in the mood for dried sardine ramen, so I visited this restaurant! It was my second visit, as I had only tried Fukuryu ramen many years ago. I ordered the flavored egg dried sardine ramen with extra onions and free extra lard! The toppings included flavored egg, diced onions, chopped green onions, rare pork chashu, chicken chashu with a hint of yuzu, and lard floating on top. The rich soy sauce flavored dried sardine soup was delicious, with no bitterness and the sweetness of the lard adding a nice touch. The medium-thick curly noodles had a firm and chewy texture that paired perfectly with the soup. Mixing the chopped green onions and diced onions with the soup and noodles was incredibly delicious! The quality of the chashu was also great! It was a delicious meal, thank you!

Fukuryu Ramen Wadachi is one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. They open at 11:00 am on weekdays, and I arrived 10 minutes early. There was no line, so it's a good time to visit on weekday mornings. Even while waiting outside, the staff kindly informed me that a table would be available soon. I ordered the Ajitama Fukuryu Ramen for ¥1,000 and the Ajitama Niboshi Ramen with extra lard for ¥1,000. The Fukuryu Ramen had a creamy, slightly yuzu-flavored broth with a mix of chicken and soy sauce, creating a rich and smooth soup. The noodles were thin and went well with the broth. The Niboshi Ramen had a clear, soy-based broth with a strong Japanese flavor. The soft-boiled egg, tender chashu, and crispy green onions balanced the dish perfectly. The chashu was made from chicken breast and pork shoulder, cooked at a low temperature. Overall, it was a great dining experience at Fukuryu Ramen Wadachi in Nishihonmachi, Osaka.

I visited a restaurant in Honmachi because I heard they have delicious dried fish ramen. It was easy to find in Honmachi and I was able to enter around 7 PM without any trouble. They only have counter seats. I tried the dried fish ramen and it was delicious! The broth made from dried fish and kelp was really flavorful, just the way I like it. The soy sauce flavor was a bit strong, but the thick noodles were satisfying and easy to soak up the soup. My companion had the "Fuku Ryu Ramen," which had a creamy foam made from chicken and pork bones floating on top. It had a hint of yuzu fragrance, which was unique and I think it would be popular among women. Personally, I was very satisfied with the dried fish ramen. Thank you for the meal!

I was lucky to get a seat quickly! The noodles had a hint of yuzu which made the soup refreshing and easy to finish. The chashu was delicious, and the chicken ham was incredibly tender and tasty. I also enjoyed the mini bowl. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant!

I had the standard Fukuryu Special Ramen for 1300 yen. It came with two pieces of chicken and two pieces of chashu in a foamy soup. It had the typical Fukuryu flavor. It looked lighter than it tasted, but the soup was good until the last drop. Next time, I will try a different variation.

I finally visited a restaurant I've always wanted to go to. I went around 12:30 on a weekday. There is usually a long line, but it was a bit less crowded on this day so it was my first time visiting! The rich chicken broth soup was amazing. The noodles had a hint of yuzu flavor, and the soup was both light and rich. I would like to try the mixed noodles next time!

A Michelin-starred restaurant and listed in the top 100 on Tabelog. On Sundays at 11:30, there is a wait for 3 groups. Only counter seats with good turnover rate. Start by ordering at the ticket machine, which is touch panel style and accepts PayPay. Customers range from solo male diners to couples.
▶︎ Ajitama Fukuryu Ramen: Yuzu foam with chicken shirataki cream, surprisingly light and refreshing.
▶︎ Mazeni Bojankee SP: Mazesoba with plenty of chashu, as the name suggests, quite addictive and irresistible. Finish by diving into the rice for a clean plate.
▶︎ Chashu Don: Plenty of chashu with sweet sauce foam, topped with a brulee-like finish. A must-try dish.
[Atmosphere of the Restaurant]
▶︎ Counter seats only
▶︎ Solo diners/women-friendly

I ordered ramen and chashu don. The ramen had a prominent yuzu flavor that was unforgettable. The chashu was thick, tender, and delicious. The chashu don was also generous with lots of chashu on top, making it a hearty dish. I will definitely go back to this restaurant.

This was a restaurant I had been wanting to visit multiple times, but it was my first visit! Since I arrived right after opening, I was able to go in without waiting in line. I used the ticket machine, which accepted PayPay, making it very convenient. Many ramen shops only accept cash, so it was great for someone who prefers cashless payments. The ramen looked delicious from the moment it was served. The soup was tasty and the noodles were also delicious! I definitely want to come back again.

