A restaurant that I often visit serves delicious seafood bowls and sashimi. I usually go for lunch, but I also like their grilled fish set meal. The set meal includes grilled salmon belly with grated daikon, marinated tuna, and salted squid. The restaurant has a decent amount of parking space, and even though there are quite a few cars parked, it is usually not too crowded. It is easy to find parking here. Overall, it is a delicious restaurant that is easy to visit, even if it gets busier.

Arrived at 12:50! No other customers at the restaurant. The background music is classical. The owner seems to be an orchestra conductor. I ordered the udon set meal from the cute hall girl. It was a set of nabe-yaki udon and tekka don. The service was quick. The tuna had a lot of sinew but tasted delicious. It's not vinegared rice. The set meal comes with coffee and for 800 yen, it's a great deal. The grilled tuna sashimi? The owner explained that it's grilled sashimi. It's different from tataki. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the udon set meal! (^^)v

The parking lot in front of the restaurant was full of cars, but there were no customers inside when I entered. The menu mostly consisted of seafood bowls. I ordered the Tekkadon, but the tuna was sinewy and the rice was a bit dry, possibly due to being served too early. My companion ordered the Salmon Don, which was delicious, so it seems like the Tekkadon was just a fluke. I would like to try another dish next time, maybe the Uni Don.

Located along the Chiribetsu River in Chiribetsucho, Muroran City, near a Seven-Eleven along the Muroran Circular Line, there is a shop that is somewhat hard to notice due to its inconspicuous sign and its somewhat hidden location. The name of the shop, "Chuuna," apparently comes from the word for tuna. The interior of the shop is smaller than expected, with a counter directly in front upon entering, three tables on the left, and a spacious raised seating area on the right. As a tuna cuisine restaurant, they offer a variety of delicious rice bowl dishes, including the Tsukedon Salmon Bowl. I was in the mood for salmon rather than tuna, so I opted for the salmon bowl. It was packed with salmon and tasted delicious! I didn't have high expectations when I entered the shop on a whim, but I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was! Perhaps because there is no real disappointment when it comes to salmon, but it was really delicious! I might try the tuna next time. If the tuna is delicious, then this shop is the real deal (laughs).
