I arrived at the store around 2:30 PM on a Sunday. There were no customers before or after me. I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. It was raining, so there were quite a few breads left. They had a wide variety of breads, including non-fried curry bread and salt bread. The non-fried curry bread seemed healthy, which was perfect for my diet. The bread was soft and had plenty of filling, with a mild curry inside that was delicious. It felt healthy, so I could probably eat five of them! The salt bread was quite firm, with a balance of buttery flavor and just the right amount of saltiness that whetted my appetite. The more you chew, the more flavor comes out! Oh, this might be my favorite bread! This shop might just be to my liking... I want to try other breads here too!

The next day of unexpectedly staying in Kushiro instead of going to Nemuro, the weather turned out to be great! We headed towards Lake Akan area. Along the way, we stopped to refuel and bought some snacks at this bakery nearby. This shop in a residential area uses only Hokkaido wheat in their bread dough, with no eggs except for some toppings. It's perfect for those with egg allergies! The most popular item is the non-fried curry bread, but I opted for the 3rd most popular "Salt Bread" (75 yen), "Melon Bread" (155 yen), and "German Potato" (176 yen) for snacking. The "Salt Bread" is soft and French-like with a nice buttery aroma, very delicious. The "Melon Bread" is fluffy and moist with a thin, crispy cookie-like exterior, very tasty. The "German Potato" is moist with chunks of potato inside, flavored with coarsely ground pepper and hints of bacon and potato, very delicious. They have a variety of sweet and savory bread, perfect for everyday use. I'll definitely try the No.1 "non-fried curry bread" next time! Thank you, "Bris" bakery!

It's been a while since I visited Bliss Bakery. When I entered the store, they seemed busy and had no bread ready in the morning. They said it would take about 10 minutes to bake, so I decided to wait. I bought curry bread, gratin bread with wings, and mentaiko potato bread, among others, and got a drink from Starbucks to enjoy at home. The bread here is always delicious no matter what you choose. The curry bread is reliably tasty. The mentaiko potato bread was surprisingly good. Thank you for the meal!

There are many types of bread available, with one being small and low-priced. I enjoy trying various options. My favorite is the strawberry cream cheese bread because of its crispy bottom and smooth cream cheese. I also recommend the salt bread, which has a crispy exterior and soft interior.

I stopped by during lunch. Bliss Bakery, with its stylish sign, left a strong impression on me. They offer a wide variety of breads that do not use eggs, making it a must-see for those with allergies. Their curry bread is also not deep-fried. I'm not sure about the calories, but personally, I prefer the deep-fried kind. Haha. Not everything is egg-free, as some items do contain eggs. The selection is diverse but not extensive. However, they provide freshly baked items. They will inform you when something is just made. The salt breads are also small and cute in size. They offer a wide range from sweet to savory. Despite not using eggs, the breads turn out fluffy. But... something was missing for me... eggs. Haha.

I came to my usual Bliss Bakery. It was late, so many items were sold out, but I got a Sweet Potato Cream Pan, a small Cream Bread, a Cheese Epi, and a Chocolate and Walnut Bread for 1090 yen. The cream was as delicious as ever. The crispy part of the Cheese Epi was great. The Chocolate and Walnut Bread had a hard texture and was satisfying to eat. The taste was consistently delicious.

After leaving the shop I originally intended to visit, I decided to make a detour to this shop that caught my eye. It was a bit late, so many items were already sold out. I struggled to decide what to get, but in the end, I settled for the simplest option - a salted bread. It was my first time buying salted bread, and it was quite small. The bread had a dense French bread texture with a mild buttery taste. Personally, I wished it had a stronger flavor, but maybe this level of flavor is just right for salted bread. I might try salted bread from other shops in the future.

I visited Bliss Bakery. I don't usually write reviews because I go there often, but today I had piroshki with margarine and apple jam, walnut bread, and a bagel. They were all delicious as usual. I also recommend their salt bread and curry bread. Unfortunately, they were sold out when I went late, but I enjoy trying new breads in such situations.

