I feel like it's really awkward to read "Wagaya" spelled like that. And with an exclamation mark in the middle, with only the "j" in lowercase. My daughter wanted to eat yakiniku, so I made a reservation just for the table. Only the 5:00 PM slot right after opening was available. We ordered using the touch panel. My daughter is used to it as she has been here many times. The drinks were classic. They came quickly, but they were kind of meh. What are those bubbles inside the glass? The black label we had later was the same. It had a slightly more bitterness than the classic. My mood went down a bit. We ordered various meats. The taste was decent for the price. I wonder why you can choose between salt, sauce, and miso flavors. I think it's fine without anything. The price is quite high, and the quality and taste of the sirloin were a bit different. I didn't declare which meat I put on the grill, so I didn't know which one it was, which led to complaints from my family later. The provision of small items like plates or garnishes seems to be delayed. Isn't it a hassle to call the server to remind them? Maybe it's because of the rush right after opening? Thank you for the meal. I wanted to see the serving machine in action, but it was stopped.

I think it's a place where you can eat yakiniku at a low price. They don't really focus on the quality of the meat, so it's recommended when you feel like having some beer and meat. The clientele ranges from families with children to students and young working adults, so you need to be careful about where you sit. If you are mistakenly seated at a table on the sunken kotatsu side when it's crowded, it's better to ask the staff, "Are there any seats available on the other side?" If there are still no seats available, it's recommended to give up and leave. If there are families with children or students having a party nearby, you won't be able to hear your conversation and it will be stressful to eat yakiniku. The meat and side dishes are delicious and reasonably priced. However, sometimes the white rice is not freshly cooked but kept warm in the rice cooker for a long time, or it may be clumped together, so it's best not to expect too much from the white rice. Also, although orders are placed using a touch panel system, paid items will be brought to you, but free items may be ignored. Don't expect great customer service or a nice atmosphere, but it's a good place to go when you're feeling a bit peckish or just want to quickly enjoy some yakiniku. That's how we always do it at our house.

I came to WA!GAjA (Wagaya) along the river, but the menu has changed to GAjA (Gaya) ( ̄▽ ̄;) If it's Wagaya, they have cheap all-you-can-eat options, but if it's Gaya, you have to order dishes separately ( ; ゚Д゚) The big sign outside says Gaya! But the wall of the restaurant says Wagaya! Which one is it really? Normally it's Gaya! If it's cheap, it's Wagaya! If it's Gaya, I wouldn't have come in the first place! But if you go to Gaya, they need to be consistent with their branding. The meat is delicious, I know that♪ The mega size soft drinks are surprising♪ I'm grateful for that (*^^*) But the free kimchi used to be delicious, but now it's become too spicy, too spicy for the average person to eat! I managed to eat it though...

I used it for a social gathering at a hobby club. There were noticeable empty seats for a weekend night. It seems like the momentum has weakened compared to before. Will it pick up again towards the end of the year? Today, I heard they have a 3000 yen all-you-can-drink course. We toasted with beer. It was cold and delicious. They served GAJA kalbi, sagari, nakaochi kalbi, homemade pickled Genghis Khan, beef tongue, hormone, maruchou, tongue tip, chicken, and pork neck all at once. There were some dishes that made me go "Wow!" and some that didn't really impress me. Overall, it was well done. There was a small portion of spicy cucumber kimchi, which had a good balance of spiciness and flavor. The salad that goes well with grilled meat was served after we had mostly finished the meat. Just when I thought it was too late to eat shrimp mayo, I ended up ordering additional yukgaejang kookpa. I mistakenly thought it was yukgaejang soup and ordered rice as well. I had no choice but to mix the rice into the kookpa and finish it. I definitely overate. We finished with dessert. It might be a good time to visit now since it's not too crowded.

