The oysters, in particular, seemed expensive at 1300 yen for that size. But overall, they were tasty. Last year, a new tower apartment, Park Tower Kachidoki Mid, opened along the riverside. The restaurant there offers lunch options like set meals and soba, and their tororo soba was delicious. For dinner, it's a Japanese restaurant focusing on fish and tempura, and I'm really looking forward to trying it out someday. The tempura looks incredibly delicious.

First visit ⭐︎ Finally at Wodoki!! I'm a fan of Toridoki, and since this is a sister store, I absolutely wanted to come here. I visited on a Saturday for lunch, and it was packed with popularity. I tried two popular dishes: the seafood bowl and the tempura bowl. Both were super delicious!

Chuo City, Kachidoki. Nestled between Tsukiji and Toyosu markets, Kachidoki is home to the newly completed large tower condominium, Park Tower Kachidoki. Several restaurants have opened in the complex, and one, "Uonami," has been gaining popularity. Situated along the Asashi Canal, the tower features a terrace by the water where Uonami is located. Previously, this area had little foot traffic, but since the construction of the condominium and a bridge connecting it to the cluster of towers on the Harumi side, there has been a significant increase in visitors. During my visit just after 12:30 PM, there was one woman waiting inside the restaurant. I waited about 10 minutes for my turn to be seated, and then I was shown to the counter along with her. The menu was placed between us as the staff walked away. Uh? We decided to share the menu. The counter chef noticed this and chuckled, handing us the menu personally. Fortunately, the woman was very pleasant, and our conversation made the solo lunch much more enjoyable. **Order Details:** - Uonami Seafood Box: ¥1,800 - Ikura Tempura: ¥800 **Impressions:** The seafood box was filled to the brim and came with chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard), hijiki (seaweed), miso soup, pickles, and the additional ikura tempura. The seafood box contained a generous portion of ikura, octopus, shrimp, negitoro (minced tuna with green onions), egg, kampachi, sweet shrimp, bonito, and more. The variety was impressive and luxurious. I savored each piece of seafood, and I found that mixing the ingredients created a delightful combination with the overall flavor of the ikura enhancing the experience. The ikura tempura featured fried shiso leaves topped with ikura. The taste of the ikura was distinct, complemented by the shiso's aroma and the fried texture. I wished there was more than just one bite. I was happy to find a place serving tempura rice bowls (tendon) in Kachidoki, as I could only find soba shops before. Although it was a bit pricey for lunch, I had high expectations for my visit. The tendon had an interesting combination; while the shrimp was on the smaller side, the eel was quite large! It also included a tempura of mushrooms, vegetables, and a gooey egg. The sauce was quite sweet, which I personally liked. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lack of training in operations. Even though I ordered the same tendon as my companion, their bowl was never brought out. I had to call over a staff member to address the issue. Despite being lunchtime with plenty of staff present, no one seemed to notice that one of us hadn’t eaten at all, as they kept looking towards the kitchen. In the end, an older staff member came out to apologize, but it was disappointing given my expectations.

There is a restaurant in Kachidoki that serves seafood, tempura, and soba. It has both counter and table seating. This was my first visit, and I ordered the seafood over rice. It had seafood such as salmon roe, shrimp, and negitoro (minced green onion and tuna) on sushi rice, and it was delicious. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) is also recommended. Unfortunately, the restaurant was hot because tempura was being fried at the counter.

I visited for lunch. The restaurant was filled with salarymen, which made me a bit nervous. I ordered the salmon belly and ikura rice bowl. The salmon belly was rich in fat and incredibly delicious. It made me feel really luxurious. The portion was generous, and I was very satisfied.

