As soon as I entered for my second visit, I felt like the chef was sizing me up. It seems like this restaurant values its regular customers. During my first visit, I enjoyed the sake and felt reasonably satisfied, which is why I returned for a second time. However, I felt a bit alienated this time. The food came out quickly and the taste was not bad, although I couldn’t eat the beef skewer because it had a strong odor. The sake selection is, of course, extensive, and it seems they have a system to show the prices on hanging tags. However, the chef was quite pushy with recommendations—was it based on price or the opening date? For the time being, I might refrain from returning.

In a cozy and calm atmosphere, I enjoyed delicious fish and sake. The sashimi was excellent, but the dried fish really stood out, showcasing the chef's strong dedication from sourcing to cooking. Dipped in a special broth, it changed my perception of dried fish the moment it touched my mouth. It was truly delicious.