I visited the WA! GAJA Kawazoi store. Although I knew it existed, I had never actually been there, so I decided to give it a try. The sign outside said "Japanese beef," but there were actually very few Wagyu options on the menu. It seems to be more of a family-friendly yakiniku restaurant, so I understand. Personally, I prefer beef when I go to a yakiniku restaurant, but the only beef options were kalbi, tongue, and sagari. The prices are reasonable, even for the higher-end cuts of meat, at just over 1000 yen. The side dishes and drinks are also affordable, so it's a good option for when you want to treat yourself. Thank you for the meal.

A shop with several locations in Hokkaido. Beers are priced at 290 yen. It's better to make a reservation before going on weekends. Free kimchi. They give toys to children at the checkout ^_^

Sometimes my spouse and I go to eat there. The alcohol is cheap, the meat is delicious, but the last dish of beef bone soy sauce ramen was too salty, and I felt like my blood pressure was going to rise, so I couldn't eat it. After all, I want to eat a refreshing ramen after eating barbecue! Do you taste the soup, restaurant staff?

I ordered a variety of dishes, but the only ones I found delicious were two types of meat, vegetables, and carpaccio. Overall, the taste was either "average" or "not very delicious." I was particularly disappointed that the recommended salad was not tasty. It seemed more geared towards families. I don't feel like coming back for the taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice. Thank you for the meal.

WA! GAJA Kawazoi branch. When it comes to celebrating, it has to be yakiniku, right? Whenever I travel, I always feel drawn to meat for some reason. And I recently discovered that eating meat makes me feel energized. This yakiniku restaurant in Makomanai is a branch of GAYA, called WA! GAJA. They are open from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Having yakiniku in the middle of the night is a bit sinful, but it's okay once in a while. I visited this place around 10 PM after attending the last Sapporo Dome event of the season. The atmosphere was moderately dim. Orders are placed using a touch panel, from meat to drinks. They bring a shichirin for you to cook the meat on. I tried the GAYA Kalbi (salt) which was tender. They also had a limited quantity Negi Kalbi which was delicious. I also tried the Dip Chicken with a rich white sauce, but I preferred the meat with just salt. The scallops with butter and soy sauce were a hit. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied after enjoying the yakiniku, especially the Negi Kalbi. If you have room for dessert, they have options available as well. Check their website for various coupons before visiting. I used a coupon for the Dip Chicken, which saved me some money. Overall, it was a great experience and I always end up at a yakiniku place after watching a Fighters game. Eating meat always boosts my energy!

Today is the last Children's Day for the kids. They're turning twenty this year, how time flies. The request was for yakiniku, but they didn't feel like going to Susukino, so tonight we went to "WA! GAJA Kawazoi-ten". This place is where the kids have been coming since they were in elementary school. It's amazing how fast children grow up. The all-you-can-drink option is 1620 yen, but the drinks here are cheap. Classics are 280 yen, highballs and oolong highballs are also 280 yen. So you can order drinks individually. There is no time limit. Kimchi is all-you-can-eat and a free service. Here's a brief summary of what we ate: Genghis Khan (380 yen, separate)... The sauce was not quite to my liking and the meat was a bit thin. Negishio Maki Gyutan (680 yen, separate)... Grilled beef tongue wrapped in green onion salt. The green onion salt overpowers the taste of the meat?! Goma Shoyu Umakarubi (380 yen, separate)... The sesame oil aroma is strong, the fatty meat is strong... the umami of the meat is not felt. Korokoro Hormone (380 yen, separate)... The fatty meat melts in your mouth and has a good texture. Seseri (380 yen, separate)... A bit watery and not very chicken-like. The texture is good though. Namul assorted (380 yen, separate)... All the flavors are mediocre. Too bad. Umakarubi (380 yen, separate)... Why is the taste of "beef" and "meat" so weak? Sliced Cartilage & Ponpochi (@280 yen, separate)... The sliced cartilage is crunchy, the ponpochi is soft with fatty meat. But taste-wise, it's just okay. Nakao Karubi (480 yen, separate)... Mediocre, kind of chewy. Domestic beef karubi (580 yen, separate)... Since all the karubi was a letdown, I decided to try this. It had the most fatty meat, but the meat was tough and the taste was still watery... Ebi-tappuri Ahijo (480 yen, separate)... The shrimp was plump and very delicious. The ahijo flavor wasn't strong, but the aroma of the shrimp was nice. Overall, it used to be tastier in the past... The prices are affordable and that's nice, but I would be willing to pay a little more for tastier meat. The service is satisfactory, even at a higher level in today's standards. Thank you for the meal.