I often come to Harumi for outpatient visits, and I found this restaurant while looking for lunch. I tried the fish tempura rice bowl for 1,800 yen. Apparently, it used to be 1,500 yen not long ago. The kitchen visible from the counter looked professional, and I had high expectations for the food. After about a 10-minute wait, a big tempura rice bowl with a large fried eel appeared! It also had plenty of small shrimp, several types of vegetables, and a soft-boiled egg, making it quite filling, so it took me a while to get to the rice. When I tasted the eel, it had a crispy texture on the outside and was fluffy on the inside. I prefer the batter to be a bit thinner, but this was interesting in its own way. The sauce was a bit thick, possibly because of the small amount of rice, but it was delicious overall. Next time, I might try the seafood rice bowl. Although I think 1,500 yen is a good value for lunch, 1,800 yen feels a bit pricey.

I've visited for lunch a few times, but this was my first time dining in the evening. We were a party of four and enjoyed a variety of dishes, including sashimi, grilled fish, and tempura, all of which were delicious. Personally, I especially liked the grilled tuna collar and the crab cream croquettes. We ate so much that we couldn't make it to the soba noodle dish for the finale. Haha. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it’s a very convenient izakaya, so I believe it will be useful for both lunch and dinner.

On Saturday, June 22, 2024, I visited the restaurant for lunch around 11:30 AM. I entered with zero wait time and ordered the seafood rice bowl (1,800 yen). I arrived around 11:25 AM, and there was only one group ahead of me in line, so I was able to get in right away. However, I was a bit disappointed that the sea urchin, which was mentioned on the menu, was not included in my dish (I confirmed they didn’t have it in stock that day. I would have liked to know this in advance…). Aside from that, I was generally satisfied and would like to visit again. stroller entrance: yes, high chair: no.

I received a request for a family birthday celebration and decided to visit this restaurant. The interior was clean and the food was delicious, which made me very satisfied. The mini rose tempura bowl was so delicious! The mushroom tempura was tasty, and the shrimp was plump and juicy—everything about the tempura was amazing! The appetizer was perfectly seasoned and delicious, and the tuna cheek yukhoe was very tasty as well! The restaurant offered a wide variety of sake.

An restaurant located along the eastern coast where yakatabune (roofed boats) come and go, with large windows offering a view of the terrace seating in front, the greenery of the street trees, and the waterway along the coast, creating a spacious and open atmosphere. I ordered the "Unadon Seafood Box" for lunch (1,800 yen). The box was filled with crab, sea urchin, ikura (salmon roe), shrimp, tobiko (fish roe), shirasu (young sardines), negitoro (minced tuna with green onion), and fresh fish from the market. The colorful ingredients packed into the box were not only visually stunning but also incredibly fresh, making it a great value to enjoy so many types of seafood at once. The side dishes of seaweed miso soup, chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard), and small bowls all had a rich dashi flavor and a gentle taste. I had a slightly luxurious lunchtime experience. We visited the restaurant for lunch on a weekday. Since it was just before 2 PM, there were available seats. We were led to the counter seats and ordered the Bara Chirashi (scattered sushi) at 1,800 yen and the Anago Tempura Rice Bowl at 1,800 yen. The tempura bowl had a generous portion of anago (conger eel) hanging off the side. I’m also interested in their Special Seafood Rice Bowl for 7,000 yen and the Salmon Ikura Belly Rice Bowl for 2,500 yen. They have soba, tempura, and other set meals as well, so I’m definitely planning to visit again. Thank you for a delicious meal!

When I entered the restaurant, the staff were talking to each other, which made it hard to feel comfortable. There were counters and tables available. The interior was clean and nicely presented. The portion of the food was a bit small. I ordered sobayu and took my time enjoying it. The farewell greeting from the staff as I left was nice.

I looked at the photo of the menu and ordered the kakiage tempura with cold soba noodles. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere but is filled with energy. When the kakiage was served, I noticed it was larger than in the menu photo. The top is spring greens, and the bottom consists of a layered structure of squid and shrimp. It's well made, but breaking it apart is quite challenging. Even just this dish is quite filling. The soba is firm, but I feel that the buckwheat content isn’t very high in terms of flavor. There is a good amount of food. While I did end up full, I’m uncertain about the overall satisfaction level.
