There were many types available, but by late lunchtime, most were gone, leaving only scones, cookies, and the one remaining bread, a Campagne. I decided to buy it. I was so hungry that when I started eating it, it was delicious!!! I could feel the strength of the wheat - so tasty!!! Even with only 20% rye, it had little acidity, and the more I chewed, the more the flavor seeped out and it was delicious. Is the natural yeast made from raisins? It was so delicious that I ended up eating it all at once. As I was leaving, a lady who I assume was the owner greeted me with a smile and a bow, looking apologetic, which also made me feel warm inside. Leftovers bring good luck!
