Unagi and Hokkaido cuisine restaurant located on the 3rd floor of the 11th Green Building in Susukino, Sapporo's Chuo Ward. Originally a sushi restaurant, it later became an eel-focused establishment after the sushi restaurant moved to Higashi-ku Kita 16-jo. The entrance is adorned with a splendid single-board sign and lattice door. The interior is spacious with counter and table seating, as well as several private rooms. The Unagi Course, which includes 9 dishes and a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option, costs 11,000 yen. The course features various dishes such as appetizers, sashimi, grilled eel liver, egg roll, cucumber and eel vinegar dish, eel rice bowl, and more. The White Grilled Eel, priced at 4,200 yen, is a must-try for its collagen-rich, salted skin. The course also includes beer and sake options, with the Junmai sake from Kamikawa Taisetsu being a standout choice. Highly recommended for those looking to enjoy eel in Susukino.

I visited this restaurant after returning from a campsite in Niseko to have dinner in Sapporo. I made a reservation for an eel course. We started with appetizers and sashimi, then moved on to grilled eel skewers, eel rolls, and eel salad, and finally the main dish of eel rice bowl. Everything was absolutely delicious and enjoyable. For dessert, we had melon which was also delicious.

Regular meeting, but it moved here after a long time. The appetizer is simmered kelp. Oh? It's delicious. Next, a sashimi platter. Oh? There are red items too, and the presentation is nice. The tuna is just the lean part, but it's delicious. The herring is good. Grilled asparagus is sweet. The braised pork is well seasoned. The eel rice bowl looks a bit small. It comes with clear soup. The dessert is sweet red-fleshed melon. Thank you for the meal. Did they change the chef? The food has become really delicious.

When it comes to eel, I had only been to specialty stores before, but this time, I enjoyed it for the first time with a course meal. The sashimi, turban shell, whale, and pork stew were all delicious, but the most important eel rice was as shown in the photo... Personally, I have a special attachment to eel, so I still want to have it in a hearty bowl or box with plenty of broiled eel, so it is necessary to choose a restaurant considering that aspect.

[Eel Course] 9 dishes in total (with 2-hour all-you-can-drink) for 11,000 yen. It's a designated place for influential people, so there's no choice, but it's hard to say the cost-performance is good. The main dish seems to be the eel rice bowl, but the eel seems to have gone on a diet and lacks its usual plumpness. The eel looks like it's on a diet, and even the salmon doesn't look too good. The surf clam also doesn't look great, but that's just how it looks naturally, so it was still delicious. My favorite was the fried eel bones. They served me Yuki no Bosha sake, which was too high-end for my unsophisticated palate, so I gave up after just two small cups. I would have preferred the usual Jouzanki Daiginjo. The lemon sour had a strong lemon flavor. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I had a dinner meeting with my senior colleagues from the tourism association. I am still the youngest, but it's good to have some younger energy, right? We went to a restaurant that specializes in eel, and I was looking forward to it since the change in ownership. The president of the restaurant also joined us, so the meal was more luxurious than the cost. We also had some special sake. There were about four types of skewers, including eel, head, and liver, all of which were delicious! I look forward to visiting again for a private meal. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Let me briefly touch on it. The second half was all about eel. The last dish was eel on rice. It was quite delicious. The fried bones were a nice snack. There were also some dishes with eel liver. There were five different eel dishes in total. The sashimi, while not visually appealing, tasted great. The scallops were especially delicious. The sea cucumber was also good. The octopus was tasty too. The whelk was perfect. How about the garlic with Gyoja? It lingered in my mouth for quite some time. The sake options were fresh from Hokkaido and Tokachi. Thank you for the meal.

