January 7, 2012 Once again, this is a souvenir from ei623-san! Thank you so much for all the souvenirs!! Yoichi has seafood because it's by the sea, which is great. I envy that. I received some salted salmon as a gift!! Unlike the salted salmon I usually eat, this one was dried after being marinated in mirin. It's called Bio-Ceramic Drying, and it's soft and easy to eat! The sweetness of the mirin that even women would like is a distinctive feature of this salted salmon! There was quite a lot of it, but my wife and I (mostly me) finished it in no time!! The soft texture probably made us eat it all. It was delicious too!! This dish also went well with a good drink (laughs). Thanks to ei623-san, I've been drinking alcohol every night (laughs). I can't thank you enough!! Thank you for the feast!