There are stores in various parts of the city, representing cheap yakiniku. There is a growing trend of criticism towards beef and yakiniku, especially towards cheap yakiniku, causing some concerns. However, the satisfaction of eating delicious yakiniku at such a low cost is beyond that. Many families visit here. This restaurant along the river also offers shabu-shabu, but yukhoe is currently not available. I ordered two Black Labels (free with a coupon), a large grapefruit juice, plenty of cabbage, shrimp mayo, fruity nakaochi kalbi, tongue, hormone, and bibimbap. I planned to order more meat dishes, but each plate was quite generous, and I ended up feeling very full. There are many things to nitpick about, such as the thinness of the hormone, the toughness of the tongue, etc., but at this price, with charcoal-grilled meat in satisfying quantities, it is a friend of the common people. Have a drink, eat to your heart's content, and the average cost per person is less than 1800 yen! It is so cheap that you would want some reassurance about the origin of the ingredients, but overall, it is a great place to visit occasionally without worrying about the details.

I was asked to accompany someone to eat yakiniku, so we visited this restaurant located along Ishiyama Street. The interior is dimly lit, giving off a Balinese vibe. They offer all-you-can-eat kimchi, with soft drinks starting at 160 yen and beer starting at 280 yen, which is surprisingly cheap! Below are the items we ordered: - Special salt platter (1,280 yen): It includes three servings of beef tongue, seseri (chicken neck), and pork jowl. Although I haven't tasted it, it seemed to be of good quality for the price. - Kimchi: It was very delicious! I would have bought some to take home if they were selling it. - Plenty of cabbage (280 yen): Cabbage with a dressing that tastes like Ajinomoto. It's a generous portion and reasonably priced. - Rich mayo (280 yen): A set of three rice balls with mayonnaise and canned tuna, served with Korean seaweed. It might be good for mayo lovers. - Morioka cold noodles (small serving, 380 yen): You can choose the level of spiciness - I chose the highest, but it wasn't spicy enough for me. The noodles had a good texture and were delicious. I recommend trying this dish. - Black sesame ice cream parfait with black honey and kinako (380 yen): A parfait with whipped cream, plenty of black honey, black sesame ice cream, and lots of red bean paste. It was a bit too sweet for me, but considering the price, it was acceptable. Despite the restaurant's atmosphere, it offers reasonably priced yakiniku and a variety of side dishes. It tends to be crowded, so it's best to make a reservation before visiting!

I have been going to this restaurant since it opened! The menu is cheaper than the yakiniku restaurant nearby, which is great! The special sirloin that I always order is super delicious! Soft drinks for 150 yen, beer for 294 yen? Those prices are hard to come by, right? The service from the staff is thoughtful and pleasant every time I go, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is mysteriously Asian. But it's somehow cozy, and I find myself going to eat there multiple times a month. The only downside is that it can get crowded even on weekdays, and on Saturdays and Sundays, it's hard to get a table unless you go early. I might starve waiting... Also, the shabu-shabu here is delicious too! It's black pork shabu-shabu, and it's so tasty - maybe because I don't have it often. If you live in Minami Ward, why not try eating here once? I highly recommend it!

I used it for dinner. I had kalbi, sagari, wiener, and tsukune. It was my first time grilling tsukune at a yakiniku restaurant. I grilled the tsukune wrapped in bamboo leaves for 3 minutes on each side. It was delicious. The table had plenty of space, even considering the number of people, but the shichirin was at eye level and the smoke got in my eyes. There was a smoke exhaust system, but the one at my seat seemed to be deteriorated and didn't suck in the smoke well.