This day I left work early, so I visited in the early afternoon. Maybe because the weather was bad, there were quite a few types of bread left♪ Salt bread, bagel, bacon epi croissant, sugar butter (I ate it before taking a photo) The bread made with wheat flour from Hokkaido is delicious♪ They clearly indicate the use of eggs on the ingredients they use. There are too many recommendations, but I think the curry bread is a must-eat. Personally, I recommend the salt bread.

With a variety of options, it's always fun to choose. For those seeking the joy of selecting, I recommend going early in the morning.

It's a time for self-restraint, but I saw a shop's sign out, so I decided to get some pastries. I chose an an margarine, walnut bread, walnut cream cheese, and a bagel. Luckily, there were bagels left. They were packed in a bag due to the current situation, but freshly baked pastries were displayed on a tray at the counter. The walnut bread had a crispy walnut topping and a chewy texture. The walnut cream cheese had a sweet cream cheese filling. The bagel was satisfying to eat, with a delicious taste as you chew. I know times are tough, but keep up the good work!

Bliss Bakery as usual. They use flour from Hokkaido, and most of their bread does not contain eggs. They clearly indicate if a bread contains eggs. I couldn't resist and ended up buying a lot of bread (;・ω・) On this day, I got two salt breads, an an margarine, a small loaf of bread (strawberry jam), a melon bread, a walnut red bean bun, and a walnut cheese bun. The salt bread is really delicious when slightly warmed, it's my go-to. Among them, the walnut red bean bun was excellent! The combination of the fragrant walnuts and red bean was quite something. Overall, everything I've tried here has been great. My personal must-haves are the curry bread, salt bread, cream bread, and bagels.

This is Kushiro, located in Toyokawa-cho. It's a residential area. I used navigation to get there. The interior of the shop has a cute atmosphere. The handwritten signs are carefully written and give a good impression. I bought a small strawberry jam bread, melon bread, and salt bread. The bread was well baked with a good chewy texture. The small strawberry jam bread had plenty of jam swirled inside.

On this day, I decided to go buy some bread with a friend, so we visited Brisbane Bakery. We arrived around 4:00 pm on a Sunday. Even from outside, it was clear that there were hardly any bread left, but the staff noticed us and we entered the store. There was only one bread left, so we purchased:
- Weekend Limited Edition Chocolate Bread for 520 yen
Since it was the last one, they gave it to us for 500 yen. The Weekend Limited Edition Chocolate Bread had a slight salty taste, maybe because it contained rice flour. It was chewy and the chocolate inside was delicious. The chocolate alone was tasty enough to be considered high-quality. I would like to come earlier next time to try other bread as well. Thank you for the meal.

I finally managed to visit the bakery that I had been wanting to go to for a while. It's located in a residential area, so you really have to make an effort to go there. The cute sign led me to the small shop. They had a variety of cute and soft bread displayed. Maybe it was because I brought my twins with me, but the owner greeted us warmly, which made me feel really happy. It was a nice shop with visually appealing and delicious bread. I want to go again soon, even though it's a bit far from home. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Today's review is without a photo (;・ω・) I tried the mentaiko (spicy cod roe) French chocolate walnut, mushroom cream cheese, and chocolate walnut epi bread. The combination of sweet chocolate and fragrant walnuts was delicious. I visited the bakery around 3:30 pm, and most items were already sold out. I recommend visiting in the morning if you have a specific item in mind.

I visited this place because it seemed to have good reviews. The bread was mostly small in size, and the prices were set accordingly, on the cheaper side. I tried the walnut red bean bread and the piroshki. I didn't find anything particularly outstanding about them.

Kushiro, alone, I travel as long as time allows. I frequently visit Kushiro, Obihiro, and Asahikawa, but Kushiro is the easiest for me to visit. The third place I visit is a bakery called "Bris Bakery." It's a place to catch my breath. The bakery seems to be new and already popular. I order the number one popular curry bun, the 102nd popular bean bun, and the third popular salt bun. The staff kindly offers to exchange the freshly baked salt bun. The bread is made without eggs and focuses on using local ingredients. The salt bun is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, incredibly delicious. The remaining two buns I enjoy later at home. The bean bun is filled with plenty of beans and has a sweet flavor. The curry bun doesn't have any filling, but it tastes delicious. The surface of the bread has something on it, but I can't quite tell what it is. Overall, the bakery, run by a lovely couple, offers delicious bread that I highly recommend.
