I came here out of curiosity for scary things, "Hidakuan Atsubetsu Store," about a 7-8 minute walk from Shin-Sapporo Station. There is no curtain at the entrance, but a board displaying the menu is placed on the sidewalk, indicating that the store is open. When you open the aluminum sliding door, the cheerful owner greets you with, "Welcome, are you dining in?" The Ghost Kitchen's storefront has a makeshift dining area with two tables lined up, giving off a somewhat rundown vibe. The environment is quite poor, with black oil stains on the floor at the entrance and walls peeling in some places. It's not at all inviting for customers, and you might want to ask, "How do you write 'cleaning'?" However, the owner's manner of speaking is polite and kind. After sitting on a chair, they smoothly bring you a glass of water. The menu is a simple A4 clear file with a single white paper inside, which seems to have been printed out on a computer. When you pick it up, you hesitate slightly as it feels like there is some kind of oily residue all over. At this point, anxiety creeps in about everything, even double-checking the glass of water, which seems fine. Looking at the menu again... Kake soba @400, tempura @700, mori @380, zaru @420, hiyashi nuki @480, katsudon @500, zangi mayo don @580, gyudon @600, joten don @780 with reasonable prices, and they also have canned beer and bottled drinks. I order the "Gomoku Soba @600," but decline the free large portion as I am on a diet. It arrives in about 5 minutes, and it comes with shrimp tempura, fried tofu, omelette, kamaboko, seaweed, and green onions. The soba noodles are boiled, and the dipping sauce is on the sweeter side. The portion is generous, the ingredients are plentiful, and the large portion is free, making it a good value for money. The shrimp tempura is crispy and delicious, freshly fried. However, it's best to avoid getting too close if you have a weak heart. Thank you for the meal.

Ultra-small space utilization. Two simple tables at the entrance (genkan). Primarily specializing in take-out, but also offering a quick dining space outside for customers who wish to eat on the spot. The lack of cleanliness is noticeable, with the sliding door looking a bit worn out, and the mat sticking to the soles of shoes. The lingering smell of oxidized oil seems to be a common issue for delivery restaurants. While looking at the menu, a staff member kindly asked, "We only have seating here, is that okay?" When I replied, "Yes, that's fine," they apologized and explained that they only have a limited eat-in menu. I ended up ordering the Tempura Soba for ¥700, and was offered water immediately after ordering. The Tempura Soba arrived within 5 minutes, with two large shrimp tempura pieces placed separately. The shrimp were plump and not just batter. The broth was lighter than I expected, and the noodles were plentiful. The portion size was generous, and I was happy to see the red and white fish cakes and young sprouts. I paid at the table after eating, and the change coins were a bit sticky. The staff was friendly and engaged in conversation. It was a bustling take-out rush. Thank you for the meal.

This is a place in Atsubetsu-ku, located behind Gyoza no Ohsho in Naka-Koji, Atsubetsu Chuo 3-3-3. To find the exact location, as always, please check the map on Tabelog. According to a review from my follower, I thought this place was delivery only, but it turns out you can also dine in. I was curious, so I decided to visit the restaurant. Upon arrival, I saw only the menu board and open sign outside. I parked in the front parking lot and entered the restaurant. I asked if I could dine in and was given the okay. I sat at a small table near the entrance and ordered the "Tempura Soba." It arrived in 8-9 minutes, with the soba and tempura served separately. The soba broth had a light soy sauce flavor with a hint of fish stock. The noodles were soft and lacked firmness. The toppings included wakame seaweed, kamaboko fish cake, and chopped green onions. The tempura was hot and the shrimp inside was fairly large. I placed the tempura on top of the soba and enjoyed my meal. Since this place mainly focuses on delivery, it's better to order delivery if you live nearby and enjoy it in the comfort of your home or workplace.

When I timidly opened the door to see if they were open, the owner came out and asked, "Are you here to eat?" I replied, "Yes." The service was very friendly. The eat-in space was surprisingly small, with only two simple tables in a corner. The owner said, "I'll keep the door open because it's cold," and "This table is a bit higher, so it might be easier to eat." The portion size of the "morisoba" was generous, with 250g of noodles. The noodles were typical of a noodle shop, smooth and with a decent amount of binding agent. The broth was light and slightly sweet, appealing to a wide range of tastes. Overall, it was a unique experience that may be worth trying for adventurous reviewers looking for something different.

On January 12, 2023, I entered a soba restaurant located on a side street off Line 1. The restaurant didn't have a curtain or a visible name, but there was a menu sign along the road. There is a parking lot on the right side across from the front of the store. It was a somewhat intimidating place to visit, but when I said I would like to dine, the owner guided me in a familiar manner. The dining space was very small, with only two seats. I ordered the tempura soba, and the owner mentioned that they could serve a large portion, but I opted for a regular size. It took less than 10 minutes for the food to be served. The tempura soba came with two large shrimp tempura on the side, which really elevated the dish. The tempura was freshly fried, crispy, and the shrimp had a nice firm texture and a sweet taste. The soba noodles were delicious, with a light and slightly sweet broth that I enjoyed. The portion size was also generous even though I ordered a regular size. The staff at the restaurant were kind and maintained a good distance, making it a comfortable dining experience. The restaurant's operating hours are from 11:00 to 14:30 and from 17:00 to 22:00.
