- April 2014 - Several new items. Orange scone... The outer dough is crispy, while the inside is fluffy, giving a donut-like sensation. Overall, it is sweet. Maricheese... A soft bread with cheese powder sprinkled on top. The crust is very thin, recommended for those who want to eat a lot of the crumb part. Personally, I really liked this cheese. - December 2013 - Since the point card became bingo-based, I have become particular about the day and date I visit. Still at 0 bingos though... This time I posted a new item, brown rice bread. Available in small packs ranging from 1/3 to 1/2 pound to 1 pound sizes. The crust is crispy, but the overall bread is soft and airy. The brown rice is crunchy and has a nice aroma, so I recommend the brown rice bread over the hotel bread. The hotel bread has a slightly rich taste with a somewhat overpowering crust, so I prefer the lighter taste of the brown rice bread. - April 2013 - "Rice mochi bread" is firmer with a less sugar compared to rice rolls. The texture is better in the rice rolls. The "Cinnamon roll" has a beautiful swirl pattern with sugar sprinkled evenly, making it look delicious. I didn't try it myself, but the bread is not too soft and has a good texture. - April 2013 again - We are a family that eats a lot of bread in the morning, so we visited again. There are new items as it's April, they work fast... It seems that after 8:30 pm, all items are 30% off. The "Raw chocolate La Neige" (\105) is like John's white chocolate version. The bread is the same as a coppe bread, with reduced whipped cream and topped with raw chocolate pieces. The raw chocolate taste is okay, but the texture is soft and good. The "Spring color cherry blossom" (\150) is a melon bread with cherry blossom leaves. The cookie dough is smooth and moist, not too sweet. It felt a bit lacking in flavor. The "Fluffy Kuglof Rare Cheese" (\220) is a rare high-priced item. It has a rich cheese cream filling and was delicious. The "Ham Onion" (\130) has a combination of ham, onion, cheese, mayo, and basil leaves. The bread absorbed some oil and was too soft for my liking. The "Honey Butter Toast" (\120) is thick sliced bread toasted with honey and butter. The bread is crispy and moist. The butter taste was stronger than the honey. The "Rich Custard" (\140) is recommended for when you want a simple cream and bread combination. - March 2013 again - Just a month later, there are new bread items. There are four types of donuts (chocolate, strawberry, cheese, honey), which were fluffy and light. The crunchy chocolate coating was delicious. The cheese flavor is not very cheesy. The "John" is a common chocolate-covered cream-filled pastry, with an average taste. The "Five-color bean bread" is sweetened beans with syrup, making it very sweet. The cheese pizza had a thin, crispy crust which I liked. - March 2013 - I have visited many times. The black bean rice flour bread from Tanba is my favorite. Tanba's rice flour bread has sugar in it, giving it a slightly sweet taste, making it easier to eat. Baguettes harden quickly so it's best to store them in a plastic bag. The sandwich bread has a normal taste, and recently they have been announcing freshly baked items through in-store broadcasts. - July 2012 - This Le Fubon Hirao store is located inside the Co-op Hirao store. Le Fubon offers weekly discounts on bread, making it easy to enjoy a variety of bread.
