I stopped by during the rest time of the intercity bus. They had Amakusa strawberry flavor, so I decided to try it. I ordered the additive-free Amakusa soft serve ice cream (350 yen). It may be hard to see in the photo, but it has a slight strawberry color. The taste also has a subtle strawberry flavor. The milk flavor is not too strong. Thank you for the meal!

Soft serve ice cream without additives, in a waffle cone for 350 yen. There were other ice cream shops around, but I chose this one because it wasn't a major chain. It was light and tasty. I've had other delicious soft serve ice creams before, so this one just felt normal to me, but it was still delicious.

The Tokachi Expressway has made Sapporo much closer for Kushiro residents. On the way back from Kushiro to New Chitose Airport, we usually stop at the Uranuk PA for a break. There are small shops selling sweets and delicious items at the PA, which many people like us tend to visit. On this day, I was drawn to the soft serve ice cream. I tried one from Suzuki Ranch. The sign looked appetizing and the ice cream was indeed delicious. In Hokkaido, you generally can't go wrong with food. It was a nice treat to recharge during the drive. It was delicious. On my way from Lake Akan to Lake Onneto to Attoko, I stopped at the Shimukappu parking area on the Hokkaido Expressway. There are a few small food stalls at the Shimukappu parking area, and I was drawn to the sign that said "Suzuki Ranch's additive-free soft serve." I purchased the Yubari melon soft serve for 300 yen. It was truly delicious, with a base of fresh milk and a lovely melon flavor. It was not too sweet, and the taste of melon and milk was rich and delightful. It was a soft serve that truly captured the essence of Hokkaido. "Thank you for the meal."

Suzuki-san's farm in Kamishihoro Town offers soft serve ice cream with two flavors. The float with fresh strawberries seems to be popular, but the hascap is also worth trying. They only make handmade meat buns, sweet buns, and fried foods. The additive-free soft serve ice cream has a smooth texture. Even though it's not winter, the rich milk flavor is amazing. It's full of the taste of milk with a subtle sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste. I bet the milk in winter is even richer. I'd like to try it. Thank you for the meal.
