As a candidate for the next generation's top 100 restaurants, I visited this place known as the sister store of Seto Shokudo Kongoju. This time, I ordered the combination of green chili paste and sand zuri achaar. Although it was a combination, it also came with bean curry, so it was essentially a 3-item platter. The mustard chicken had a good balance of spices and mustard, bringing out a subtle hidden flavor. The meat broth was also well incorporated, adding a nice depth of flavor. The Indian venison masala had a stronger spice profile. There was no gamey taste in the venison, and the spice level was just right. The bean curry was comforting, with a gentle soup base. The green chili paste was perfect for adding a different flavor dimension. The crisp texture and aromatic spices of the sand zuri achaar were outstanding. I'm curious about the evening menu as well and would definitely like to visit again.

I felt like eating spicy curry, so I came to this restaurant. It was a late hour, so I was able to get a table right away. I had the A lunch mustard chicken curry with toppings of Taiwanese boiled egg, tobiko, and dill raita. As expected from a highly rated restaurant in the competitive Honmachi area, the use of spices and the compatibility with basmati rice were excellent. I highly recommend this place as an option when you feel like having spicy curry in the Honmachi area. I also saw the evening menu in front of me and I'm interested in visiting again at night. Thank you for the meal.

I originally planned to go to the restaurant "Kongouseki" for lunch, but when I was looking for a lunch spot in Higashinari on a weekday, I came across this place. I had passed by the shop near my company several times, but I had overlooked it because it was on the second floor. I visited around 1 pm today and was able to sit at the counter without waiting. I ordered the combination of what seemed to be the daily special, which was mustard chicken and Indian mutton masala for 1200 yen. The two spicy curries had complex, deep flavors that paired well with the achaar, creating an even deeper taste. As someone who isn't very good with spiciness, I found the level of spiciness to be just right. It truly lived up to its reputation as one of the top 100 restaurants. I noticed that there was a menu for dinner at the counter, and it was filled with various enticing dishes. I definitely want to come back for dinner sometime. And coming here has only strengthened my resolve to visit Kongouseki as well.

I asked for less rice, but both the chicken and mackerel were delicious. The lentils were also well-prepared. The side dishes like cabbage and purple onions were nicely presented. The green chili paste wasn't overwhelmingly spicy, but added a nice kick. I arrived on Sunday just before noon and was able to get a seat without any trouble. The restaurant had a steady stream of customers coming in, but the service was efficient.

Arrived around 11:30 and ordered the mackerel curry and vegetable curry. The mackerel was large and delicious without any fishy smell, and I added a seasoned egg topping. The dinner menu looked so delicious that I'm curious to try it next time. The vegetable curry came with green chili peppers on the side. It was already quite spicy, so adding a little at a time was a good idea. The narrow staircase leading to the restaurant was a bit scary going down, but it added to the charm of the place.

I found a curry restaurant that is open on Sundays. It is located on the second floor of a building, and I almost missed it because the shutter of the first-floor shop was down. When I entered, I was greeted by the smell of spices and the stylish interior, which made me happy. I sat at the counter seat and chose my meal from the menu board. I had the mixed curry and rose lassi. I was surprised to find that there was myoga topping, but the meat in it had a good texture and was very delicious. The curry itself was also very tasty. The bean curry that comes with all curries was the best. The rose lassi was cute with flower petals on top and tasted delicious. I would like to have a leisurely meal at night if I have the chance.

This popular restaurant caught my attention as a great izakaya spot for the evening. The ice-cold beer served in the first frosted mug got me in a great mood. The fresh spring rolls, water dumplings, and shumai were all delicious with unique twists. The oyster green curry gratin was exceptional! I left feeling full after the curry. The drink selection is diverse as well. To put it simply, it was amazing!

The office of the company moved closer to this restaurant, so I decided to finally visit for lunch. I had been wanting to come here since it opened. I arrived just before 12 o'clock and was able to enter without waiting in line. From the entrance on the first floor of the building, it didn't seem too crowded, but the inside of the restaurant was bustling. I ordered the South Indian-style chicken curry for 900 yen. It had a rich aroma of spices and looked like it would be spicy, but since it was South Indian-style, it had a mild flavor that was easy to eat. The tender chicken pieces were delicious. I would like to try dinner here next time.

I slipped into the store just before closing time. Inside, there were counter and table seats, and the menu had quite a few options besides curry. There was a recommendation marked with a red circle, so I think it's okay to prioritize ordering that. The person next to me, who seemed like a regular, recommended the Taichun noodles. I ordered the Master Chicken curry. It was a curry where you mix the side dishes while eating, and the chicken was tender. The Taiwanese stewed egg went well with the curry, so I recommend adding it as a topping.

I went there around noon on a regular day and found three people waiting in line at the top of the stairs. There were only two staff members working, and they seemed busy during lunchtime. I had the chicken curry, which came with three side dishes in a combo. The curry had just the right amount of spiciness and there was also lentil curry on top. The saffron rice made from Thai rice was light and delicious.