Osaka 100 Best Restaurants Tour ✨ This time, I visited a place about an 8-minute walk from Honmachi Station. I arrived at 12:30 and there was no wait. I ordered the crab miso ramen! It's rare! When it comes to creamy ramen, I usually think of Tetsu. The bowl arrived! The crab miso flavor wafted gently. The soup seemed to be animal-based with crab miso foam on top. If you like crab miso, you'll love this bowl. There were two types of chashu and green onions, which I added halfway through and finished it all! Thank you for the meal ✨

●I want to go again, especially if I'm nearby.
●Ordered the Kani Miso Fuku-ryu Ramen for 1100 yen.
●Soup: The unique aroma of burnt crab miso leads to the scent of chicken. You can taste the sweetness of chicken broth, the saltiness of soy sauce, and a creamy richness. The aftertaste is a harmony of crab miso and chicken. As the name suggests, this ramen has a strong crab miso flavor, so it may not be easily accepted by those who don't like crab miso. I enjoyed it as I am a fan of crab miso and enjoy drinking alcohol.
●Noodles: Soft and chewy medium-thin straight noodles. The wheat flavor is subtle due to the strong soup. I felt that slightly thicker noodles would be better.
●Toppings: Green onions, chewy and substantial chicken chashu, rare pork chashu.
●Cost performance: Decent. It's hard to think of it as a great value once it goes over 1000 yen, even if it's delicious.
●Atmosphere: The restaurant is located in an office district, so it's crowded with office workers during weekdays. There are also a few women dining there.

I had tried regular ramen before, but this time I tried the red noodles that caught my attention as a fan of spicy food. I ordered the RED special and when I tasted it, it was not what I expected. The overpowering smell of chili oil ruined the whole dish... I guess this is a fail. Adding chili powder might have balanced the flavors better... I hope they improve on this.

RED Fukuryu Ramen is a ramen shop located a little away from Honmachi Station. The area around Honmachi Station is a fierce battleground for white soup-based ramen, with shops like Kuzuya and Torisoba Zasugin competing. I arrived before 11 a.m. and entered the shop, where I ordered using a large touch panel. I hesitated between the Crab Miso and the RED Fukuryu Ramen, but since I like spicy food, I chose the RED Fukuryu Ramen. The bowl arrived with a visually appealing presentation, with chili oil floating on top. I took a sip of the soup, which was incredibly rich in chicken flavor and sweetness. The soup had a smooth and punchy taste, followed by a strong spiciness that hit my tongue. The noodles, slightly brown and medium-thin, paired perfectly with the spicy soup. The Chashu had a meaty and hearty texture, while the large-cut green onions added a crunchy texture and a distinctive flavor. The seasoned egg had a rich flavor that complemented the spiciness of the soup. Overall, I found the ramen to be delicious, and it might just be one of my favorites among the white soup-based ramen shops.

Fukuryu Ramen Wadachi, which has been selected by both Ramen Hyakumeiten and the Michelin Guide Gourmand, is known for its two types of white foam. The foam is a characteristic feature created using a machine that can turn any ingredient into foam. Upon entering the restaurant, you can purchase your food ticket at the high-performance touch panel ticket machine on the right, and your order will be automatically sent to the kitchen without having to hand over the ticket. The restaurant has only a counter with 10 seats. The service and interior turnover are a bit casual. The Ajitama Fukuryu Ramen (1,000 yen) is delicious! The rich chicken white broth is mild in texture thanks to the foam. The balance of flavors in the foam is exceptional among foam-based dishes I have tried. The original medium-thick noodles hold up well against the rich broth. Many customers order extra noodles, and I can see why. I couldn't finish the noodles, but I did drink up all the soup. The sweetness of the onions mingling with each scoop of soup, the blend of flavors from the two types of foam, and the richly seasoned Ajitama egg are all highlights. Personally, I found the rare chashu and the service (or rather, the work attitude... the staff seemed to have some issues among themselves, I wonder) to be lacking, but overall, it was a ramen worth giving a high rating. Thank you for the meal!

After enjoying sushi with friends, we ordered the Fukuryu ramen with seasoned egg. I'm not very knowledgeable about ramen, but it was delicious! I've never tried the chicken white broth genre before, but it was delicious! Next, I'll try the Mazeni Bojankey, can't wait! This may not be helpful, but definitely give it a try.

"Ibusuki silver dried bonito and dried horse mackerel cold soup-style dish" An homage to cold soup that tastes amazing♪ The way the flat noodles mix with the dish is excellent, and the refreshing taste of tofu, cucumber, and shiso is irresistible. The dish is sticky and satisfying, and finishing off with a rice dive is a must. Enjoy the exquisite cold soup to the fullest (^v^)

The third stop in Honmachi area is Wadachi✨✨✨✨✨ I think it's the pinnacle of meat ramen ❤️ Oh, there's also Kosumi! The two giants! It's delicious, right? I head there singing "Mix soba✨ mix soba✨ Oh meat-chan❤️" Close and easy to go to, but for some reason recently I've been neglecting it, so I'm like, "Damn it" while watching it. Chashu is good, but I also love the noodles ❤️ It's dangerous (⌯˃̶᷄ ⁻̫ ˂̶᷄⌯) I want to eat it right now! Haha ===========
