Visited for the first time on August 21, 2023, before 1 pm. Today is Monday, and since there are no professional baseball games, I can safely head towards Eniwa and Chitose, which was my initial plan. However, I overslept and was delayed due to the heat, so I wouldn't make it in time for my evening appointment, so I decided to aim for Tobetsu and Futo. I have already found a nice route through the agricultural road to Tobetsu Station, so I am currently exploring the route to Futo Station. The good thing about the agricultural road is that there are no traffic lights and the traffic is minimal. On the downside, there are few or no stores or vending machines. Today, the Hachiman Sunflower Street was dry, and upon arrival at Michi-no-Eki Tobetsu, it was surprisingly crowded for a weekday. Michi-no-Eki is a very popular spot, so it's natural for Seven-Eleven to be registered and reviewed. I thought it was already registered, but it wasn't. Well, in the end, I registered it (laughs). I bought an iced coffee for 110 yen. Normally, even in the height of summer, I drink hot coffee while cycling, but with the temperature above 30 degrees, it's definitely iced coffee time. It was my first time ordering iced coffee at Seven Cafe, so I didn't know that you have to take the cup from the freezer yourself and bring it to the register for payment. After payment, you extract it from the machine. The cleaning of the machine seems to be well maintained, so there's no need to worry about any negative effects on the flavor. It's just that the beans are cheap, so the taste, richness, and aroma are reflected in the price. With the help of cream, it can be enjoyed deliciously. The ice inside tastes the same as Seven-Eleven's block ice. Even after finishing the drink, I carefully put it aside and continue cycling.
