I visited a restaurant called Shippu in a villa area near Jufu, where they serve pizza and pasta on the second floor on weekdays and barbecue on the first floor on weekends. The menu includes various types of beef, hormone, lamb, and chicken, but no pork. The restaurant is popular among retirees and weekenders in the area. The location is ideal for cycling, with scenic routes and minimal traffic. After enjoying the meal, I cycled back along the riverbank road, passing by the famous Ishikari Lighthouse. The total distance covered was 74 kilometers, making it a perfect day trip.
