This is a review of Bistro Ginsai, a high-class version of the Dormy Inn brand hotel. The venue serves as both a dinner and breakfast location, as dining out in Furano is currently difficult due to restrictions. Despite low expectations, the food and drinks provided here were beyond satisfying! I ordered a Margherita pizza and ginger pork as my main dishes. The Margherita pizza had a great cheese flavor and a crispy crust that was very enjoyable. The ginger pork had thick slices of pork, which may be due to the provider's discretion. I left feeling full and even took a Margherita pizza to go. For a late-night snack, I tried their famous night-crying soba soy sauce ramen, which had a sliced boiled egg on top due to the harvest moon festival. Despite the current circumstances, it was a delicious dinner! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I stayed overnight and had breakfast buffet the next morning. The variety of items available was impressive compared to other hotels. The highlight here is definitely the seafood bowl that La Vista is known for. It had tuna, salmon, squid sashimi, shrimp, and salmon roe served with vinegared rice. It felt luxurious to have sashimi for breakfast. They also had a good selection of fruits like watermelon and melon, which added color to the buffet. However, I felt that the dessert section was a bit lacking in variety. There were some cheesecakes and puddings, but not as many as I would have liked. Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely want to stay at this hotel again.

This is a night snack called "Yonaki soba" offered only to guests staying at Lavista Furano. Despite its name, it is actually a simple soy sauce ramen with no elaborate elements. The only toppings are menma and nori. The noodles are not particularly delicious, but the salty flavor that lingers at night is intriguing and adds to the enjoyment of staying at the hotel. Looking forward to the breakfast buffet the next day. Thank you for the meal.

On the 8th day in Hokkaido, I started my day with breakfast at the Bistro Ginsai buffet on the 1st floor of La Vista Furano Hills. This hotel opened in December 2019, so everything was really clean and new. The restaurant was also fresh. They had a lot of individual dishes for COVID-19 prevention measures, which was reassuring. They served seafood bowls and soup curry. The soup curry was spicy and really well-made. Hokkaido's ikura (salmon roe) was delicious as always.

I stayed at the newly opened Ravisuta Furano in December and visited GINSAI on the first floor. It seems to be similar to GINSAI in Ginza. The hotel is new and clean. The staff were a bit awkward, but that was also refreshing. The accommodation plan included an Italian course with a satisfying amount of food. I made a mistake by choosing beer, as I ended up feeling full. Surprisingly, after the main course, they offered a crab rice dish not included in the course. I had to decline after consulting my stomach. It was a fun time. Thank you for the meal.