It's a banquet. The timing couldn't be better, right? Phew. All-you-can-drink. Let's start with beer. Not much foam. Lukewarm. ...Phew. One drink is enough. The sashimi container looks cool but there's not much inside. The shrimp was big and tasty. That was the best part of today. The tuna was just okay. Thinly sliced mackerel and squid, a small amount of tuna. Phew. The grilled salmon was okay in taste but lacked any fatty flavor. One crab cream croquette, what is this plate? School lunch? Scallop carpaccio flavor? It's not a plate, the sashimi is in a deep dish. It wasn't until I ate it that I realized it was carpaccio flavored. Two pieces that look like tempura. Is it a rice dish? The closing was miso soup. No meat. No fried chicken, no barbecue, no steak, nothing. Are we on a spiritual retreat? Phew. All this for just a little over 7,000 yen. Phew. Thanks for the meal... Phew.

In March, it's the season for welcome and farewell parties, but due to the coronavirus, everywhere is quiet. I went out for a drink with an acquaintance at a restaurant with "Daisuke" in its name, and the seafood there was excellent. The first dish, a rare delicacy, had a strong flavor that caught my attention. I thought a lighter taste would be better for the later dishes. However, the monkfish liver was rich and delicious. The sashimi included jellyfish, herring, tuna, spear squid, hokkigai, and white croaker. Personally, I liked the white croaker the best - with its slightly pink flesh, perfect texture, and sweetness! The sushi was small and easy to eat. The miso soup with seaweed at the end settled my stomach nicely.

First company-related New Year's party of the Reiwa 2nd year. Thank you for your continued support this year. The 11th Green Building, which I have been visiting more often lately. Today we are on the 3rd floor. I quite like the storefront and atmosphere here. Inside the restaurant, there is a counter in the back right corner, making it feel spacious. Paid the party fee and started with a beer. Is it Super Dry? It feels a bit lukewarm. The sashimi was excellent. It truly felt like a sushi restaurant. The grilled yellowtail in miso sauce seemed a bit overcooked. It had a dry texture. The pickled herring might have been marinated for too long. The tempura was good with a nice crispy texture. The chawanmushi, despite being served in a small dish, was flavorful and had plenty of ingredients. The nigiri sushi didn't quite match the quality of the sashimi. The miso soup, although light in flavor, was delicious. Overall, this was the best impression I've had among the Daizuke restaurants I've visited. Thank you for the meal. In terms of cost-performance, it felt a bit mediocre.

We visited for a reception. The atmosphere was calm, the room was spacious, and the food was delicious, making it a comfortable experience. There was a prior notice about some ingredients being in short supply, but we were able to discuss alternatives, which was helpful in avoiding any chaos. Thank you very much.

I was taken to this restaurant in a casual business dining setting. It was my first time trying herring sashimi, and it was delicious. I will keep this place in mind for future visits to Sapporo for seafood. Also, the sweet potato tempura was really tasty!笑

Visited the "Sushi Kani" specialty store of the Oosuke Group for the first time. It was a completely unknown restaurant to me. It seems to be used for entertaining guests...It was a course meal and the price seemed to be for entertaining guests. Not my choice of restaurant, there are many other options out there.

I finally visited a restaurant that I've been curious about for a while. I sat at the counter and had the chef's choice course. The curry stew was surprisingly large! I thought it was for two people, but it was actually for one person (lol). The curry was swimming in the tank right in front of me (lol). Before eating the sushi, I was already quite full! But I still enjoyed the sushi (^_^) I was so focused on eating that I forgot to take pictures of some dishes. Thank you for the delicious meal!

The rain has turned into snow, and it seems like it will continue tonight. Tatsuro's concert lasted over 3 and a half hours. We caught a taxi and headed to a restaurant. We arrived at 22:20 and sat at the counter. We ordered beer and the manager asked if we wanted sashimi. My wife was hungry so she asked for tuna, while I opted for grilled pork. The highlight was the grilled pork made with "Umaibuta" from Chitose, cooked over charcoal. It was delicious. We also tried whale bacon, which was seasoned with green onions and sesame, and it paired well with wine. The sushi here is all seasoned, so no need for soy sauce. I also tried the tuna sushi, dipping it in soy sauce. It's getting late, so we got mackerel sushi to go. It was delicious!
