This is my go-to izakaya in Mizue, where the yakitori and other side dishes are delicious. It's a place where you can enjoy tasty dishes and drinks at reasonable prices. The staff are also very attentive and provide great service, making for a relaxing drinking experience. I enjoy mixing the value-packed "Kinmiya shochu" with ginger, lemon, and plum. The plum was particularly delicious!

A cozy place bustling with local patrons. The grilled chicken was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh cuts available. They also have a good selection of alcoholic beverages. The portion sizes and prices for each dish are reasonable, and everything we tried was tasty. I was glad to finally enjoy the barley shochu "Kanpachi" that I had been wanting to drink. I would definitely like to visit this place again.

I visited "Minashige," a new restaurant located about a 2-minute walk from Zuijyo Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. I arrived around 6:00 PM. The interior has counter seats, table seats, and raised tatami-style seating, which is about what I expected in terms of size. There were three staff members working. I ordered a variety of dishes including pickles, fried items, and grilled dishes, and everything was delicious. With such good flavors, I think it could attract more customers! Is it a sign of the economic downturn? Thank you for the meal!

The tsukune was frozen and not very good, but the liver was nice and didn't have any unpleasant smell, and the other yakitori items were delicious. Although it took a long time for the yakitori to come out, the drinks were served quickly, which I was satisfied with. However, I personally won’t go back again due to the terrible service from one of the female staff members. She seemed annoyed by any questions I had. The male staff in the kitchen were very friendly, so if that woman were to leave, I might consider returning.

The variety of yakitori is abundant, and the wasabi and garlic miso pair really well together. The shrimp chips make for a great accompaniment, and I enjoyed my beer and chuhai even more. I will definitely visit again.
